Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful studio.I did my first yin yoga class with Beca and it was amazing. Just what my body and soul needed. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Facilities and awesome coaches, really relaxing atmosphere always feel super relaxed but energised after any yoga class there. Also the recovery room with the ice bath and infared sauna is state of the art! They also have a really good gym upstairs with some amazing personal trainers that really look after their people!! Fantastic experience: The studio is beautiful and has a nice energy to it. I love the options available from gym and strength classes to yoga and holistic healing classes/events plus the luxury of an ice bath and sauna! All the best things in one place for what seems like affordable pricing! I love the different style of teaching where the teachers don't flow with us but instructs us, it's a game changer, allowing me to drop in deeper to my own practice! Becca's Thursday vinyasa with gongs was one of the best vinyasa flows I've done! The gongs were an added treat. She is lovely and was very thorough showing me around and informing me with everything I needed to know. Looking forward to joining this community!

Fantastic experience: I attended a free session and was very surprised by the warmth of the place. The instructor was gentle, knowledgeable and friendly. During that week I tried yoga classes at two local gyms, and I could see the difference in atmosphere which was very important for being able to relax and embrace the experience. I am now curious to explore all the sessions offered by this club.

Fantastic experience: There's no place like zen life! After trialing a different studio (that does Pilates as well) ... it just wasn't the same. ZenLife yoga holds space for the body & mind and is perfect. The lighting, the sound, the shala , the yoga itself and the words of the instructors is heaven. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time to go to Emm's warrior circle and it was so good. Emm is a phenomenal teacher who is really attuned to people and just gets it. I felt really seen and heard by her. After class I chatted with a few people and looked around and was really impressed with Zen Life. It's a really versatile gym, having both the weights equipment upstairs and a yoga studio downstairs. It has very fresh and clean spaces that are obviously maintained and their staff clearly take pride in the space. It is also great to have recovery spaces like the sauna and ice bath, which I didn't try but would like to next time I go up. Zen Life also seems to have a great and inclusive community which not every gym has. I wish I lived closer to make it my every day gym!

Positive experience: I listen to a lot of relaxation music. The music at Zen is more uplifting than relaxation/ meditation. It's just my personal taste, I will still keep coming along

Fantastic experience: I felt inspired to try yoga for the first time in my life, and I'm so glad that I decided to start my yoga journey here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It feels almost like a family, and I love how positive everyone is. It's been such a wonderful introduction to yoga for me so far. Even after the first class I've noticed a decrease in my anxiety, and I feel much more calm. I'm looking forward to becoming more flexible and comfortable in my body. I was nervous starting yoga with zero experience, but it's been very beginner-friendly so far, and I've appreciated the instructors giving me advice. Students are encouraged to show up 15 minutes early, which gives us time to say hi to the instructor and set up our mats. If you tell the instructor that you're new, they'll show you around and help you out a bit more. They have a bunch of mats that students are welcome to borrow for free. I was very appreciative of that! I was expecting to either have to buy or rent one. So that was a nice surprise. They also have various ZenFit classes during the week, which have more cardio and weight lifting elements, so it's possible to get a well-rounded workout.

Fantastic experience: Prior to my membership with Zen Life I had not tried yoga. I was apprehensive to try something new, however that feeling shifted as soon as I walked through the door. The staff and fellow yogis were warm and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Mari, she was very professional and thorough in her technique. As someone who has struggled with ongoing shoulder pain for sometime, I often seek massage treatment. Over the years I have found myself leaving relaxed but not as though muscle tension has been relieved. Mari was confident in applying pressure and able to relieve the pain, I had more mobility and today woke up feeling refreshed as I'd had my first decent night's sleep in a week.

Fantastic experience: I have been a student at Zen Life Yoga since March 2019. During my time there I have found all the staff to be wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable people. The environment in the studio is lovely, encouraging, very friendly and inclusive to all. I have quite a few old injuries and also arthritis in my spine, neck and ankles. Before going to yoga I was taking a lot of medication and having treatment at the S.C.G.H. Pain Clinic. Over my time at yoga my medication has been reduced enormously while my range of movement has increased enormously and I have not needed any medical procedures. This is definitely the result of my yoga practice. I cannot thank the wonderful people at Zen Life Yoga enough for the fantastic changes I have noticed since I started practicing yoga with them.

Fantastic experience: I miss coming to this centre. Truly the most honest practice I have ever been too. Been to many yoga places and have never joined them past the trial. At Zen, the instructors have a genuine passion and are not there to show off their skills, instead they take time to do corrections and give you proper help when you need modifications. Mostly importantly for me, there is no pretentiousness with all the instructors I have taken classes with.

She’s always wanted to try yoga, and having attended Dave and Tracey’s amazing classes it was a no brainer to buy it from Zen Life. Wonderful experienced teachers with different specialties and modalities to suit your life style and pace from Zen Fit Pt training .. Yoga Vinyasa, Yin, and sound bath meditations, so come and immerse yourself and escape the daily grind with Tracey and Dave Zen Life owners who are so passionate and friendly and are truly dedicated to you, to be the best version of yourself. Fantastic experience: I joined Zen Life Yoga over a year ago having never done yoga before. The atmosphere at the studio from the amazing instructors and other members is so warm and welcoming and I was able to learn without feeling self conscious. I am now completely hooked and it is a big part of my life - I absolutely love coming to the studio and feel that it’s had a huge effect on my wellbeing. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have attended classes at Zen yoga for the past six months, I always feel a sense of calm and positivity during and after each class. All the instructors are experienced and knowledgeable about everything yoga! I have a knee injury that limits my range of movement which at times can make some positions difficult to get into but I have found all the teachers especially Tracy very helpful. I never feel like I can’t participate as the teachers adapt and give me some extra support.

Fantastic experience: I walked in to this studio and felt immediately welcomed, by receiving big warm smiles from staff and friendly students. The couple whom own the studio, Tracey and David are a dream team and have created a well thought out studio (and not another money making, pretentious studio) this north of Perth. I took Power classes with both of them seperately, so keep that in mind when reading the rest of this paragraph. David’s class was challenging yet playful, think handstands and arm balances - but also plenty of options with movement to explore but also not be so extreme - if extreme is not to your taste. Tracey’s class was wonderful, she has a beautiful voice with well thought out words that will bring you a sense of peace, but also at times bring you back to reality with a grin on your face, also a challenging class which included advanced asana and options to suit you. I have no doubts they would both take fabulous classes in other styles too. The only downside? Was me as my own setback and not branching out from my personal practice whilst on holiday earlier. I’ve travelled to numerous countries practicing yoga and this studio comes at one of the best... yes I was pleasantly surprised too! Thank you both, see you when I’m next in town.
