Negative experience: Attempted to cancel my membership multiple times with this gym however they keep taking money out of my account. Takes over 1 month for head office to reply. After saying they were going to stop taking money almost everyday $5 and $7 (random amounts) keep getting taken from my account. EDIT: Iron gym is now threatening to sue me for deformation for this google review with a “law firm” that does not seem real… number is disconnected, address is a random building and website only has a home page.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here a year now and the gym is fairly quiet so the equipment is always free to use. All the fellow members are all so kind and the community within the gym is so refreshing. I had left my gym shoes there for a week and came back with them being left in a cubby hole for me.

Positive experience: Good gym with decent equipment. Only downside does not have 1.25 kg plates. I would love to see these in the gym sometime soon.

Fantastic experience: Best gym (IronGym) in the area and honestly say I love going to this gym. Equipment and the machines are very updated. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. No one judges you as you’re doing your exercises and workouts. 24 hrs which is a bonus for me if I miss one day. I know I can go either early or late at night.I’ve been going for over 6 months now. All the staffs are good but Mel and Jess are highly recommended .

Negative experience: Worst experience with this gym, could not attend due to sickness. Management do not prep their staff how to communicate to members. Cannot get ahold of anyone when ringing the landline. All around poor service.

After numerous declined payments with your gym membership, staff contacted you to inform you that you had money owing on your account. You informed staff that you were injured and that you wanted to cancel your membership over the phone. As per our terms and conditions, cancellations are not done over the phone and you need to provide written notice to cancel your gym membership. This is to assist both yourself and the gym in having a record. You were not happy that staff did not cancel your membership immediately over the phone, and that is when you got frustrated and angry at them. We do not tolerate disrespect to any of our staff members in person or over the phone for simply following the rules. We apologise that you were unable to attend the club due to your sickness, however we note there are terms and conditions that all members must abide by with their membership, and staff can not simply cancel a membership over the phone especially when the member owes a lot of money. We understand now that your account has been fully paid off, and your membership is cancelled in the correct procedure as per the terms and conditions. Fantastic experience: I joined Iron gym after leaving Anytime fitness and I don’t regret it. It’s a the perfect size and pretty much all the equipment you need. There is no loud annoying dance music blaring at full volume like it’s a dance club, no bright obnoxious colours to distract you. Iron gym keeps it simple with black and orange. Iron gym also has a ladies only section which is locked by card swipe. Staff and patrons are friendly, it rarely gets crowded. The attached supplement store is nice, there’s a microwave for anyone to use and even a fridge with microwave meals for purchase which is super convenient. There’s also a basketball court! In the bathroom area there is a sauna but I haven’t used it yet. I cannot speak for the ladies bathroom but the only negative I have about this gym is the men’s bathroom needs work. They can be a little dirty and sometimes just water all over the floor, there are no paper towels or hand dryer so I have to use my own gym towel or just my shirt…. Either way Im usually too focused on my workout so I just do my business and get out. Bathrooms just need a bit of TLC. Overall….. For $9.95 a week. This is a very good gym! Simple, straight forward, no bulls***. Cheers

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite gyms. The staff are friendly & very encouraging. If you have any questions about how to go about using any of the many equipments there or even advice on body building, they would be more than happy to help. Very affordable & a great atmosphere to work out in. Ladies are encouraged to work out there as they have a private section just for them. There's punching bags & even a small basketball court for practising those crucial shots!

Fully hammer strength and life fitness equipment, massive gym and even has a supplement shop. Fantastic experience: Amazing new ladies only section! The gym is so spacious and has every equipment you would need + a children’s corner to watch your bub while you get your workout in. Awesome female trainers and great group classes too. The bathrooms are new and really clean and there’s also a sauna (yes a sauna!!)! It’s really got everything you need. Love it!
Fantastic experience: I love how they have put a female only gym there! It’s quite small. I wish the change rooms were more functional- lockers are needed and lower doors for the shower! Would have been nice if they had shower doors and a seperate change area so that you are not changing on wet floors. They also need AC there. I can never go during the day it gets extremely hot and humid. *update* they have AC yay! Can’t wait to go back Plus side it’s very very cheap

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for years when the gym used to be at Blaxland road. This gym has everything you need and a great range of equipment and dumbbells and is cleaned regularly. Not too busy even during peak hours. Great place to train :)

Fantastic experience: Been a member for over 5 years, has everything you need in a gym. Great staff and members are easy going, no try hards so you're able to work out with ease. Great range in weights for dumbbells and plates. Simplicity is best. *UPDATE 2023* Gym has been renovated for more gym equipment and space. Easily the best gym in Campbelltown, maybe even Sydney

Negative experience: One of the worst gyms I have ever attended due to management. Lack of support to members. No repair to machines in months. Damages to benches toilets never fixed. Toilets with no place to dry hands. When you speak up about their issues in social media, you get your comments deleted, Blocked and suspended from the gym. Highly not recommended and there are cheaper gyms with better care out there.

Negative experience: Little to NO communication, a willingness to debit your account while you key doesn’t work, and when trying to get answers and cancel even less communication unless it’s on their fb page

Fantastic experience: I was with iron gym at BLAXLAND rd. When they first opened up I left after 3 years because they had staff issues and equipment was not getting looked after. They have just moved to Leumeah. I can't believe it. They have lots of top life fitness and hammer strength equipment. The best you can get . If you want a proper gym to train This is the best you can get in Campbelltown area
