Fantastic experience: Such a friendly gym! Everyone helps each other here & the staff give members a free gym introductory session where they show you how to use a whole bunch of equipment. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: This is the first gym I’ve ever joined. It’s week 2 or 3 now, and I only go to the gym for the classes. The trainers/ coach are really nice. Special mention to Mar for encouraging me, and being really helpful. I wish Snap Cranbourne West would have more classes though on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Fantastic experience: SNAP is the first gym that I've been apart of and in that time I've been guided by PT Bailey. He's professional, knowledgeable and knows how to make a session fun. He's shown me that I can accomplish more than I first thought possible. The gym itself is always clean and maintained well. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of equipment compared to the small area, and friendly staff make it a joy to train here. Both my partner and I train with PT Gagan Gill who is highly knowledgeable about training especially post-injury or if restarting excercise after a long "break".

Fantastic experience: I find the overall ambience highly motivating and the customer service is excellent. Keep up the good work Jesse. There is a wide range of equipment and weights to choose from along with group sessions including yoga and pilates in the morning and evening.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym to exist, Jodie, Bec and Jesse aswell as the team are always so kind, gym is always up to date. So convenient in the location! This gym and Clyde North Snap helped me achieve results that I couldn’t have dreamt of. I’ve been a member for roughly 2/3 years now and it’s so easy to call this a safe space! I’ve been to other gyms and they just can’t compare to the superiority of this gym! :)

Fantastic experience: Love spending my time at Snap Cranbourne West. Staff are amazing and always so welcoming and the trainers are awesome too and always willing to help with techniques when needed. Love the variety of group classes too.

Negative experience: They only care about money. Prior to lockdown, I was quite fond of this gym. However, in recent days, they have decided to suddenly start charging all accounts (under the justification of "an email was sent out") with the only exception being a WRITTEN request to freeze the account. I understand that snap would have had a tough time financially over lockdown - but so has everyone else. There should have been a requirement to obtain people's permission in writing to continue paid membership, rather than the other way around. They also refused a refund. This is just a blatant money-grab, and it really shows the poor moral stance of Snap's management. Zero stars, and good riddance. Edit: they have no reviews for four months, then suddenly when I post a negative review, 3 five star reviews are uploaded within 2 hours. What's up with that? Smh.

Negative experience: Avoid getting a membership to this gym. They will send out debt collectors if you have not use a service you haven’t paid for. Very rude and inconsiderate. They have burnt there bridges with me as I may had considered rejoining later on. I will now reconsider the new Jet Gym behind Woolworths on Evans Rd in the future.

Fantastic experience: Snap Cranbourne West is the best gym I have ever been a part of! Firstly, the gym itself is amazing- always clean, equipment is great and always available, I used to go to a gym where equipment was always broken and they never spent the money to fix things. I’ve never seen any equipment out of order at Snap and they are constantly buying new equipment for the gym! Secondly, the staff are beyond amazing. You are always greeted when walking through the door by anyone at the desk and they always make the effort to stop their conversation to say hi! Everyone is made to feel so welcome and comfortable in the gym. I couldn’t fault the staff at all. Thirdly, the members are just the bomb! It sounds so cliche but it really is a community. Everyone knows everyone and everyone is welcome and included. It’s like a second family! I’ve never been a part of a gym like Snap Cranbourne West & unless I move house one day, I will never leave! Do yourself a favour and join, you will not be disappointed!!

Negative experience: It’s expensive to sign up too . And not much gym equipments as well $149 sign up fee for 2 weeks then $15 weekly after that sorry no thanks. Maybe 3 treadmills I have to use another equipment

Fantastic experience: I am so happy this gym has opened up in our estate. I can honestly say its the best gym ever. The staff are like family ,always getting involved in the community and bringing the community together. I have met lots of other members who I keep in touch with outside of the gym aswell The manager is honestly what can I say amazing, so efficient and professional. I have trained with Matt and he was great too he always kept me motivated when I needed the extra push. I like the free classes they run.
