Fantastic experience: After trying 4 gyms on the Sunshine Coast and not having any success in sticking to a fitness routine I joined Fitstop Warana. Absolutely love it. I’ve stuck to a plan over the past 6 months since joining, the team are supportive and knowledgeable and I feel like I’m making progress in improving my health.

The coaches Kat, Mon and Rob made me feel right at home, welcoming me at my very first session and every session after that. I am happy to call Fitstop Warana my home and love being there every minute.

Fantastic experience: Fitstop has been a great change for my performance, I changed from another gym four months ago and can definitely feel fitter and stronger. The different exercise routines on different days really breakup the week. The gym culture is very welcoming. The trainers Rob, Kat and Tana are always on hand for technique corrections and give every session your best.

Fantastic experience: Prior to Fitstop I had always struggled with maintaining a consistent routine. However with the support of Rob, Mon, Kat and the amazing community I've been able to achieve a consistency that I had thought previously unattainable. The support and encouragement provided by the team at Warana is what makes the gym so special and every morning I wake up psyched to actually go to the gym. It's been a massive game changer in my life and I would highly recommend the team if your scared of the gym or just want some new friends in your life!

Fantastic experience: I have been at Fitstop Warana for 4 months now and I cannot rate it highly enough. Rob, Mon, Kat and all the members make it such a great place to work out and have fun. I love that the sessions go for approx 35 mins (minus warm up and warm down). You work hard during that time, are supported and cheered on!

Fantastic experience: There’s always such a great atmosphere throughout each session and all the trainers are always helpful and friendly. It’s so convenient being able to go workout out with everything planned for you after a busy day at work. Would recommend!

The instructors (Rob, Kat, and Mon) are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals. They provide clear instructions, demonstrate exercises before each session, and offer modifications for different fitness levels. Each session offers a variety of exercises to keep things interesting and prevent monotony – changes daily. What I enjoy most about Fitstop Warana is the sense of community. The group fitness sessions bring together like-minded individuals who are supportive and motivating. Working out alongside others creates a sense of camaraderie and pushes me to push myself harder. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The workout equipment is in excellent condition, and there is plenty of room for everyone to move around comfortably. Additionally, the class schedule is flexible, offering a variety of session times to fit different schedules. This makes it convenient for me to find a class that suits my availability. The pricing is also reasonable for the quality of instruction and facilities provided. Fantastic experience: Great place to train! I have tried most of the group fitness options on the coast and have found the Fitstop formula to be best for my goals of staying active while juggling work and family life. Also a great supportive environment and welcoming community.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been part of the Fitstop community now for 6 months. It’s the best decision I’ve made. I was so self conscious and overall generally unhappy externally and internally and found motivation to make a change to my fitness and health. From the moment I started training at Fitstop Warana, I felt comfortable and not judged by my zero fitness level. I have continued to show up 4 times per week and I am a changed person (for the better). I am grateful for the motivation and support that Rob, Kat and Mon have provided to me. Fantastic experience: After suffering a knee injury I sought personal training classes as a way to correct technique while building muscle and confidence. Kat, Tana and Rob have been very supportive and encouraging me to achieve my goals. With community challenges and rewarding events often it’s a great place to meet people. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous the first week, I’m not very fit or enthusiastic about fitness usually. The trainers made me feel really welcome and i felt that I fitted in, they also really subtly changed some of the exercises so I could do them all without making me feel unfit or silly. I signed up on the spot and it has made a big difference to my week - loving the endorphins and good vibes.

I never knew what it was like to push to my absolute limits, but the crew down at Fitstop Warana Hanna, Rob and Lachie help me achieve this every session as well as taking the time to get to know each and every single person that walks through the doors and aims to build a unique and specialty rapport with people individually. They are so friendly and supporting people and encourage you to push that one step harder. The community they have built is so inspiring to be apart of and everyone coming together like such a family, which I love. Fantastic experience: I've been getting along to the classes at Fitstop Warana for the last six months.The trainers (Rob, Hanna and Lockie) are enthusiastic and are very keen to help improve your form and frequently check in with you. There is a good range of class times which is helpful if you are a shift worker. The gym itself is spacious, modern and well stocked with equipment - again the team are helpful in showing you the ropes if you're unsure of a particular exercise. Fitstop Warana has a fantastic community that attends the classes and it's a great environment to train in.

Supportive community filled with like minded people and structured training programs that cover all facets of fitness - you just need to show up to get the results! Rob, Hanna and Lachie are always there to provide encouragement and have the knowledge to be able to accomodate for injuries and change out exercises as needed. No two workouts are the same and with the varied timetable (morning and evening sessions) on offer has seen me keep a consistent routine for the past 5 months since moving to the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommend - the free social Saturdays are a good place to start!

Fantastic experience: FitStop Warana was the first Gym I tried when moving to the Sunshine Coast and it was the first and only! Rob and Han have made on special space that is inviting and a great place to train. They are always checking in and very supportive with maintaining and achieving my goals. Fantastic experience: Fitstop Warana is an amazing gym to train at! The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. Having an injury I wasn’t sure how I would go with group training but Hanna and Rob have been amazing with adapting exercises for me and coming up with alternatives when needed. Fantastic experience: Awesome group workouts with a great mix of both strength and Cardio exercisers. I lost >4kg in Jan this year (and still a member)! Great trainers & every exercise is clearly explained. I appreciate the effort they go to to ensure each exercise correctly ensuring no injuries. They feel like a real local community.
