This practice and the ethics of the Staff are unparalleled to any other that I have known about or experienced in the past. They are truly about QUALITY and CARE. They ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They do not pretend to be fixing you up to achieve multiple sessions. In fact, they actually FIX YOU UP and Tell you when you are OK. If I could give a Higher Recommendation... I would. If you OR someone you know needs their services - Do Not Hesitate. Worth every second of your time. Keep Up the FANTASTIC Work. Fantastic experience: Sam is easily the best physiotherapist I have ever had. He always diagnoses my injuries correctly and gives great strengthening exercises. The website is very easy to use and makes booking appointments stress free. Paragon have a fantastic facility with their various exercise equipment, pilates facility and testing machines. I highly recommend Sam and his Paragon team for any and all physiotherapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Sam’s practice is by far the best in NSW. He is a great physio, works very hard and some how he is always available when i’m in need! I’ve gone through pre surgery rehab and post surgery rehab with him and it was unreal. After injury he really reinstalled my confidence about getting back onto the pitch. Sam and his team are great, their warmness makes you feel like you’ve chosen the right place once you step foot in the room. I recommend him to any and everyone in need! 10/10 best place to go to sort your body out!

Fantastic experience: If you need physio or anything relating to pain and building your strength & knowledge… this is the place to go! There isn’t enough words to describe how much this place means to me, I’ve had a rough couple of years of injuries and battles with my sport: Wakeboarding. Everyone at Paragon has helped me grow into a guy more well known now for stretching, gyming and exercising at least 5 - 6 times a week. This time last year I was very breakable and couldn’t rely on just my genetics to get by, I’m lucky in the fact I’ve been doing a sport competitively for the last 10 years. If there’s any advise or help you need to better yourself to overcome injuries and your lack of confidence, you gotta come to here! I would not be the guy I am today without them, thank you so much legends

The facility is great and provides the opportunity to challenge yourself to improve your strength to the highest possibility and great results are evident from myself and other athletes.

Fantastic experience: Sam and the team are great. Sam, Eli and Lauren were all was so supportive of my recovery and beyond. They all had the skills to not only help my back recovery but also introduced further support outside of the clinic to ensure my injury would not affect future performance. With such a diverse team they all provided different and very useful advice and guidance about the way I should go about recovery and beyond. Not only did they fix my back but also improved my game thorough their impressive testing facilities. I highly recommend them to any athlete, they are the best in the business.

Fantastic experience: After a year of struggling with rehab and recovery on a grade 2 hamstring tear, I was stuck and looking for answers. I then contacted Lauren at Paragon and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on activation exercises, pre/post training and not only wrote out a plan for me but showed me what I should focus on to avoid repeat injuries ie muscles around the affected area

Fantastic experience: The team at Paragon are amazing. I had the pleasure of seeing Lauren, Sam and Eli about my chronic knee pain. They were all so helpful in making sure that I returned to playing football in the shortest time possible. The great thing about this team is the fact that they care about their patients enough to make sure they are comfortable with treatment and exercises which makes the rehab process so much easier. All 3 of them are very knowledgeable and provided me with the tools to strengthen my knee with constant guidance along the way. I’ve seen a lot of physios in my time and I must say these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend seeing them!

Fantastic experience: I have seen many physiotherapists throughout the years that I didn't feel comfortable returning to, but I highly recommend paragon physio for genuine and accurate advice. I had a very positive experience with Sam and Lauren going in for a shoulder injury, and leaving feeling confident in how I could manage and rehab my shoulder. This is the only physiotherapy clinic that I have seen use strength measurement techniques that allow you to accurately see your progression and results, and I feel confident to return and to refer any family and friends. Very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from back pain for many years with 2 bulging discs and canal nerve stenosis! I was looking for something close to home as I needed to drive, I found Bri; Undeniably the best physio I have ever seen! Not only did she make my pain disappear but she introduced me to acupuncture which has never previously been offered. I am honestly several months down the track and I have not had any serious back pain. I also tried the Pilates once a week for a few weeks but the times were unfortunately not achievable for my schedule but I loved it! Thank you.

The best part of their service is there is no push for extra unnecessary visits and I also appreciate the follow up contact.
