Negative experience: Not bad overall but it takes ages for broken equipment to get fixed, staffed hours mean nothing as even when there is supposed to be staff there is none and key cards are so fickle that you never know when they will work or not. This gym needs a little more TLC and someone needs to fix that damn door so people who pay to use the gym can actually get in when they wish

Negative experience: management team is not doing anything about to stop my membership, already been 21 days have emailed and not taking action. Still Direct debit from my account.

Negative experience: We asked the staff to cancel our membership which he said was fine to do on site and he left a note for his manager to do it. We were charged 2 more times after that because there was no actual proof of what we did even though the staff member remembered us and did the right thing. The owner we had on the phone mentioned that he would reimburse us within 7 days after we had to argue for a while on the phone that he was in the wrong. It's been over a week and a half and still no news and no reimbursement. Misleading information, wrong management practice. If we would have been given the right information from the beginning, we would just have done it. Wasted money and time.

Negative experience: Been using this gym since 5 weeks now, very disappointed about the hygiene as I always change before work out and using the shower after for a quick rinse. Bathrooms a dirty, I feel they’ve never been cleaned since my 5 weeks there. Hairs, toilet paper laying around. Really bad!! Compared to other plus fitness gyms this one is the least clean. I’ve never seen anyone cleaning. I thought after COVID hygiene would be a bit more priority and important to keep everyone safe. Have a look at other plus fitness locations they do a way better job!! Please improve!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great gym sesh using the vast range of equipment. I thought very highly of the joint and the facilities! I wasn’t too impressed with the service of the staff as she sat on the couch the whole time I was there not saying a word. It was my first time there and I was walking around looking for the lockers to put my bag down as she watches me do so I gathered she didn’t work there. To find out she was on duty I was not happy!! But did it get to me. No, thanks for having me and I will be back

Positive experience: I had Russel as my personal trainer. While it wasn’t a long time he made the gym a really welcoming space and was always patient with me as a beginner. His lessons always felt structured and pushed me to achieve more. Very professional great trainer :)

Fantastic experience: Since joining plus fitness I have lost 25/30kg and a big part of that was because my personal trainer Russell very patient and took his time to explain the right form to assure I wouldn’t injure myself if your looking for a pt he’s the man

Positive experience: I came to Russell with a goal to feel healthier and loose weight before a wedding in November. I gave him less than 2 months to help me fit into my dress. Not only did Russell help me achieve this goal, but he has helped me get my love for the gym and working out back. I couldn’t be happier, I feel great and on the way to hitting more personal goals all the thanks to Russell. I am so grateful and couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: A wholesome experience having Russle as my PT. Not only encouraging me to achieve my workout goals, but also mentor myself to think from different perspectives and to be more positive with life in general. Small quiet gym with a very friendly community.

Negative experience: Good equipment and nice people but I tried to sign up for the free trial and have tried to cancel by going in and I’ve been charged over $100 when I haven’t even been going, slightly frustrating.

Negative experience: They stole 3 months of membership from me after cancelling, I repeatedly attempted to contact with no response. Plus Fitness in general make it hard for you to cancel the memberships, and it seems they just reply to bad reviews claiming they are spam. I think people respond better if you take responsibility for what is being said. I think this lack of responsibility to improve their service is emblematic of the quality of service you pay for.

Fantastic experience: Spacious gym offering a wide variety of weight lifting and cardio equipment, with friendly staff day in and day out.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly clean and well equipped gym. After trying out various other gyms (including competitors and branches), I have to say that this is best one to date. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff combined with a great variety of equipment and you have a complete package. The manager Paul is customer-driven, which is an absolute rarity to find these days!

Fantastic experience: I have been regularly attending Plus Fitness for several months now and have the best experience out of all the other gyms in my area. I cannot recommend the gym enough to anyone who is considering attending! During covid-19, Paulo was consistently ensuring members and staff met health requirements and to this day he continues to do so. I have also been seeing some awesome results ever since attending the regular group classes and weekly PT sessions! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: Good gym equipment, some intimidating gym members some of which dont wear mask for COVID. Manager seems not to care about mask regulations RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT Its not "defamation", its my opinion. Perhaps you should consider addressing concerns instead of having a tanty. Extremely unprofessional. Please learn how to take constructive criticism. I only bother leaving feedback when dissatisfied. I'm glad I won't be returning to your gym. UPDATE I notice you deleted your original response so that you appear civilised. Your 'new' response doesn't detract the fact that you're not genuinely concerned about dispute resolution, rather you are only concerned about positive PR. I also noticed you take the same stance in other constructive reviews, you're obviously more concerned about your own ego rather than benefiting the gym and its members. 0 STARS.

Positive experience: Nice staff, good facilities and usually nice people but often there are some quite unfriendly people there and it’s not a nice environment

Negative experience: Popped in for a free trail, The manager of the gym is an annyoing parrot! Whole time he couldnt stop gloating about how much he can bench press.

Negative experience: The facilities and equipment are satisfactory but the staff are dismal. When discussing weight loss programs, it was apparent the manager lacked knowledge regarding exercise physiology. I'm a chiropractor so I know a little when it comes to exercise. But it was the managers obvious attempt to bluff his way through, giving ill-informed advice which I think could put would be clients at risk. Also, his arrogant demeanour ultimately put me off joining.

Fantastic experience: What a awsome gym great equipment and above all the staff ( especially Paul )is amazing great help and full of knowledge and know how in the fitness industry. Highly recommend this place for all fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: I’m used to big gyms like fitness first so after moving from a big city to a city like Perth i was worried to find a gym with all the equipment and clean like my old gym but plus fitness gave me everything i ever wanted in a gym and even more actually! You are always super worried that a medium size gym will be really packed and that you can’t workout properly or have to wait but not at all! Plus fitness has a really smooth traffic, the staff is awesome and helpful as they give you tips about how to execute an exercise or diet without trying to schedule a one-on-one pt session with you which is really cool. Matt the manager is a really cool guy and always ready to help and go that extra mile to help you out. I recommend that gym to everyone who wants to be surrounded by people who share the same goal....which is to be fit and have while doing it.

Positive experience: Large clean gym with wide range of equipment. The treadmills can access free to air tv and the mirror wall is large and almost to the floor. Showers are clean and start hot, but hot water suddenly ceased during a long shower.
