Negative experience: Staff and PTs allow men to verbally harass women in this gym and do nothing about it.

Positive experience: Just need to update machines and clean-up the place.

Negative experience: Very hot air con not great if they even had it actually. Manager (Mathew) very RUDE. Would NOT go here again.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I’ve been in Sydney!! I love the vibes and people are always nice, the dogs are so cute and it’s also clean. I forgot personal belongs in the arena and they had kindly returned it. You don’t need to worry about anything. Just enjoy yourself !

Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 Bondi, the team are always positive, super friendly and encourage you to give it your best shot. The people who go to train there are all trying to improve their fitness without being pretentious and do it with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Small gym with lots of character. The staff are amazing and it's dog friendly...there's basically a doggy day care at reception...you'll get your money's worth just for that alone! My puppy knows to run inside to Nick every morning for cuddles. Best time to go to avoid the crowds is after 11am. Some fantastic trainers there too, bringing positive and encouraging vibes to every member. Ben Abstacker, a.k.a Mr Positivity is there every single day pushing his clients to inspiring limits. Some seriously inspiring body builders like Sean Sydall and Elle getting absolutely ripped for competitions. Good mix between cardio and weight lifting equipment. Two squat racks, two cable stations, smith machine and all the other regular things you'd expect to see in a standard gym.

Negative experience: Just moved to Bondi and looking for a decent gym...Staff very up themselves, all very sour face. Smelly toilets and mouldy showers. Treadmills and bikes always full of sweat everywhere. For the price you pay would expect much better service and cleaner place to work out. Place looks old again after recent Reno’s. Will look elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I just started up at F45 Bondi Beach and I'm so happy I joined! The newly renovated gym has so much space compared to other F45 studios I've been to. The trainers are also super attentive and make sure you're using the right technique. Love the vibe and i have a lot of fun training!

Negative experience: This place stinks like chlorine. Are you guys serious? what are you guys using? Is it the aircon? Cleaning products? Not sure but stop doing it. Chlorine is the worst chemical you can inhable especially when you are training since your immune system drops slightly. I was thinking of joining but unless that changes no way I'm joining.

Fantastic experience: If the brand new "world class" equipment wont motivate you, then the friendly staff at the front desk, to the PTs in the gym sure will! This gym has a great vibe, highly recommend!

Positive experience: It is a good gym with lots of equipment and in great location. The lack of one star is the lack of flexible hours and any boxing equipment like boxing bags. Besides it is relatively well planed and the stuff very polite!

Fantastic experience: One of my favourite places to train!!!! Beautiful open gym with superb atmosphere which is drenched with natural sun light because of the retractable roof. One of the only gyms that covers all the bases from an extensive free weight area, brilliant functional zone and great range of equipment that can cater from fitness enthusiast to hardcore gym goer.

Positive experience: Convenient gym in the heart of Bondi. New equipment and well-kept, but its small size means working out at peak times is difficult at best. Longer operating hours (especially on weekends) would also be a plus.
