Fantastic experience: I've been training at F45 Neutral Bay for about 5 months now after some time off training. The trainers (Em, Charlie and Nathan) have been so welcoming, fantastic with adapting exercises for me as necessary, and most importantly - making working out and exercising fun. They are extremely encouraging whilst ensuring to provide the just-right amount of challenge. The workouts/exercises are varied each class and I always leave the class feeling great. All around an amazing place to train!

Fantastic experience: Just finished our trail week at F45 NB. Em & the team have been so welcoming, taking a simple but effective approach to the logistics of the studio and how to get settled in quickly without making it too overwhelming for a first class. My partner had just recently come out of a cast for a broken wrist and the guys were so good at not missing a check in to give an alternative way to approach each exercise to make it easier for him. Few things that stuck out for me; the laid back warm welcomes especially at 5:15am in the middle of winter haha and the encouragement and aftercare we were given at the end of the class. Fantastic experience: FY25 Neutral Bay is an absolutely fantastic experience! The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always there to support you and help improve your performance. The workouts are a perfect mix of cardio and resistance training, making it easy to get fit. The trainers have created a great community, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great way to start the day. Nice gym with modern equipment and great combination of strength and cardio exercises covering the whole body. Most importantly: great staff! good energy, super friendly and very helpful. Always keeping an eye of everyone's form suggesting corrections if needed and acknowledging good effort.

Fantastic experience: F45 gave me a week free trail to see how i go and if i liked it, no questions asked. They were very accommodating of my skill level and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I liked it so much i signed up!

I also have a previous back injury, and they were really great with giving me alternative exercises. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just did free 7 day trial , I am a larger person and they made me feel completely comfortable and modified exercises for me that I wasn’t able to do , so I still had excellent Calorie burn and got an excellent workout . Have just signed up to stay on as I enjoy the small group environment and inclusiveness .

Fantastic experience: I was actively looking for a gym in the local area that would challenge me, make me feel comfortable and keep me motivated to keep going; F45 certainly achieves this. After being recommend by a friend, I went along to my first session and felt quite apprehensive about what to expect. The staff are incredibly lovely (Em, Nathan and Charlie) and make you feel at ease straight away by offering support and keeping you on track. I really enjoy going to the sessions as I feel I get a good workout as well as an opportunity to socialise. I can see F45 being a part of my life now!

Fantastic experience: We have just tried out the Neutral Bay F45 studio. We really enjoyed the classes we’ve been to, they are very well organised and managed. We felt super welcome in their studio and the workouts were super fun and effective. We tried out the studio and classes by signing up on a week trial basis but we have quickly signed up permanently and are already looking forward to our next class!

As F45 is turning more and more on automated from the screen, in this studio you meet trainers that care not only for a good push throughout the session but also to make sure that PT care is given. They check form, technique and insure that as long as you get a great workout you don’t injure yourself. The place is full of people but you never feel unseen or not welcomed properly. I have experienced a few studio and I can highly recommend F45 Training Neutral Bay

Fantastic experience: Em and Nathan run a great F45 gym environment, very friendly and welcoming, quickly putting new joiners like me at ease, and giving great tips and encouragement to pick up the pace. Pretty diverse membership and not too crowded either. All good!

Fantastic experience: F45 is the perfect place for me to train with my daughter. The classes run like clockwork and we can pick from a variety of sessions throughout the week. The trainers are always there to make sure you are completing the exercise properly. The times of the classes work really well for us so we can duck in for a workout with plenty of time to get to work/school.

Fantastic experience: F45 Neutral Bay is a really welcoming and inclusive space. As someone who had done F45 years ago and didn't feel welcome at that particular studio, I was turned off until I started at Neutral Bay. The trainers know you by name, know what weights you can handle and extend or modify exercises according to your ability. I feel very welcome there and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: F45 Neutral Bay has an encouraging and friendly team of trainers that support its members in reaching their personal goals. Nathan & Em helped me train for Hyrox London Nov 2023 despite being far from my team and suffering from sciatica. They made adaptations to the daily programs which allowed me to hit several PBs and improve my technique in the cardio exercises ( which are amongst my least favourite ). The community spirit is welcoming and training is lots of fun. I have been able to push myself in an atmosphere that is conducive to mental & physical well-being.

Fantastic experience: All my friends told me that F45 is too high impact for a 55 yr old. What nonsense. Injuries come from poor technique and bad instructors. Nathan, Charlie and Em are the best and constantly look out for me. I’m loving F45!

I don’t like to exercise and kept dropping out of other places but tried F45 because so many people I know have amazing results with weight loss and gorgeous results. But the trainers are seriously amazing Nathan, Emily and Charlie. They are so passionate running the studio like it’s their own business and totally care and help everyone they are so supportive knowledgeable and have great fun personalities. I highly recommend this studio the people are lovely down to earth, the exercise programs interesting and it’s the only gym I have been able to keep going to regardless of my hating to exercise because the trainers are just soooooo good!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding studio. All the trainers here are excellent and there is a lot of work that goes into making sure every workout is different so it is never boring and repetitive. The trainers clearly understand different people have different levels of fitness and cater for you accordingly. Best decision I made to join and my fitness has improved significantly in just a couple of weeks.
