After reviewing our records, it appears that we did not receive any email communication from you regarding your cancellation request. We are very open about our cancellation procedure to avoid such misunderstandings. We did find one sent communication via the app portal, but please note - this is not a club specific form of communication, is not sent directly to us and is not part of our cancellation policy. However, we did process a refund for any payments taken during this period, and believe we came to a very reasonable and quick resolution over the Christmas and New Years break. Hey Chia Tony, You've been caught by our tailgating system bringing in someone, this is not your first incident with Snap Fitness Port Melbourne in which you have already been given warning. Our club manager attempted to talk to you last night regarding tailgating and the seriousness Snap Fitness Port Melbourne is taking on the matter. You have been asked multiple times now not to tailgate with another member and where given 3 total warnings within the last 7 days. This is a universal rule that is being enforced, Irrespective of member status, please ensure you close the door behind you, or if you know the person(s) ensure they bring their own card and scan themself, a tailgating fee has been applied to your account. This has been implemented to ensure club saftey. Thank you for your understanding!
