Fantastic experience: Clean, well equipped and functional gym. 3 squat racks (so important!) and a smith rack. Plenty of machines and an area for functional workouts including the ski erg, rowers, air bike, they have it all with a great layout. Friendly staff and mostly importantly it’s never jam packed. I never have to wait to use the equipment. Great positive vibes all around!

Positive experience: Not one of the better Anytimes. The ab machine is strange, unlike any other I’ve used. I’m not able to push it off initially even at a third of the weight I normally have it at. I couldn’t see a way to adjust anything. A leg curl that isn’t prone would also have been nice. All up, ok.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Morley AF on and off for a couple of years now - always a welcoming environment, to be greeted by Caitlyn every afternoon is the boost of serotonin I need at the end of my work day. Equipment is always packed away in the correct place, members are friendly, music is always a bop', everyone stays on top of cleanliness, and it's a inclusive space for everybody ️‍ - it's just an all round great vibe ya know?

Fantastic experience: First impression was good, clean, tidy and well organised. Weights and equipment were in their correct places and not strung about. Seems the regulars treat the place with a decent amount of respect which is always good to see. Very much enjoyed my time there, I rate this 8 tender loins out of 10.

Fantastic experience: I've been training at AF Morley for a couple of years now. The facilities are in good condition and clean, but the big selling point is the staff. The ladies ( Kristen and Caitlin) are always friendly and welcoming. It is nice to be greeted with a big smile! Not forgetting Jason - he is always friendly and happy to help. Highly recommend this gym :) The recently added afternoon group classes are fantastic. I'm gaining a heap of benefits from the variety and intensity of the various classes and it is fun to train with others! Thanks team :)

Negative experience: Have not been to the club for some time as I had cancelled, though they have still been charging me. Staff were always rude and abrupt and its no different while trying to get my money back. A friend had things stolen from her pigeonhole and the staff were extremely rude and condescending about it. Another person I knew from the gym also mentioned there were staff allowing their friends to train in the gym without being a member. Interesting. And definitely not the last negative point to share, but there was also the 2 resident creeps that seemed to lurk in the ladies toilets, with the staff not doing anything about it. I heard that there was actually an assault that was kept quiet too. Can't believe my money has funded the lives of these gross individuals for the last few years. I hope they have used it to disinfect the entire place.

Fantastic experience: One of the best anytime fitness gyms. I used to go to balcatta because it was so close to where I live, however the new owners are not maintaining the equipment or cleaning. The morley branch is one of the cleanest and most well equipped branches with all the equipment in top working order. Also I get a hello from the staff every single time I enter the building which is a really nice touch.

Positive experience: The staffs are very helpful and friendly but the equipments are a bit old and not the aircon can be cooler. 4 star for this branch!

Fantastic experience: I've recently started going to anytime in Morley - transferring location but remaining with anytime fitness. Morley's quite good, good amount of gym equipment, very clean, people seem good (customers and employees). I have no complaints, and I really appreciate a clean gym.

Negative experience: It’s a nice gym. Best anytime fitness I’ve been at, however, I’ve called numerous times in the past week over something I have lost and each time, no one had answered the phone. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with AF Morley since October and honestly it’s my second home now. All the equipments are always kept clean back to back and everything is always in place. This gym is spacious as compared to others and the manager plus other staff have been so great, ready to help me and very welcoming. I recommend this gym to both new comers and people who have an experience in fitness industry. 10/10 :))

Fantastic experience: So I have been with anytime now 2 years and switched gyms from a run down one to one that left an impression not just with the space but how it was run with its friendly and proffessional owners and staff. Since then the gym has had a fantastic new update this year similar to Perths branch which you do notice a difference if like me have trained at other anytime fitness gyms appreciate the modern feel to train! Good and well maintained gym. Plenty of equipment cleaning and hand sanitiser station's plus a charge station for those training and need to charge their phones which is a great idea! Overall happy I changed gyms when I did!

Negative experience: I’m a member of anytime faintness and I was training at (CBD branch) for more than a year with literally zero problem, I moved to Morley branch for a while and it is really disappointed me, the smell in the gym is disgusting , there is just a few people who wiping the equipment and using the towel, unfortunately the staff doesn’t educate or force the members to do those very simple and basic rules as a gym member like other guys. The customer service is awful , I missed a payment last week and from Monday until today I called them few times to make a payment to avoid $7 dollar charge for delay they didn’t do anything for me. On Monday the person on phone told me he will fix the problem and he took all my details to make a payment but nothing happened and today I received a email for payment with $7 dollar charge!!!!!! I called them again today and the lady talked to me very rudely and I try to explain to her but she did not even care what I was saying. I moved back to CBD branch where I haven’t any problem and they costumer service is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Fun place to be. Plenty of exercise equipment. Friendly staff. Today, Wednesday 19 February. Special, wave joining fee + wave $65 fee for access key. Just direct debit less than $15 per week for 1 year. Mention my name TAYLOR T and I get a free month membership. This special won't come around again till August. Seize the day. Did I mention the friendly staff.

Negative experience: I've been gym here for over 3 year and others for over 10 overall. This is the first time ever I've seen such bad customer service in any country. Maybe the bloke was having a bad week, but he was abusive, couldn't stop swearing and rude as in general. Cleary he doesn't have a clue and I would not recommend joining this gym if you can help it. Really disappointing and one to avoid l, or maybe just avoid the staff there.

Negative experience: The last few months Anytime Morley hasn’t been ideal - quite untidy and understaffed. As a result, I have spent the last month trying to cancel my membership... going by the club several times with no staff on duty, emailing the club directly, and even emailing head office twice with no response. Not happy being charged for a gym I’m not attending :(

Positive experience: New management had made some great changes, i now actually want to spend time there. And the new manager was so helpful when showing me some of the features of the gym and trying to make using the machines easier. I would dedinatly reccomend coming here.

Negative experience: Having been a member of anytime several years ago in other suburbs and a PT working independently out of several gyms I was keen to join as my partner and I had recently moved to Morley. Went for the trial, pricing was good and the equipment was good. It flagged concern when the guy said he doesnt enforce use of towels which is pretty disgusting oh&s and he is apparantly out on the floor cleaning every 30mins. I didnt have the heart to tell the fella we weren't pursuing a membership due to several factors. Poor ventilation, the smell was so bad part of the workout was just breathing. Handles and seats covered in sweat, I know you can't pick the clients but educating them on form is part of the job, so should be the gym etiquette and cleaning up after you've used an item. Goodluck but no thanks I'll go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I would of rate 0 if I could. One of my friend transferred her membership for me. She joined the gym in 2015 and the contact will end 02/2017. The manager of the gym helped us to transfer and put the end date until 04/2018. My bad I didn’t check probably and now I can not cancel my membership. Very rude staff even I have given all the evidence but still don’t except that they did wrong. Please check the contact end date before sign otherwise they will add you in 3 or 4 years contract

Negative experience: I'm at the point of boiling over in frustration trying to get hold of someone at Anytime fitness Morley!!!! I've been calling for days leaving messages and still have not received a reply from Morley. I don't know who's running this business but this no way to go about getting clients you can kiss me goodbye. I'll be signing with another gym.
