Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Adelaide CBD and Hilton are the two places I train at and the experience so far has been the best. The staff at both the sites are phenomenal, very professional. The sites are all very well maintained, clean and tidy all the time. Thanks to Hailee at the CBD and George at the Hilton site.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, always clean and surprisingly not too busy at the times I go for a CBD location which I like. Only small complaint is that the music can occasionally be a bit too loud but otherwise I enjoy training here!

Negative experience: I visited twice, during staff hours. There was Nobody to open the door or attend visitors. The people working out there did not even bother to look at someone knocking the door. Left a voice two times and no one called back.

Fantastic experience: Well-stocked gym in the heart of the CBD. Always neat and tidy. Everything works. Friendly and attentive staff/trainers. Manager easy to talk to about anything relating to the gym. Being a city worker, I’ve enjoyed getting out for my “lunchtime therapy” here since 2017. The cleanliness, range of facilities and proximity of Snap Adelaide keep me rejoining year after year. Most importantly, the welcome results from regular workouts, both physical and psychological.

Fantastic experience: A truly awesome space to train. James runs a great gym with a professional yet community feel. The equipment is varies & always operational & clean & the staff are always wearing a friendly smile. The members are respectful of each other, the music is always great & all fitness levels are catered for. I have trained in many 24/7 gyms which lack atmosphere but not this one. Great vibe any day of the week. Thanks James & Crew!!!

Positive experience: Nice to have a big gym in the city. Also, compared to other gyms in the city, at Snap you get to work out in peace and don't have to wait for the machines to be free. However, I'm very disappointed with the cleanliness of the gym. The gym is not cleaned enough. There is so much dust and spider web everywhere that every single time when I come to the gym, I start sneezing and get very bad allergies. The “cross-fit” area is amazing, but always an absolute mess. Neither the customers, personal trainers or staff clean the weights after themselves. I hope this cleanliness feedback will be noted as soon as possible.

Positive experience: The gym itself is maybe not too bad, but equipment is notoriously damaged (some treadmills and orbitrecks don't work very often and only one has the features like TV etc set up) or missing (after 'renovation' we got one extra treadmill (which remained unplugged for the few weeks after reopening) and all the barbell set and the cable pull (back) machine just GONE. One indoor bike is hidden in a very far corner, blocked with weights (kettle bells etc) impossible to get to it. Internet doesn't work here, I must spend fortune on mobile internet if I want to use my Spotify or just appreciate what the gym plays (sometimes it's very aggressive music. And always little too loud).

Fantastic experience: Very clean been three or four times (whilst on holidays from Melbourne) weights never put away needed to look for them. Previous members had left weights on the bars. But all up very happy to workout with-in their gym.

Negative experience: Facilities are good, class room is big and good equipped, everything seems to be in fairly good and new conditions. But it's good a lack when it comes to the staff. Guys seem to Be nice and friendly but women quite rude and ignorant. I don't expect much but a simple greeting from the desk person once somebody is entering the gym is the least.
