Fantastic experience: I have been at xofit Brabham for 3 years and love it! The staff are always amazing, always going above and beyond. Crèche is great and I have made alot of friends from this gym community. I would love to see more people clean up after themselves and look after the equipment.

Fantastic experience: XOFit Brabham is our local 24hr gym and it’s a great place with friendly staff and adequate facilities. Maria in particular has been so great. She will greet members with a lovely smile and is always available to help or chat if we have questions or concerns. She’s attentive to members/visitors coming in and out, and also watchful of those in the gym, so we feel like our belongings are safer and we are more peaceful knowing she’s got her eye on things.

Negative experience: Never informed us whenever the gym closes suddenly or reopen. Just pasting a notice paper on the wall mentioning “due to unforeseen situation, we close the gym. Check our instagram to know reopening time”. In fact, they don’t say reopening time on instagram as well. This was happened as second time. during gym relocation in 2022, they also didn’t inform us about one day gym closure as well. What’s the point of taking our email and ph number during sign up.

Negative experience: Love training there but lately, there has been a weird smell of farts around the rope area at the back. It makes training quite hard during breathing and since winter kicked in, it has been humid in the gym and whoever has farted did not help. At first I thought someone farted but now I think someone stepped on a cake and brought it back in the gym. Can someone please have a look?

Fantastic experience: I went on a hiatus from the gym because of a few negative experiences. Unsupervised teens not re-racking weights; setting up a leg press for 250+kg and leaving weights on was one time. Another involved sauna usage and members not cleaning up after themselves. I returned to the gym after hearing from my partner that a new manager, Jason, had started there in the last few weeks and the gym feels so much better. The culture in the gym is much more positive, I'm glad Jason and the staff have made changes. I'm happy to call XO my regular gym again.

Fantastic experience: I have recently returned to the gym and was delighted to see a change in atmosphere, less rude young rift raft around, I had one situation where they were just chilling on machines, second situation was waiting to use the sauna and they were hogging it the whole time, I wondered where there supervision as it was happening during unstaffed hours. The new manager Jason was happy, polite and helpful when I was expressing my negative experiences before at the gym, and he has completely changed my mind about cancelling the membership. I thank Jason for listening to my concerns and giving me confidence in returning to gym and getting my training back on track. Leah and Maria are super welcoming and it's nice to be in a place that is convenient but has a culture that is more female friendly than what it was previously.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are really friendly and helpful if ever looking for assistance or a chat. Leah, the super lovely front desk person does a great job at maintaining the whole gym in the mornings. It's always clean and the facilities are well looked after. Shes always looking for feedback and the gym somehow always gets better. The place is going through a couple of renovations at the moment with a new AC in and extra storage spaces and equipment, but the change just means it'll only get better. I can't wait to see what the gym will look like in a years time if it's doing so well now. -Sahara

Negative experience: Every time I've been in the last few weeks a lot of the machines have been under maintenance, leaving not a lot of options available. If you need to wipe down your equipment, there's also a low chance the wipes are actually stocked which leads to a lot of the machines being grimey and dusty. Speaking of dust, it's everywhere! I understand this gym is an extremely easy location and services Brabham primarily but damn, there's no incentive to keep visiting as it's poorly maintained. Just today the front door was stuck open which is a huge security issue. I do like this gym and have enjoyed my time, however, it just feels like there is no love or respect for the members that go.

Positive experience: The gym is well equipped and has a wide range of different equipment , the reason for 3 starts though is that the maintenance is very poor , the gym is always dirty there is never any hand towels after you wash your hands or any means of drying them , the toilets are always dirty and it's the only gym iv been to that dosnt have cold water due to the cold water machine always being brocken. I am willing to change my rating if these issues get resolved.

Negative experience: Machines constantly out of order, to the point there are no available cardio equipment. It’s been months and still no fixes. Members hardly wipe down any equipment after us. No safety/security tail-gating system in place making the gym an uneasy environment after hours when people bring in their friends. Equipment is dusty. Only one bathroom for the entire gym - not good. The gym does not feel like a health and wellness facility. Management seems to not give AF about this place. Cancelling membership.

Positive experience: This gym is great!!! Most of the equipment there is new and works amazingly. It can get a bit cramped during busy periods but that is to be expected with a great local gym. Late nights and early mornings are the best way to go. The atmosphere is also great and the look and the feel of the venue is very professional. It can be hard to get hold of staff sometimes with the staffing hours and work, however the staff are absolutely lovely and accomadating. It will be great to see XO fit Brabham 2.0 coming in soon (hopefully with some extra time around work will mean more time for hard training and commitment)!!

Fantastic experience: Updated review for new location. Gym is very large with great array of equipment and plates to use i dont think iv had to wait/been unable to use equipment even during peek times. Staff are friendly and the enviroment has a great feel. Love the new location. Great to see over the past few days staff have being active with sorting out dumbells rack and putting plates away. Thank you guys i hope members keep the good work youv done id give a 10 star if i could.

Positive experience: Good gym but lacks in space and is very cramped up . Its busy in the evenings so better to work out during the mornings if you want more space around you. However they reckon they are coming up with a new building which would be far more spacious then the present one.

Positive experience: Amenities are new. People are friendly. Atmosphere is neutral.. That said, the equipment feels cheap. Difficult to move around, very tight spacing. Almost dangerous.. There are 4 different variations of weight plates which makes it confusing when trying to load up your machine/ rack. Weight plates arent labelled and aren't in ideal locations. Small dumbells need to be near the larger ones. Cables intermittently out of order. No visible area for stretching/ core work without intruding on the flow of walkway. Will amend review once this gym moves location to a larger leased area nearby. No ETA as of yet. It ain't no Revo.. but it's more expensive. Ill pay for the convenience though. --------- Updated Review to 4 star, since moving to a new location. Significantly better than the previous spot.

Negative experience: Went to sign up during staffed hours. The staff member didn't seem interested in letting me in to sign in. Eventually got in, didn't seem interested in signing me up either. Shame as I was interested in signing up tonight and giving up my old gym. But I wouldn't want to inconvenience the staff member too much. Edit: looking me up on Instagram, following and messaging me there was a weird flex. The intention was there but it comes off as a bit strange. Can't say I've had a business do that before.

Fantastic experience: This is my first gym that I've been to and so far it has been great. It is also pretty close by walk which makes it convenient. The staff are friendly and nice. The facility is kept clean and tidy with a variety of equipment to use. Great atmosphere and doesn't get crowded a lot. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! It has state of the art equipment. The treadmill screens are huge with features like being able to watch movies, use the internet, listen to music which makes working out so much more fun. The equipment for strength training is also very modern. There is ample space to store your stuff, even a cute crèche room for the kids while the mums need to work out. It’s open 24/7 so I can go anytime which makes it so much easier. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist you and most of all the prices are extremely reasonable for the services you get. The location is perfect. Ample parking given shopping centre is right next door. Coles is right next to the gym so I can stock up on groceries and do my workout- makes things so much easier. Not to miss the the coffee shop right next door to grab a bite :) I have seen many gyms but this one surely does stand out! Love it!
