Fantastic experience: I've been going here a couple of years now to lift weights. It has everything you need to lift, plenty of cardio machines, and it's generally not too busy. The manager Nate is very friendly and professional, and the personal trainer (Michael Luy) is excellent - I strongly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Had a great time training at The Gap Snap fitness. Underwent a month membership and really enjoyed my time. Nathan at the front desk was unreal with setting up my membership and making me feel comfortable in the gym here. He would always greet me and say hello upon arrival. All other members were lovely and facilities were clean and in great condition! Will be back!

Fantastic experience: Great gym - they have all the equipment you need; barbells, dumbbells, KB's, weight / cardio machines + a lot of additional extras you won't find in most gyms (curve treadmill, MAG grips, punch bag, various bands and so on). The club manager and staff are very helpful also. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Snap Fitness The Gap since November and I have been really enjoying it. The gym has a wide range of equipment and they are all in good condition. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this gym!

Negative experience: Everything is a bit old and needs replacing. The cleanliness isn't great but had most of the equipment I needed for a workout.

Fantastic experience: Ugliest gym ever!!! But we don’t really care about looks, we want equipment! This gym has the perfect amount of equipment for all training. Treadmills can keep up with race pace work. I hate going to this gym because it hurts so good. The young PT with the Afro hair walks his talk… he trains hard!

Fantastic experience: Could not have been happier with Snap Fitness The Gap. I only required a three month membership over summer and Nathan was so helpful with regards to this. He is very professional and kind at all times. Highly recommend this gym and I will be re-joining next year.

Negative experience: There's too many fitness places.

Fantastic experience: Just joined snap fitness the gap a couple of weeks ago and wanted to say I have joined gyms in the past where it felt very fake and all they want is my money. This time round the manager Nate was real and upfront about everything he and the trainers can do for me. The staff have definitely lived up to their word!

Fantastic experience: Snap the Gap is a great gym. Both PT’s Hayden and Michael are super friendly and always very down to help out with any questions you may have. Nat is doing wonderful things since becoming our new manager. Overall a welcoming, laid back, motivating and positive place to work on self improvement.

Fantastic experience: I attended a HIIT group session yesterday with Hayden which was awesome! He had drills and intense workouts prepared and helped me to push my hardest. I highly recommend this group fitness session!! Also the support from Snap The Gap has been amazing over the past few years- great club!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of many gyms throughout my life. Snap Fitness The Gap is by far one of my favourites. From the great management (many thanks Tash), friendly staff, clean environment and 1st class training equipment, the gym provides me with everything i need.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the cleanest, well looked after gym I have been to. The wide range of equipment is always in perfect condition and up to date making me feel safe as I workout. The staff are always kind and welcoming as I arrive and leave each day, their care as covid restrictions lift have been spectacular and I feel comfortable coming in knowing everything is clean and safe!

Fantastic experience: Great gym and great team! During the current Covid-19 pandemic the gym manager, Tash has been amazing with social media updates and keeping everyone up to date. The gym is now open, it's sparkling clean and they are meeting adequate social distancing...hoots to you all!!!

Positive experience: I have been a member of Snap for years. (Not sure how many) It suits my (80year old) needs. I usually attend 5 days/week at about 6.15sm. I would like to compliment Tash in Management who was prompt in dealing with an issue re my membership. This occurred following a Direct Debit problem. Thank you Tasha.

Fantastic experience: I travel a lot for work and use a lot of different Snaps across the country and have been to this one before. But this week was the first time that I was actually made to feel welcome for coming in. The new management have done a great job of turning it around in such a short time. Good work guys

Fantastic experience: After being a member here for a few years, I went in to train today and met Kalym that is part of the new management team looking after the club. He was extremely helpful and has some big ideas for the club in the future. I noticed he had made a few new members feel really welcome in to the gym while I was training which is always comforting when new management take over. It sounds super exciting and I'm now motivated more than ever to come in and train every day! I should also mention that the facilities are always kept very clean and maintained. Overall Snap Fitness The Gap is a great place to train!!!

Fantastic experience: Whoever made the negative comments about snap the gap and the new manager clearly doesn't train at the gym on a regular basis as the new manager is one of the hardest working managers the gym has had since it has been open and is always up for chat and greets you with a friendly smile.

Negative experience: worst new management - Rude, never says hello or goodbye. Dirty Gym and aircon on heating mode??? I understand its winter but we are working out and you are sitting at reception...we need it on. Its not there to keep you warm its there to keep us cool!! Not happy. Manager needs to up her game.

Negative experience: So disappointing that it’s always dirty in the Gym lately since there’s been new management. The equipment has dust all over it. Dirty tissues on equipment that’s been there for days. Toilets haven’t been cleaned. One of the gym bikes has had an error message for over a week and still hasn’t been fixed. Management is hardly there. Such a shame as it was just a friendly clean and well managed place!
