Positive experience: Seem like decent staff. Problem is they have alot of broken equipment that never get fixed. Can be pretty busy during the week after work so may or may not be able to train, it varies. Otherwise would be a good gym. No FIFO memberships

As for the equipment, we always get any broken equipment fixed, we just have to wait for an appropriate technician and parts. It’s always a challenge when the gym gets busy during peak times, but that’s just proof of how popular we are! Fantastic experience: Great gym, very clean and neat. Easy to sign up to a 1 month membership during my stay here, only took a few minutes. You’ll need to pay $50 to get your own gym card which is refundable when you leave.

Positive experience: Air conditioning is a bit on the cold side, and it's a bit poky inside - I'm a little concerned that someone might end up behind me when I'm squatting, but the equipment is great and the staff are awesome! Probably the best gym in Kalgoorlie!

Fantastic experience: Went for a day pass to see what the gym was like. Love the team and attitude they have towards members and also how spacious the gym is. I will be returning to sign up
Negative experience: Can’t even get into the place card not reactivated every time you go there during there so called staffed hours nobody is there to open the door for you

Negative experience: Went to see about a 2week gym pass wanted $80 ok bit expensive but then they want $50 or $60 dolarrs for a key to get in then she offerd me $5 a week for 5 weeks Unbelivable they need to sort there stuff out Joke realy where they get $150 for 2 weeks from i dont know Good gym if they sort there stuff Waist of time at the end of the day Go some where else

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. Atmosphere is always friendly and love the space to workout freely. The trainers are awesome especially Lainey Gordon who keeps you accountable with every group fitness session and helps with technique & very motivating with each individual. She is also friendly and easy to deal with and also makes the workouts fun and leaves you feeling positive & energised. Cannot recommend her enough.
And we love having your energy and sass in the club .... you help make our club a fun place to be :)

Negative experience: I am Khoi Nguyen again. I just received a letter from ecollect told that I owed Snap money. This is so funny.
Negative experience: something wrong with the one who pays by cash. i cannot get in at least 3 times. i also receive the message like "you have outstanding payment with the club" although i just paid a week before. the manager seems never read my message. when i came to return the key. no refund, no apology like it is my fault. the customer service is really really sucks.

Fantastic experience: Snap is a great place to workout and make friends. Donna-lee, the club manger has created a warm friendly atmosphere where you won't feel intimidated and she always makes available to help out with advice on everything from nutrition to techniques.
Fantastic experience: I started at Snap Fitness Kalgoorlie in Jan 17 to get into shape for a special occasion in Jun of that year. Donna assessed what I needed to work on and set about making me a programme for best results; which we tweaked after 6wks initially. I must say this worked out extremely well. I’ve continued now for over 12mths at Snap. It’s a very friendly place with a great atmosphere. I enjoy working out there, seeing lots of motivational stuff around and I love the Legends Board. I’m only on it once but hoping that will change. Donna is always around to answer any questions - she is very attentive and interested in giving me the right answers. I can’t thank Donna enough for her support.....
Fantastic experience: SNAP fitness Kalgoorlie is my home club. The manager Donna-Lee is absolutely awesome. She has transformed the club from generic "globo gym to having a great atmosphere with a diverse demographic, making it feel (and be) accessible to all.
