Positive experience: Good gym, its open No idea why they have it listed as 'closed'a

Negative experience: Since August 23 I asked to cancel my gym subscription, they told me that it took a month and yet on September 27 they are still charging me for my subscription. I canceled the gym for economic reasons and since that date I have been paying them 150 dollars for a service that I am not using. It's a complete lack of respect for me

Negative experience: Lilly is the best business manager I've ever come across. However, the owners don't keep promises, even when they're in writing.

Negative experience: Signed up last year with a promise that discount due to me moving gyms will be honoured for 6 months. Was also told that gym will remain my home gym even if I travel for work a lot. Couple of months later my gym membership moved to another gym I didn’t want to be my home gym, my discount was cancelled, and was not informed in advance. When I queried about it in person, was told that the contract stipulated the transfer of gyms, and that the discount was for the roadworks, and not the transfer of gym. When I signed up, this was not clearly stipulated by the manager, and she assured me and promised me in person of my original understanding of the contract. I wouldn’t have moved gyms if the arrangement remained (1) my home gym remained as Indooroopilly, and (2) the 6-month gym transfer discount was honoured. I felt like I was just a KPI for them after the situation. I signed up for an 18-month contract for nothing. The handling of this situation from their end was very unprofessional and felt like I was treated with dishonest / malicious intent. Like I’m just a number. Not worth your time signing up for this gym, especially when you travel for work. There is no consideration for those who travel interstate regularly.

Positive experience: Super random AF. Odd location and odd layout. However, very clean and tidy! Was welcomed with a wave and smile on the way in and all the equipment is well maintained. No parking but what do you expect in Indooroopilly.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, always clean, and staff (especially Lily) are super friendly and helpful!

Negative experience: This gym is quite small compared to other AF gyms and quite unclean. The staff are rude and the owner is tyrannical. They try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. There is virtually no parking close by, and the traffick outside is a nightmare. Would not recommend. There are plenty of better gyms (including other Anytime Fitness') around.

Negative experience: I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the car parking situation at Indooroopilly Anytime Fitness. Not only is there a lack of available parking spaces, but the alternative solution provided by the staff has proven to be highly inconvenient. As a member of the gym, I have consistently struggled to find parking spots, particularly during peak hours. It is frustrating and time-consuming to drive around the parking lot in search of an open space, only to come up empty-handed. This issue significantly hampers the overall experience and adds unnecessary stress to what should be a seamless visit to the gym. To make matters worse, when I brought up this concern with the staff at Indooroopilly Anytime Fitness, I was told to visit another Anytime Fitness gym that supposedly has better parking facilities. While I appreciate that an alternative was suggested, this solution is far from satisfactory. It is inconvenient to have to travel to another location simply because the parking situation at Indooroopilly is poorly managed. As a paying member, I expect the convenience and accessibility of adequate parking to be provided at the facility I initially signed up for. It is disappointing that Indooroopilly Anytime Fitness has not prioritized this crucial aspect of customer satisfaction. I strongly urge the management of Indooroopilly Anytime Fitness to address the parking issue promptly. It is imperative that they invest in expanding the parking capacity or implement better parking management systems to alleviate the ongoing inconvenience faced by members. In conclusion, the lack of sufficient car parking spaces and the inconvenient alternative solution provided at Indooroopilly Anytime Fitness have left me deeply disappointed. As a member, I expect better attention to this fundamental aspect of the gym experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate action to improve the parking situation for the benefit of all members.

Fantastic experience: My family and I joined at the end of last year and we are LOVING AF Indooroopilly. Lilly (manager) and the staff there are always friendly and professional. Always greet us with a smile and a wave and take real interest in how we are progressing. My two boys and I have also started PT sessions with Jeff Borgonia. He is so motivational and knows how to get the best out of each of us. Thank you Lilly and Jeff and the AF team - you're changing lives!

