Fantastic experience: Best gym in town

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Easy access. Good range of machines and free weights. Also cardio equipment and decent boxing bags. And everyone is easy going and just there to workout.

Fantastic experience: Since day one an awesome gym

Positive experience: After reading previous reviews, I was pretty hyped to check out this gym. Unfortunately, the reality did not meet the expectations. The machines in this gym are honestly not good. Particular the incline benchpress machine is very unhealthy to use and I wouldn't reckomend to anyone. The gym does not have a shower facility or warm water in the bathrooms and the air freshers are empty and haven't been refilled past 5+ days. Despite all that, my personal experience also has been pretty frustrating almost every time I went there. 3 stars for huge variety of equipment, reasonable supplement shop, friendly staff and FLEX grips. Big pros: Butterfly machine, free chalk which is amazing and the stairmaster (Chinese version of it) is next to the multi function tower and you can use it to straighten your back & enjoy the most amazing Triceps pump you'll get in Alice.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I've been to. Great atmosphere and a diverse range of awesome equipment.

Fantastic experience: Signed up for a week pass and it was so easy and the staff are so friendly. It's reasonably priced with a card included which is a bonus. No more hotel gyms with no equipment for me anymore.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, with a friendly atmosphere and excellent equipment. The supplement shop is full of what you need at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend taking a look if you are ready to improve your health and fitness.
