Fantastic experience: ifeelgood has been an amazing place to help me along my fitness journey the staff and members are incredible friendly and helpful and the facility itself is always an amazing atmosphere to really get into the Zone with Joining ups been one of the best decisions I have made and I highly recommend ifeelgood Oxenford to anyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey

Fantastic experience: Really love the vibe of this gym, been going for a few years now. Bec has created a lovely atmosphere with positive and helpful staff. Always immaculately clean, welcoming and nicely air conditioned. Well maintained equipment and three (always clean) bathrooms with showering facilities. Not at all judgey or snobby like other gyms. No posers or people taking selfies on machines. They were very understanding with some health issues I was having and were happy to put my membership on hold until I was better. Jessie is so lovely and friendly and always takes the time to greet you as you arrive and leave. Mason has done an awesome job teaching my 14 year old son how to train correctly and my son has even been teaching me new things. My son always tells me that other more experienced members taught him how to do something properly or showed him something which he really appreciates. Great mix of people of all different ages and abilities. Since I have been going I have lost 18 kgs (halfway to my goal) and being currently overweight has never made me feel self conscious at this gym as everyone is positive and getting their workout done.

The way she confirmed my appointment, made me feel welcome at the trial, asked relevant questions and then followed me up was first class. Further to this, she did it in a way that was friendly and informative.

Negative experience: Terrible. Gym is full of creeps but manager chooses to focus on pointless things and Karen out on little rules people aren't doing right instead of making the gym a safe space. Absolutely abolished service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve broken through my threshold of ugh (old self talk) and I’m now enjoying my strength training now!! … talk about grit and determination. Motivation was not my friend, it wasn’t reliable, but I was Choose you and you choose progress. Progress = happiness ❤️

Fantastic experience: I feelgood gym has not only motivated me but has also kicked of my body building career again. This gym is a well designed place without the afternoon peak out of people. Definitely better then any world gym why go to a big gym where you’ve got everything you need at ifeelgood thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: I was a member of the club while I was living in SE Queensland in 2021 and early 2022 and the place is great. The 24/7 access is excellent for coming in outside of regular hours, but even during busier times I was always able to do a workout as there is quite a range of equipment. They've recently added a rig and more free weights which really suited me too. The club is always clean and tidy and has good shower/change facilities. A great bunch of people - highly recommended.

Negative experience: This gym is absolutely unprofessional and a money grab. I with having working during their staff hours. After months literally 4 months of messaging via email, texting and calling with no response back there. I was forced to pay my 4 weeks cancellation despite the fact that it was placed in writing months before for cancellation. Bec advised that she would have head office look into this to have it rectified. It has now been 1 month with no outcome. Bec finally answered today and advise there is nothing she can do and it is not her job. Last I checked if a customer lodges a complaint she would have a chain of command to follow to get to a solution. Absolute horrible service, they miss sell their services and can't even provide a clean falility.

Fantastic experience: I actually look forward to going to the gym! It is such a friendly and safe environment especially for young female adults like myself. The equipment is always pristine and I never have to wait to use a machine. The gym itself smells fresh and amazing 24/7 and there is always up to date music playing if you happen to forget your headphones!

Fantastic experience: It's been a long time since I have been to a gym and I feel good is a perfect fit for me. Chloe was extremely helpful and patient taking us through each machine and assisting us with the begginer training program. She is amazing. The gym is very clean, no lines to use machines, everyone is friendly and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. I love that it is 24 hours, staff are great and willing to lend a hand with any questions. It was a fun experience and I am definitely looking forward to a long and happy membership. I highly recommend this gym.

Negative experience: Very disappointing behave, while being there for a month I decided to cancel and signed a cancellation form expecting to get canceled in a month but run through a year and now they loosed a form, no refund. My last entry in their record was 18 March and I should only pay for April if i had to pay 1 month after I cancel but charged me until last week,,, complete rip off, always keep record so that u on track, never trust these people, I had to pay for their mistakes Very disrespectful

Fantastic experience: i am so happy to have found this gym the staff (especially Bec) are amazing and so welcoming as an overweight unfit almost 50 year old i didnt have much hope in success but the friendly supportive team at i feel good set me out a plan that i could follow and kept encouraging me and after a few short months to my suprise i am seeing results not only on the scales but cm are also coming off and im feeling great THANKS TEAM for helping me achieve my goals

Super clean and very well equipped. i feel good has a great variety of classes which are not over full. All the instructors are amazing, passionate and encouraging. Negative experience: My experience was dreadful and still ongoing after 3 months... Bec was extremely difficult to deal with and is still trying to charge me 3 months worth of gym after I had cancelled it. If there is another gym near by, id say go there, save yourself the hassle.

I was not pressured into anything, and have always been welcomed with a kind smile and a bright attitude by all the staff here, most especially the manager, Bec! If you are looking for a gym that is warm, welcoming, not pretentious, very clean and has a positive and happy vibe, as well as great equipment and trainers, then this is where I would highly recommend you go!

Negative experience: Terrible place. I went in for the "free trial" and was heavily pressured to sign up. I remained a member for a few months, then moved away for work and put my account on hold. The account was reactivated without my permission and they charged hundreds of dollars to my account without my knowledge. Once my credit card expired they continued to charge another $300 to my name and are now calling me and demanding that I pay outstanding fees for a gym I haven't been to in over a year. I have made it clear that I wish to cancel my membership but they will not allow me to cancel as I live abroad and cannot appear in person to cancel the account. I have been a member of several gyms and I have never had a problem like this. These are terrible people. Do not come here.

Fantastic experience: Chris, Bec and Martin have a great non ego easygoing gym that welcomes not only myself but my kids as well. Everytime you walk in the door you are greeted with a great smile and a how ya going attitude. They are approachable not like other gyms, and want to help and share there knowledge and experience with all there members.
