Fantastic experience: I became a member of Jetts Scarborough a few months ago and have had a month free membership! Now I work with Adam one of the terrific Personal Trainers who is highly skilled, patient and friendly. The other staff there are also lovely as are the clientelle. Well done Jetts, you'll have me there for quite some time to come now. Great facilities as well!

Fantastic experience: I use to go to the gym about 3 or 4 years ago,but stopped due to osteoporosis in my knees. I got a email if I want to return and because my husband goes there I decided to go back and to my surprise there are all new equipment there which is brilliant. And has a friendly atmosphere,the owners are lovely and friendly. So good I returned after my husband told me about the fantastic changes there.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend a friendlier gym if I tried, manager is absolutely brilliant, gym always clean with some new equipment all in perfect working order. Small but efficient gym with everything you could need. Also a lovely outdoor area out the back which is great to train with other people. Most of all I genuinely just love the friendly community and atmosphere where no one is judging you only supporting you, also a big plus that it’s so close to the beach!!

Fantastic experience: Originally a foundation member, I have come back to find the gym completely fresh and renovated. With new machines and a great little area out the back, that includes boxing equipment to use. Andrew and his team have done a great job.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Scarborough is one of the nicest small gyms you can find with an unpretentious crowd that just wants to exercise, good choice of equipment (all recently been upgraded), and super important to me...it is always impeccably clean. Fantastic experience: Thank you to Jetts Scarborough for always maintaining a clean, fresh, easy access gym. Windows are on 2 sides makes the feeling fresh and bright, (instead of many gyms closed in with no windows). Staff are cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Too small and the equipment is limited. The electronic door is unreliable. As an after hours client I was locked out 3 times and the owner refused to take responsibility and told me the front door is the responsibility of a separate company. Previous owner was very professional, new owner is the very opposite! I joined Revo, 1 min away from Jetts amazing equipment and very professionally run gym, would encourage others to do the same.
It's very easy to write a bad review, even if none of it is true. In the years we've been in operation, we have never needed to call the Police for Harassment. We will not tolerate any abusive behavior, cursing, disrespect or aggression towards our Staff members. We have never needed to escort anyone outside the gym previously, members were in shock and disgusted with your behavior.
Fantastic experience: Great gym equipment, always clean, very friendly & accommodating staff! Andrew has been so helpful and always has a smile on his face! Great membership options for FIFO workers too! Love coming here.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Jetts Scarborough for more than four years now and can’t speak highly enough of the club. Andrew and his wife recently bought new equipment and the facilities are second to none. They’ve even set up an outside area for members when it gets busy and for the summer months. The club is always kept clean and I have made many good friends during my time there. Jetts Scarborough is a friendly club with a welcoming attitude.

Negative experience: Terrible experience and interactions with management. Amateur to say the least.
Hi Tom, We've tried explaining several times that it's simply a Jetts Fitness Policy. A lot of other gyms offer 4 weeks per Calendar year as a suspension allowance. Jetts Fitness offers a generous 8 weeks per Calendar year, considering you've already used half of your annual allowance, we simply cannot put your membership on hold for an additional +6 months. Customer service is our top priority and considered as the most important thing for us at Jetts Scarborough, we go beyond for our members. We wish you all the best, we really did try to accommodate to the best we could.
Fantastic experience: I popped in to sign up for a membership. The staff was really friendly and answered all my questions while showing me around the gym, and showcasing all the brand-new equipment - very happy

Fantastic experience: Staff is lovely, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Gym is not big but there is enough quipment for a great training. The manager is training me and she is doing a great job preparing programs that are perfectly compatible with my physical job and time availability. Love it!
Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! What I love about it is the personal touch, you are not just a number! The trainers have given me very precise and effective advice on how to improve my sessions and they also run different classes like boxing, park boot-camp and yoga which I love!
Fantastic experience: Love this gym, has all the equipment you need to get in shape, and facilities are always sparkly clean. You feel welcome as soon as you step foot in the club, and staff are always happy to help where they can. It is obvious the trainers love what they do, as they always go above and beyond to help their members, with endless entertainment too. They have great competitions for members too! So lucky to have found this gym, they have helped me enjoy exercise again :)
