Positive experience: The recently remodelled Anytime fitness Rosebud 2.0 is a mixed bag of missed opportunity, hits and bizarre concepts. The mixed bag is the fact that though there are more machines and apparatus but a lot of it is doubling down on what they have already got instead of more variety .. It's all good to have more equipment but with that the gym had the chance to get a larger selection of machines etc instead of getting more of the same... And the polished stone floor is a potential hazard if it gets wet or sweaty..There's a reason gyms have rubber tiles or carpet ...Safety. So whomever was responsible for the renovation it's actually a missed opportunity to really expand on the equipment and I'm no fan of a polished stone floor in a gym it's not a thing for a very good reason...

Fantastic experience: Been to a few Anytimes around the country but this one was one of if not the best. Good vibe, really neat and tidy, and the necessary equipment for a good workout. Went at peak time in the morning and then again at Lunch and both times there was plenty of room. Although not a big gym, the layout is open, with heaps of space. Well done guys. Brisbane visitor and not my home gym!

Fantastic experience: After nearly 10 years of membership, Anytime Fitness Rosebud continues to be the best equiped, cleanest, and friendliest place around.

Fantastic experience: When I’m on the Peninsula, I train here. Here’s why: 1. As far as resistance training goes, it has everything you need and nothing you don’t (the way I like it). 2. Most of the equipment is Hammer Strength/Life Fitness (the best, IMO). 3. You can always get a squat rack (there are currently three). 4. You can always get a bench and dumbbell setup. 5. Everyone who trains here is respectful of others; never seen an issue. 6. Everyone who trains here is welcoming. 7. If you train at the right time, you can pretty much get the gym to yourself (except for a handful of dedicated locals like myself). 8. The staff are legends. 9. It’s affordable. 10. It’s on the beach. Post gym swim = can’t be beaten. Whether you’re a local looking to join a gym or a visitor wanting to crush a session, you can’t go wrong here. Looking forward to seeing what the new renovations bring.

Positive experience: Good location. Decent equipment. Staff always keeping the gym and toilets clean. Gym not too busy, you can always get equipment. VERY Overpriced though, gym is tiny. Not worth $20 p/w. Anytime gyms hardly have staff on so expensive considering you don't get much service. Staff are friendly though when they are there. Gym has no air flow, constantly smells like B.O from the same members, it's disgusting. Have to leave some times because it smells that bad. Most members don't clean equipment down after use. NO gym etiquette.

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere in the rosebud location, the gyms very clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and forthcoming and welcoming. I found the gym only has the basic and essential gym equipment. I would recommend this gym if you live nearby, it’s small and cozy and has everything needed to get your dream physique.

Fantastic experience: It’s everything you want and need. From equipment to cleanliness to atmosphere and temperature. Can’t fault it. Team are a bunch of legends too!

Negative experience: They don’t offer casuals at all. They don’t advertise this anywhere online, only by a sign at the door. Don’t waste your time if you need a casual gym. Just go to empire fitness down the road.

Fantastic experience: Moved to AF from Goodlife and so glad I switched! The equipment is far superior. Rosebud is always kept clean and organised with knowledgeable PTs and friendly staff. Very inclusive environment at Rosebud. Also great bike rack facilities available!

Anytime Fitness Rosebud is really well laid out, has a very friendly vibe, and Josh & Marlee are super welcoming :) They have all the equipment I was looking for, it’s very clean and I just felt right at home. I will definitely keep working out here whenever I am on the Mornington Peninsula. Thank you for the great experience!

Negative experience: I'm sorry but I'm inclined to disagree with the regulars. As someone who has used the gym whilst travelling I found many things to be contrary to other reviews. The layout isn't the greatest, the floor work out area seems more of a thoroughfare or an afterthought. The weights are fine but having visited a few AF gyms, they aren't anything beyond any of the others. The treadmills are old but well maintained. The last time I probably used these at an AF gym was probably about six to eight years ago and the technology reflects this. The music, in my opinion, is way too loud and doesn't lead to an air of inclusivity. That's a subjective thing though and if you prefer music loud them you'll love it. My biggest criticism would be aimed at the staff. At most AF gyms you're made to feel welcome. Here, not so much. Maybe they're having a bad week or maybe it's me, but both managers have had the opportunity to wish me a good morning and both chose to avoid conversation. The worst though would be a trainer who, from the pictures up on the wall, is named Brendan. The rear entrance is narrow and upon entry I needed to get past him. He was visibly irritated to have to move and later avoided eye contact, he seems openly dismissive of some people who walk by. These experiences give off the feel of a "our mates" gym where people come and go without being acknowledged where others are given the full red carpet treatment. If I lived down here I would 100% not be a member of Anytime Fitness and would definitely seek out more inclusive welcoming gyms in the area. Apologies to the two managers for such a negative review but equipment is only half the experience.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Rosebud is hands down the best Anytime Gym I have visited so far after 2 years having an Anytime membership. The gym looks amazing, is always clean and tidy with weights arranged by kg on the racks. The gym also has more equipment than any other I have seen. Wish I lived on the Peninsula so I could go all the time! Highly recommended :)

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness in Rosebud is the best gym of the Anytime franchise. The layout and equipment is first class. The staff are great, the place is very clean, the decor is fantastic and members really love their club because they put the weights away after use. It would have been great to have a gym as this where I live, as it really motivates you to go and do your workout. Well done everyone for the best gym around.

Sadly different franchises have some extra equipment such as step machines, laying leg curl, seated calf raise etc that others don't but all in all its good... Off to Manila in 3 weeks & rooms already booked near the gym ⛹️
