Negative experience: Poorly kept gym. Machines are constantly not working properly. An example being the foam currently broken on the pull down cable machine that's been that way for a few weeks now. Although only a small thing, these things add up when you come here and constantly have something wrong, usually for weeks. The guests are also disgusting and don't wipe down machinery after use, as well as not putting weights back. Being a small gym, when people don't wear deodorant, you're likely to be in close proximity of them. Lastly, for the price of the gym at $19 a week, it's an absolute rip off. My advice is to find a different gym. At this price you can have your pick of any and there's a likely chance it will be better. Wouldn't recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym not too busy most machines are free when I want to use them. No I did not receive a "bottle" to write this and yes the internet does work. I've had nothing but good experiences from this place so far.

Negative experience: Who was the staff member complaining to fairfield im disturbing people & hogging machines i was using 2 machines absolutely no one here were using the machines i was doing super sets maybe use don't know what that means use are disgusting complaining & making up lies i won't be coming back here that's for sure use deserve minus 5 stars

Negative experience: Obviously using my second account to write this review, so they don't revoke my membership for being honest. Don't join this gym, staff is more concerned on making "funny" Instagram videos than fixing issues in the gym. Probs start off by fixing the Wi-Fi, what's the point of it, if it's not gonna work anyway. Apparently the fitness trainer has to charge you a fee if you cancel. Switching to Club Lime next week. Would recommend the Glenmore park one, if you still wanna stick to Plus Fitness.

Negative experience: Please avoid this place it stinks, staff are rude and abuse you for asking when the internet will be fixed, machines are always broken. They also give people free shakers to leave good reviews to look good on here, don't fall for it.

Negative experience: Rude staff, terrible internet and unclean equipment. As someone else wrote the gym offers a free shake bottle for people to leave a good review so don't be misled, it's not worth it.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for just over a year and love the place. It has a ton of equipment and all of it is well maintained. I've been to other gyms where something or the other is always sitting with an 'out of order' sign but never here.

Negative experience: Avoid this gym as much as you can. There is no argument that the equipment is quite new, but the management could not care less about customer's experience. 1. the toilet/shower was designed ridiculously, you have to hit your head to the wall to reach a little water. 2. the gym claimed free wifi is provided to members. First time attending, the staff claimed there was some technical issue, after a few weeks still no wifi connection. 3. the issue with this gym is not the facility, it is with the management as well as the staff. They do not have genuine intention to offer customer assistance. I attended the gym with my daughter, I understand the hazard and safety concern, so she stayed in the lounge which is separate from the exercise section. Somehow I was stopped by the staff in the gym, she claimed I could not do it. She spent 10 minutes to find a paragraph in the computer to show me it was not permitted. I explained to the staff that: a) that is standard contract with hundreds of lines, no one would read every clause when signing it. If there is important clause, it should be pointed out and explained to the customer. I was not explained in detail for this clause when I signed the contract on the ipad. b) I have asked the staff in my local gym when I signed the contact about bringing my daughter and let them stay in the crouch, and the answer was it is permitted. c) my local gym is in renovation I was advised to use any Fitness plus gym. I understand what was showing in the computer screen, and I understand that the staff does not make the "rules". The reason I would avoid this gym is I felt being insulted. During the conversation, the staff has advised my daughter could stay outside. For a hot summer day, I could not imagine a person would suggest something like this. In addition, the manager was extremely rude over the phone, literally he was yelling at me: "take your child out of my gym!!!". I advised the manager that because he was rude, I had to hung up the phone. Overall, I have attended this gym three to four times, every time the experience is very bad. I would personally avoid this gym, particularly avoid the management and staff. ***Please do not be misguided by the 5-star reviews, the gym offers a free shake bottle for people to leave a good review.***
