Negative experience: Ridiculous payment methods. Always trying to deduct extra money. Equipments are not working as they should. Over populated.

Negative experience: New zap management is not good. More than 3 months and they still couldn't replaced the damaged lifting belt. Gym is more scattered with weights everywhere especially in evening.

Negative experience: I used to be member of Zap from last 5 years, and moved to Tarneit in Jan 2024, finally left Zap b/c of this Tarneit branch due to their outdated equipments, no proper cleanliness, and less equipments.

Negative experience: Zap Fitness is a scam. When I initially registered with Jet Fitness, which has now been rebranded as Zap Fitness, there was no one-month cooling-off period. I was able to cancel my membership at any time. However, after Zap Fitness took over, they changed the rules to include a one-month cooling-off period and without seeking my permission to deduct money from my account without authorization. I am deeply concerned about this issue and am considering escalating it to legal action. Reply to Zap Comment:- I did not agree to any terms and conditions that you claim to have sent me. I only used the Zap Fitness center when the Jet Fitness key was still operational. After that, I did not use the facility. On the day I visited to cancel my membership, I was informed about a one-month cooling-off period. Until that period ends, I do not acknowledge any acceptance of terms and conditions in any form. If you have any evidence of my acceptance, I would like to see it. Please refrain from unjustly accusing people without valid reasons.

Positive experience: I got the membership mostly because of it's convenience near my home and work. So I go to the one in Carlton during work and twice now tried to go to one near wyndham shopping centre, both times the key doesn't work. I got it checked from Carlton and was told it should work but nada. Any one have the same issue?

Negative experience: The day zap took over Jetts they are finding ways to rip of members , I would strongly not recommend zap to anyone , staff is rude and not much of help , I have money in my account they didn’t deduct it and charge 10$ extra every time for late payment they are BIG RIP OFFs , stay away , better get year membership in Derrimut gyms they are big and cheap ,

Negative experience: IF SOMEONE wants these all-bad things happen to them, then they should join ZAP. It's unfortunate that your gym charged your card without explaining the fee structure and then transferred your case to a collection agency. I tried to cancel my membership through email, but i didn't receive any response. I also visited the gym but couldn't find any employees. I tried calling them, but no one answered the phone. 24 hours later, my bill went from $15.99 to $100. TELL ME HOW i CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. On September 25, the Zap team responded and agreed to issue a refund. I am hopeful that the refund will be processed quickly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many Gyms but the place I can call my second home is Jetts Tarniet. The staff are absolutely amazing friendly and approachable and the members are more then just friends now they are a family. When you walk through the doors you have this amazing smile because you know how amazing this gym is that warm welcoming feeling and it’s people that makes this gym very unique. Everyone there helps each other motivates one another and it’s just an amazing fun environment. The culture in this gym is purely amazing. Staff take upon feedbacks and action them in a timely manner we have our crazy funny days but we all have that one goal that we all want to achieve and it’s that feeling of achieving it together in this gym. Thanks Jetts Tarniet for creating such an amazing atmosphere and culture between members and staff. Your gym buddy Kesi

Her approach towards people and the passion she has for her profession and the caring factor for the community has made me glad to make the decision for rejoining the club again Thanks Renae and Zap Tarneit

Negative experience: Terrible gym, extremely small, missing essential equipment and everything is so close together. Half of the equipment is broken legit feels like a home gym. Not worth the 15 bucks a week.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. My husband was already a member of this gym and he went for 2-3 weeks only and lockdown happens. After lockdown, we both decided to join and had conversations on the call. I was told to get one week free trial and I gave my details and registered myself and immediately $30 was deducted from my account without any orientation. I texted them and again I was told to visit gym during staff hours and will get my access key and orientation. I went there for 5-6 times after confirming time with them. Whatever Tym I was given, I went on that tym but no staff was there. Me and my husband got frustrated and decided not to continue and asked for refund. We were told to get that within 6 weeks. We waited for that long tym. Nothing happened and after 7-8 week I asked for refund of my money. They asked to send email. Again no response of the emails and texts. WORST WORST WORST EVER service. Don’t even deserve one star, have to give just to write my horrible experience with this gym. Wasted my time and money

Positive experience: Jetts; always the best!

Negative experience: Horribly organised gym, extremely poor hygeine regulations; including machines being too close together, an abundance of indians not adhering to hygeine regulations , members are essentially forced to sign up in order to receive peace and quiet and the overall community of the gym is quite intoxicating. Multiple times within the last week i have entered the gym to see no staff members apparent, although when the clock reaches 12, to my suprise, the manager has returned from her pilates class with little to no work effort following this occassion.

Fantastic experience: I got my abs here (check my picture), Chelsea showed me how to get best abs and now I have very good abs. Chelsea told me to buy Tesla stock at $190 and now I can buy gym membership for many years. Chelsea also supports local businesses and always eats at Dosa hut. 10/5. If you ask nicely Chelsea will also buy you a coffee.

Fantastic experience: Good small gym, haven't been in a few years but recently started going again. Nice to see the pads on the machines have been replaced. Gym is in much better condition than when I was last here all those years ago.

Negative experience: These 5 star reviews have to be fake. This is a covid cesspit, absolutely over-capacity with indians that aren't adhering to social distancing rules. Place stinks from the restaurants next door. Staff non-existent. Much better gyms out there.

Negative experience: This is the second time I’m walking in and there are no staff. It says staffed hours on mondays are until 7 30 but this is the second time I walked in at 6 30 finding no one there

Definitely ,more of boys are there but since I have started, I never felt awkward and the environment is so good. Its economical as well. So I will give 5 stars. And, I would recommend it all the girls and ladies out there :)

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to this gym for the past 8 months or so and the staff are friendly who are willing to answer your questions. This place is pretty clean in comparison to some other gyms I've been to. Sometimes in the evening it's overcrowded but that's expected. Convenient for parking since this is located in the Wyndham village shopping centre. 24 7 access like the other Jetts gyms in the country. There was renovations around 7 months back so it's fairly new and it's a great place to work out! :) Highly recommended.

Positive experience: The toilets/shower areas are grubby and the fans are always turned off when they're supposed to be on all the time.... Apart from these minor flaws hubby and I like using this gym....

Negative experience: The air-conditioning ducts suck in the fumes from the nearby take away shops, so there is usually a strong smell of food at this gym - not the best when you're trying to motivate yourself to get fit/lose weight.
