Negative experience: I finished my weights workout and moved to the mat room to finish with an ab exercise. So i grabbed a mat, setup in the corner, and started my ab plank. Imagine being 3 minutes into a brutal plank when the yoga instructor interrupts you by tapping and says you aren't allowed to be there. Disgusting. How dare you. The room wasn't even full, i was quiet, still, in the corner and you interrupted me mid exercise to tell me I'm not welcome in a gym i pay for. I ignored her request and carried on, as i have every right to, but next time i won't be so polite. If zero stars were an option you would get that.

Negative experience: Anytime finess sells keys to its members for $100. I heard that even if I return the key after the membership is over or canceled, I cannot get the key price back. There is no Deeps Bar in this gym. Deepsbar is the most basic gym facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Anytime Fitness Walkerville for over a year now & I have to say the staff, the equipment & especially the classes that run 7 days a week are all amazing. I highly suggest this gym, it’s also not too busy during the day or night which I love. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I signed up for a membership at Anytime Fitness in Walkerville in mid 2023. I usually have a gym set up at my house, but due to doing renovations at my home I was not able to use my home gym temporarily. When I signed up, I was very clear with the the lady (I think her name was Madison) that I wanted a membership I could cancel because, as previously stated, I would eventually return to my home gym. Fast forward 12 months and my home gym is complete. I send an email to Anytime Fitness WALKERVILLE stating I would like to cancel my membership. The manager, Leo, proceeded to make this process so difficult it is verging on impossible to cancel my membership. Refusing to do it via email, making me attend the gym during staffed hours (which is difficult because I have a job and have now moved out of WALKERVILLE back to my old house), giving an extensive notice period before I’m able to cancel. I asked where it says in my agreement that this is how cancellations are effected. They have not answered. Very slimy tactics to eek some more fees out of me. Oh, and the gym is full of old dudes on steroids who grunt while doing bicep curls. They play loud 2000s techno and the equipment is out of date.

Negative experience: I rated this gym one star only. The reasons are: - Poor attention to details by management in relation to paperwork. - I was charged 99 AUD for the access key despite I cancelled my membership during 7days cooling off period. One star is for gym facilities which are modern and great quality.

Negative experience: Been with this gym since 2019 i supported them and paid during covid the time comes to cancel and they make me give 30 days notice...while gyms have obvious positive its very clear the business side does all it can to scam the customers...5 years being a loyal customer and they find anyway to screw you over...just go for a walk but your own workout equipment in the long run its the far better option horrible business practice

Fantastic experience: The place has everything you need, variety of equipments, showers, helpful staff and a good playlist. The gym looks new and is well maintained, very clean. Another advantage is that you can work out anytime with your access key.

The staff is friendly and are happy to help with any questions one might have. I’ve enjoyed working out here and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking to join!

Positive experience: Great gym , recently refurbished with up to date cardio and gym equipment. Super clean. Would recommend it to friends and family. Only improvement I would make is to have an extra set of dumbbell weights between 10-16 kg range to reduce wait times during busy periods.

Positive experience: Overall good gym, plenty of good machines. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because after the renovation, they took away the boxing bag and never brought it back. Bring back the boxing bag. Also the crowd DJ doesn't work. But still a very good gym. Edit: Update - The crowd DJ is now fixed.

Positive experience: Good clean gym. They finally got a glute bridge machine, but need a shoulder lateral raise machine.

Fantastic experience: I joined here for the month of February while visiting family in Adelaide from the UK. The gym was friendly and clean, with Madison and Amelia making sure I was made to feel welcome each visit and making sure there were lots of little touches such as fruit in the morning for members. A great variety of equipment there which helped me with my Hyrox training while on holiday. thank you.

Positive experience: The gym is good except they dont have deadlift platform.

Negative experience: Nah, not recommended at all, zero customer service on billing. I put the membership on freeze then decided to cancel it. They asked me to pay for next month to cancel the membership. And then they are not going to tell you if a payment declined for a time you will be charged nearly $8. And when you asked to pay over the phone the remaining amount, they come up with another excuse that your auto-payment is under process can not pay over the phone until it's finished. Easy money right!!

Fantastic experience: Good staff , nice and clean

Negative experience: They tell you that your account is on hold, but they keep charging you. You try to contact them to get your money back, they make it impossible. I definitely do not recommend. Extremely disappointed with the lack of management and service.

Negative experience: Facilities are fine, but I had a really bad experience with unauthorised billing. It took 5-6 phone calls and a visit in person to get half the incorrectly debited amount back. I also had to call the bank to block further debits because they continued even after assurances the error had been sorted. I feel terrible leaving bad reviews but I was pretty angry about this and still am.

Negative experience: The gym itself usually doesn't get too packed during the week and the set up is ok. The only issues I have are that you always get ripped off on sign up, they send endless offers even when you opt out; and finally when it comes to cancelling your membership over the phone they palm you off and say you have to pay for 2 weeks, but as always you get stuck paying for 4.

Positive experience: A decent gym, unfortunately the parking lot is very small and shared with the adjacent businesses, meaning in most cases you need to park on the street. An excessive number of machines were closed with signs saying "Unavailable due to Social Distancing" - I would've thought that it'd be more productive to rearrange the equipment to maximize the number of machines that can be used, rather than leaving them bunched together?

Negative experience: Typical poor service from anytime fitness, no customer support what so ever , the only time they get back to you is when they are chasing your membership money.

Negative experience: The worst experience ever! As I just moved to this area, and was looking for a gym nearby, phoned many times, no answer, I then booked an appointment via the website, the gym itself is okay, however the staff was sooo rude and unhelpful! I would never ever come back again!
