Fantastic experience: Revamped interior and a redesigned layout make this small gym feel more comfortable. Previously it felt squashed between larger equipment making it difficult to load weight. Now it's more open. I've been a member here a while. Much cleaner and better maintained than the larger redbank. Better gym culture too.

Fantastic experience: Have been training at Af Goodna now for a few months and have made it my home as it is my favourite gym I have trained in. The Manager Aransia is extremely friendly and welcoming. The new renovations are amazing. I love how open and spacious the gym is now. Also loving the brand new squat racks and treadmills

Fantastic experience: Local, friendly staff, 24 hrs. Great place to start working out because it has a great variety of free-weight, cable and machine excercises. There are also good cardio options with open space in the heavy bag room.

Fantastic experience: Great club (and my favourite I have been to)! Plenty of space and a variety of machines to complete a range of workouts. The staff are very lovely and welcoming! This gym is not closest to home, but driving the extra little bit is worth it for this great space :)

Fantastic experience: Pretty solid little gym, has everything you need to hit every muscle effectively. Staff is friendly and always happy to help, don't normally get that at gyms.

Fantastic experience: I train there 4 times a week and have done so for a few years. It has 8 squat rack/deadlift platforms and plenty of benches for big bench presses. It has a Hammer Strength Power rack that would hold up a small building and a good range of machines. The 20 kg bumper plates all weigh about 300 grams over which is just what you want. I have trained in gyms where they were under weight. That does not help when you get to a competition. If you can lift 200 kg at the gym you know you will do it at the comp. The staff and the PT's always have treated me well.

Positive experience: Ample equipment, large studio for stretching and a boxing bag, equipment is definitely heavy duty so no worries about lifting the heavier weights. Heaps of plates. Plenty of cardio equipment. Biggest bonus is that the gym is next door to Woolworths so why not celebrate a workout with a donut

Fantastic experience: It's like a Gold Coast nightclub inside: ambient dim lighting, music from decent-sounding speakers, and nice cool air. Unfortunately they don't serve cocktails but the abundance of equipment almost makes up for this shortcoming. Especially good is the large room where anyone can stretch out. However, it would be good if the adjustable sit-up bench could stay in this space and not move around the gym. Maybe you can acquire another?

Fantastic experience: It’s not my home gym but I enjoy how quiet it is compare to my home gym. Staff are very fun, polite and very welcoming. Clean and tidy all over, awesome vibe with the music going on and easy to locate within the area.

Marcus is my personal trainer and since training with him, my fitness and strength has increased noticeably. Marcus is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes each session challenging (and fun). He makes sure my technique is correct and is reliable and punctual. I highly recommend training with Marcus!

Fantastic experience: I had been training with Marcus at my old Anytime for ages and followed him across to Goodna when he moved. This guy believes in me more than I do myself and I'm the fittest and strongest I've ever been. So grateful!! The gym itself is well thought out with all the equipment you could ever need. Good job guys :)
