Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness has been an amazing gym to train at! As a female, I’ve always felt completely comfortable and welcome here, which can sometimes be a concern when joining a new gym. The atmosphere is friendly, non-intimidating, and supportive, making it easy to focus on my fitness goals. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with top-quality equipment and plenty of options for all types of workouts. I never feel rushed or crowded, even during busier times, which makes the experience so much better. The staff are approachable and always willing to help with advice or answer questions, and there’s a real sense of community among members. I’ve noticed great progress in my strength and fitness since joining, and I genuinely look forward to each session. If you’re looking for a gym where you can feel confident, supported, and motivated, Plus Fitness Mill Park is the perfect choice!

Fantastic experience: Plus fitness Millpark under new management has really elevated itself. Troy has come to the gym and completely transformed it and on top of that fosters a real sense of community by always checking in on all members at the gym and having a chat with everyone. The price is also really cheap considering the quality of the equipment you receive, as Troy is always bringing in new equipment and seeking feedback from members regarding what we want in the gym, ensuring that the gym caters to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have tried other gyms and this one is by far the best. Troy the new manager has created a beyond amazing team here, they will welcome you with a smile and will have a laugh with you but will also be professional making time for you, if your asking for some advice, or to be spotted while doing a set or showing you the correct techniques. I have been using the PT there named Nush for almost 2 years and he is fantastic very knowledgeable with everything he does and just a legendary person, I would strongly recommend using him as a PT or asking him for help in the gym if ever needed.

Fantastic experience: Best decision I made was joining this gym. Nush is a long time friend of mine and he convinced me to join. Troy the owner greeted me with open arms and they created a great environment for everyone to feel welcome. The energy is great and the other members are respectful and chill. Fantastic experience: Great clean gym with fair prices and a good range of machines. Okay, that ^ was my review before the new management. This gym has had so much life breathed into it since Troy took over. Both Nush and Troy are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Now, there are more machines, it's super affordable, 24,7, heaps of parking, and a great ascetic and vibe. Highly recommend, it's definitely this best gym in the area. P.s Nush if you're reading this, my glutes are on fire.

Negative experience: started off good at the start, but once the new owners took over i had to leave. Went from friendly staff happy to have a chat with you to a teenage boy who sits at the front on his phone eating take away. Equipment is old and hygiene in that place is shocking definitely recommend one health or powerhouse gym over this place

Fantastic experience: Plus Fitness was my first gym and I was quite nervous to join up but thanks to the support for Adam and the other staff members I was able to feel comfortable and couldn't be happier with the gym and the customer service. There is a great range of equipment and the staff are always more than happy to assist members with any difficulties and enquiries

Fantastic experience: This gym particularly much suitable for having a nice 24x7 workout regime. The equipments are well maintained, the atmosphere is hygienic and also it adapts with all government guidelines provided for covid. The staff is extremely friendly (Adam) and will guide and help you as and when required. I personally have gained muscle and endurance in this gym.

Negative experience: Kept taking money 3 months after covid even though it was communicated to their payment provider to cancel. Blamed me for not telling them directly even though provider acknowledged the cancellation. No communication about resuming funds at all, all secretly done behind the scenes. Gym also stinks really bad at the best times. Would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Staff was very rude and person name Adam , he was so disrespectful. No proper process, so aggressive, very unprofessional. I will not recommend this to anyone else. Please try and avoid - if you can

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusted in this gym and especially Simon big mouth power tripper personal trainers are useless they set unrealistic goals for you and only think about there next pay check no heart no soul just cold I will make sure friends family work colleagues anyone for that matter boycotts this gym !

Negative experience: I joined this gym quite sometime ago and when i joined up they made a so called personal plan up for me and didnt even show me how to use any equipment. Just said here you go and was left to do my own thing. I became mentally unwell after about 2 months of going to the gym so i didnt end up going for about 4 or 5 months. I didn't receive a phone call or a msg or an email to see if i was ok and if i needed any help. They dont care about you. They only care about taking your money. Will not recommend this gym to anyone. Feel like i just been robbed of money. Paying for something that i clearly didnt use. Other gyms i have been too if i didnt go for 2 weeks would personally call or msg me and even state that if i dont go for 1 month they will put the accoint on hold for me automatically. Wont be sending my family here.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, small and smelly! Had a cheap trial and turned to be the worst decision. Adrian (aka manager) is absolutely useless and tell so many lies and make promises that can't be kept). Easy to sign up, to cancel? Nightmare! Don't go by the words they say! They blame previous employee.....Lots of good gyms out there, avoid this one!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. It's got fantastic equipment and really enthusiastic and supportive staff. The fact that it's open 24/7 gives heaps of opportunities to workout. Virtual classes available and a functional zone where classes are held including boxing. Definitely give it a look, great PTs available through SRF Fitness.
