Fantastic experience: Inclusive, friendly, inviting and supportive team of people who are active, motivating and positive. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting the crew in this community and although my time there brief, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to connect with like-minded people interested in connecting with others and pushing their fitness goals in a sustainable and supportive way. Definitely recommend Central CrossFit for an active positive strong community to join in fitness and function and fun! Thank you for the warm welcome!

Negative experience: Jogged over for an early workout only to find out the schedule listed on the website is wrong, and the gym was closing. Also never received a response to my email the day before asking about dropping in.

Fantastic experience: Just absolutely fantastic. I have trained at a lot of crossfit and other gyms, these guys have great equipment, great coachs who know how to properly coach people of all levels and most importantly they have setup a fantastic culture and community. They really really care about their clients current and previous. I'd instantly recommend them to anyone thinking about Crossfit!

Fantastic experience: The friendliness, atmosphere and guidance here is second to none. I’ve tried various gyms in Alice, Melbourne and Brisbane and this place is a standout. Sai, Dan, Ando and all the coaches have done an amazing job. Outback tough on a Wed evening is .

Fantastic experience: Stayed in Alice for a few days whilst travelling through... had three sessions here and was very impressed. Nice tidy gym with great friendly trainers and a welcoming community. Recommend for any other travellers passing through :) and the locals too.

Fantastic experience: Great facility and coach’s are fun and give great guidance. Programming is also great. There is a great view of My Gillen from the back roller door.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym in town all the coaches are very friendly and professional, honestly I'm French and I didn't understand very nicely the English all the time, but here all the time the guys take the time for every one can understand and enjoy your WOD session. Very big place, with lots of staff, and also the restroom and all the gym are always clean. And it's easy to access from the CBD with bike or by car from every where, and all the time enough room to park your ute! That's it. I have write this thing honestly and sincerely, but just sorry for the level of my English.

In the middle of Aussie is a a box with great equipment, programming, coaches and venue - second to none. It's a new box with a friendly family culture reflected by their membership. They hold the crossfit values in business and family values in ethics. You will work hard and share your efforts here and if you want, enjoy a pizza or curry or hangi night. If you have never done crossfit, this is the place to give it a go. If you crossfit - YOU MUST WOD HERE!

Fantastic experience: As an American who has dropped into countless Crossfit boxes, I must say this was one of my absolute favorites. From the size, to the beautiful equipment, to the great coaching, and friendly fun atmosphere, I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience!!!! Even more impressive, is that it's a new box so I can only imagine how great it will grow to be! Go check it out if you can, it's totally worth it!!!!
