Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! The people that train there are all friendly and happy to have a chat and share there goals and progress. The manager Matt is super friendly, since I started (over 3 years ago) he greats me with a smile every day, a little chat and some knowledge. Whenever iv asked for something he’s onto it straight away, for example I asked for a calf step up and within a week he brought 2! 10 starts for Matt. The equipment is all new, clean and whenever there’s the smallest crack in a leather padded parts they replace it in under a week. They do keep some old stuff around that I prefer like cable rope attachments but they have 4 brand new ones if you prefer that too. Aircon is great! Some times too cold ha and if it does play up it’s fixed within the day. I’m with Telstra and I get full bars, no wifi but cmon what are you training that you need wifi . Not too busy and if it is everyone is friendly enough to work in with you. Cleaners there regularly, keeping the bathrooms, floor and equipment spotless and always smiles and waves. Plenty of locker space for your belongings and still in the same room as the gym which I like if you want to keep and eye on your belongings or grab your wraps, belt ect.

Fantastic experience: Snap Jandakot is exceptional! As someone on a weight loss journey, entering a gym can be quite intimidating, but I felt completely comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff is wonderful, always ready to assist and offer advice on the equipment. I particularly recommend Dee, an amazing personal trainer. She has been incredibly supportive and helpful.

Hi Moritz, Sorry to see you are unhappy with our management. From the emails between you and the club manager I understood that there was a misunderstanding in your part about the membership Snap Fitness is offering. We at Snap Fitness do not offer weekly membership it's only monthly membership on a no lock in contract but yes the fee is calculated on a weekly basis and also in your agreement it states clearly that you are required to give the club 30 days notice for cancelling your membership. Unfortunately the club manager couldn't cancel your membership without 30 days.
Fantastic experience: Great gym, relaxed vibe. Everyone i've met or talked to has been super nice which I was really nervous about at first. Good equipment and great trainers.

Positive experience: Gym is fine bit there’s no phone service for Tesltra (the other providers would be worse I’m guessing) and you don’t have free wifi. Every other Snap I go to has either good service or free wifi. Need this to update the server on my fitness app plus… you know have the internet like a normal human. Being pretty cheap not offering this service. Post- Thanks for clarifying. When I asked someone they just said “we don’t have any”. Anyway, adjusted the rating but gotta agree with some other reviews here: a lot of the equipment is starting to get a bit busted and rusty.
Hi Antwan, thanks for your review. About the internet service unfortunately it's out of our control. This whole shopping centre where we are located has the same problem. If you go inside office works where they suppose to have the best internet service it's worst than ours. The NBN infrastructure is not supporting higher speed because of the copper cable they have used. They have promised to fix it but they haven't given us a time. Makes no deference which company you are using they all use the same NBN. As you noticed your mobile internet has also very low reception. It has never been about the cost most of our members are aware of this. Even we were considering to install a NodOne satellite but the Landlord of the centre didn't allow us to install Nodone antenna on the roof. Again it not that we don't want to offer free internet service, The speed is not there so we can offer the service. Thanks for taking your time and bring the issue to our attention.
Negative experience: Nice open, clean gym, however there was little to no airflow in the main part of the gym. I don’t know if the aircon wasn’t working but definitely needs more fans.
Hi Tara, I received a message yesterday Sunday the 11th of Feb around 1pm from one of our members about this issue. I went to the gym around 2pm to check, found out someone turn off the aircon switch. I turned it back on and the aircon was working fine. I understand it was a hot day, sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact the person who caused this problem. Fantastic experience: 항상 이용하는 체육관. 시설 투자를 계속하면서 신형 런닝머신 및 바이시클 등 넓직하고 좋습니다. 샤워시설도 잘 되어있고, 단점이라면 수압이 약하고, 여름에는 에어컨 잘 안틀어줘서 후덥지근합니다. 이부분만 개선된다면 최고

Negative experience: I join their membership and after a while I decided to cancel my membership so I did. But then I still keep got my subscription fee taken from my account for few weeks which was like 120+ I asked for refund for the fee they taken away but they just ignore me

Positive experience: I was here a few weeks ago on the way down to see my (now) ex-girlfriend after work, and it was well laid out, but the lat pull down seat (which was fixed), was too low, and the screens on the bikes were so close I was getting a headache (with wall in front of that), so not sure who designed (and worse yet, chose to put these in) the bikes. Nice open aerobic area.

Negative experience: Nice gym. Needs new equipment but still good for a 24hr gym. Edit after 2 years here, staff are awesome but gym needs a good clean and maintenance. Still a nice gym but getting very dusty with mold on a few places and heavy dust build up on equipment.

Positive experience: A small, but well equipped gym that's suitable for most strength or physique needs. Frequent classes, and an eclectic mix of gear in the group fitness room. Well positioned and easy to access, except during peak hour.
