Fantastic experience: Chinchilla public Aquatic centre has a 50 metre outdoor pool and a full sized, heated 25 metre indoor pool. A fantastic children's pool divided into 1metre and 1/2 metre pools. The ladies amenities block has a number of showers and a huge changing room with multiple private changing cubicles There is a cafe and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend a visit.

Positive experience: The stuff are friendly, the place is clean. The pool is not as warm as I thought it would be. Other than that I gave it a 4 star rating.

Fantastic experience: Staff we very polite friendly and helpful. It's a nice clean facility easy to access and value for money. It has an indoor and outdoor pool as always enjoy my visit.

Positive experience: Everything a swimming pool needs, canteen, changing rooms and a gym. Canteen sells hot food, lollies and drinks. Changing rooms have basic showers and toilets and the gym is pretty small but has decent equipment.

Negative experience: Thought pool would be warmer!!?? Lots of school children. Crowded. Lessons. Need an extra set of steps. Staff ok, but busy.. Cleanliness ok. Gates everywhere. Needs better signage..

Negative experience: I asumed the childrens pool would have a little slide or something. There is nothing to entertain children here. Take along your own inflatables. Staff seem very young. Though polite not friendly.

Positive experience: What you'd expect from a local pool. I thing over school holidays you could lose a lane so there's more room for kids to swim without having to go over lane ropes. But having to pay to supervise (when not swimming) is a bit much.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility. Swimming trainer for kids is amazing. She is very patient and professional. Staff is smiling and friendly. Covered / heated pool available in winters. Also gym at front. Yoga classes for kids available too

Negative experience: Pool was ok, but showers offer ice-cold water from two taps. Last night was 4°C, so cold water is really cold! I feel the aquatic center should inform customers that no warm water is available and to do so before taking money.
