Fantastic experience: Small gym but has everything you need. Friendly staff willingly to help you out when you're just getting started. Clean shower and toilets. Not very busy usually

Negative experience: In terms of the gym it's a convenient very basic enough to get stuff done , my review is mostly around the communication and dishonesty of this gym.they have taken money out my account for months after cancelling my contract,it's been nearly 2.5months with barely any communication and no refund. I cancelled in December 2023 and was taking money out from January 2024 until I noticed in my bank statement march 2024 .

Fantastic experience: staff is very helpful specially Ricky. Its good gym, If they add few more equipment it will be the best gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jetts Harrisdale for around 5 years and am consistently happy with the facilities and service from the staff. It is always clean, equipment is maintained well and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Gym owner Chris is not contactable in any means , only way is to send compliant to Jetts head quarters then he will send email and saying unable to attend calls but they detect $29.90 without fail. There are plenty of gyms around and not to go to this kind of cheap gym. I am still waiting to resolve matter after nearly 1.5 months.

Negative experience: Do not be surprised if they still charge you even if you have cancelled your membership. Its just $29.90 for you, for them it totals hundreds. I disputed the transaction with my bank but they are still justifying it and do not want to refund.

Positive experience: It is Convenient place but little bit crowded.

Negative experience: They sold my phone number so now I get random calls constantly. I didn’t even sign up. I just put in my phone number for a free trial. Not only that, but the woman from jetts who called me (because I didn’t try the free trial) was laughing the whole call.

Negative experience: good things - close proximity, 24*7(every jetts though) many threadmills bad things - t.v channels are boring ,not many machine for leg exercises , unhygienic (on weekends) bins are overflowing,music is nt best suggestions- staff can be more friendly, they are only friendly if you are doing physio etc or paid sessions(in my opinion) I understand its hard to be smiling with everyone but that is called high quality customer service. Jetts we want t.v with music videos etc. otherwise all good and I will give 5stars. machines are at close proximity. you dont feel the vibe just do and leave straightforward.

Fantastic experience: Newer equipment which has been well maintained. Plenty of weights available and space for any other workouts or group sessions.

Positive experience: The gym is conveniently located in the shopping centre. There is plenty of parking available for all the members. The only problem I have with the gym is but there are not enough machines. The gym is very clean from the inside. The staff are very nice and friendly. Common things are missing that you will find in a bigger gym. I hope they get new machines. That's why I'm giving 3 stars.

Fantastic experience: Despite what these other negative reviews are saying, it's all false. This place is amazing and has great staff, and weights or machines wise, it has everything you could possibly need. It's not very big and can get crowded sometimes which is the only downside. Other reviews are telling you that the weights are not enough is completely false, it has weights up to 400kg of plates and has 0 to 50kg dumbbells if you need them. The only reason you would need to go higher is if you are a world class athlete, which they could gladly pay more money for an at-home gym. This place is great and the parking is right in front of the area so you don't have to worry about anything theft related. Great place.

Fantastic experience: This is my regular gym I go to. I have been to other Jetts gyms as part of my travels and this one rates really well. Good layout and a good range of equipment. When they run the classes it can be a bit crowded, other than that it is easy to get around and use gear as you need it. Parking is really great here and very close to the gym. Parking “after hours” is very close to gym so if you are concerned about security it is literally just outside the doors of gym. Facilities such as showers and toilets are always keep nice and clean as to the gym areas.

Positive experience: Good equipment, would be great if there was a pool included for the price that we pay :) but weight-wise, it has everything needed. Staffs can be a bit more responsive though.

Positive experience: really awesome friendly staff. Gets super busy for size, but members are pretty good sharing equipment so not much of a problem. Could have a grinder machine for upper body cardio. calesthenics equipment is awesome

Positive experience: Good utility and clean enviorenment. but, Been told to offer a month free and 2 weeks suspending but no record on the system. so have an unhappy discusssing with one of the stuff..... the member payment system need to be improved.

Fantastic experience: A great little spot to relax and unwind after a long day at work, the coffee and cakes are exquisite and the service is impeccable. Although at times it can be quite busy, there are usually always at least one free machine to sit down at before being served.
