Negative experience: As per all other reviews, absolute scam purchased goods 2 weeks ago no tracking number no reply email noone picking up phone, contacting fair work regarding this company and also reporting them to my bank.

Negative experience: Placed and brought my order over 3 weeks ago. Sent multiple emails and phones calls not 1 response, and have no idea where or if my order has been shipped!!!! I have used these guys for the past couple years. Unfortunately I will never use them again. Very poor customer service!! UPDATE. Its now been 4 weeks, still no contact from them at all, at this point i just won't my money back. Im going to small clams!

Negative experience: Avoid this place!! Just like many other peoples reviews. I have purchased off this company and waited three weeks with no response through emails/phone number. This place is a SCAM and i will be contacting fair trading on this matter. They pretty much took my money and left me with no way of contacting them!

Fantastic experience: First time walking into a fitness supplement shop. The guy working was insanely helpful and so pleasant. Was so respectful of my 2 year old as well asking if I wanted to talk to her first before continuing giving me information, that stuff means a lot to me. He also offered me a complimentary shaker. I’ll definitely be coming back. Just a pleasant place and I’m sure he’s full of so much more information and insight into fitness in general. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Ordered two weeks ago, order is still not shipped, they don't reply to emails, live chat, or pick up the phone. Worst Customer service ever

Negative experience: Ordered 13th January, still haven’t received my order. Tried webchat 5 times on different dates and keep getting a msg saying unavailable due to Australia day and have also emailed asking for an update. Bad service, please just send a quick email or something saying product is delayed or whatever. I’ve had to order from another company for my supps in the meantime until I get my order from you guys.

Negative experience: Shop is a scam - dont order from this place! Purchased some products on 14 Jan and have not heard from them since. Tried multiple times to contact them via phone/email/customer portal on website and have had no luck. There seems to be many more victims on Facebook who have experienced the same as I have. I see youve responded to a google review. If you’re not a scam explain why all these customers have not received their product and have had no luck talking to anyone???

Negative experience: Placed an order online on the 2nd of Jan 0 movement so far. I understand the delays because of covid; however, after multiple unanswered emails, multiple unanswered calls no response on the live chat. Someone's customer service team is either on a sabbatical or they just don't care about the customer whatsoever. I'd love to think otherwise. Prove me wrong send me my order. Or give me an update as it has been "processing" for 16business days . I live 1hour from you guys. Come on.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend these guys enough! I've ordered a couple of times now, especially for their insane sales. Had an issue where they didn't have my flavour of preworkout in stock when filling the order. Got a phone call to apologise and advised they had another brand that was similar. They ran me through the ingredients of the new brand and sent it out. Come to find out they'd given me a more expensive preworkout and it is now one of my favourites. Their customer service is exceptional and they will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and getting need. My go to supp place now!