Fantastic experience: I can definitely recommend this gym its clean and tidy the equipment is very new and in excellent working order and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful .and if you are looking for a Personal trainer i can recommend Jeff if you are young or old Male or female i have been training with him for two years and made a lot of progress he is very professional friendly honest and passionate he loves it so what are you waiting for go for it. Fantastic experience: Cosy little gym with a comfortable, community atmosphere and helpful staff members. The PTs that train here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, I'd recommend Jeff in particular!

Positive experience: Just moved into the area. Have been using AF Stones Corner for a while. By comparison, this place is just lame. A good amount of the equipment is terribly worn, needs some serious TLC and tune-up. Definitely some lubrication and oiling, especially on the smith machine. Tiny, uncomfortable functional space. Horrible blinding downlights. The storage space and bathrooms smell off. Don't know how this place has high reviews. It's shabby, but functional at least. Drive over to AF Rocklea if you can.

Fantastic experience: Easiest gym transition ever, Lilly helped me change to anytimefitness Indooroopilly so easily and went above and beyond in getting me the membership plan that's suited to me. Absolutely no regrets signing up at this gym.

Fantastic experience: Love the two girls at the front they always say hey to me even when I’m in a rush. I appreciate the little things that this club does for their members. The set out is incredible, the vibes are high. It’s so clean always. I’ve found my community ❤️

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! I’ve been coming for the last 2 years and I’ve found my happy place to train. The equipment is perfect and the staff are awesome and so friendly. They make it so comfortable and it’s an absolute pleasure to come and train. The gym is busy enough to have atmosphere but not so busy that you have to wait for equipment. No over the top meat heads and such a welcoming environment. Great work guys!

Any problems I've had were very quickly resolved, and management has been quite dedicated to customer satisfaction. I've moved but this was happily my local for months and I still stop by sometimes.

Negative experience: This Anytime Fitness is VERY DODGY ! ( always asked for receipt/ proof if u want to start/freeze/end your contract ) Supposed to give a 5 start for my experience at the gym in last few months but the end of contract is SO WRONG ! First, this branch charge 5 bucks per week for freezing account, which is free in Salisbury. Secondly, the manager sounds polite and nice but she created a BIG DiSAPPOINTMENT. Called and requested her to cancel my contract at the end of July and she told me that I need 2 week announcements in advance to end contract so she told me my membership will end on 10/8/2023 ! Was Ok with that but she did not send any receipt or things ( and y’all remember, always ask her for proof), and I still trust her . Did not go for gym since 10/8 as I thought my membership is end. Still get money deducted for next two weeks. For what ?? Called her on 26/8 to asked the reasons and she refused to refund as she did have any notes about what she told me before. No offers . Waste 30 bucks for nothing. Then she issued me the receipt which said my membership will end on 29/September She admitted her fault but said it is ok to keep that “receipt” and told that she would not deduct anymore money ! Should I trust u ? Or what happened if u keep deducting my cash in next few days ?

Positive experience: I am very disappointed with what happed. Just a simple thing - membership freeze, the manager made it so complicated and caused me lots of trouble. What happened during last month was really annoying and frustrating. All the time I didn't get even one "sorry" from her. Luckily another staff helped me to clean the mass. Thank you very much, Lilly. Then I canceled my membership. I will travel again in a few month. I don't want to go through that again. The gym is not big but quite nice. Sad to leave.

Fantastic experience: The gym is nice and new (less than a year old) so the equipment is pretty fresh. The cardio equipment links to various apps for your pleasure and fixed weight machines have a counter and timer on your sets. I like the spaciousness of the gym. High ceilings and big free exercise area and they also hold classes for group exercise activities.

Fantastic experience: The owners are lovely and supportive and they have such an awesome team with them.It is a fantastic new gym, with top notch facilities and great equipment that lets you watch YouTube and Netflix whilst you run! In addition they host FREE outdoor boot camp classes which are my favourite. Love being part of the Indooroopilly Anytime Fitness Gym Family! you guys rock xx

Negative experience: Rude manager got upset with me after I had to go to the Doctors to get a blood test and told me checking out the gym was more important.
