Negative experience: Requested cancellation forms back in June and returned it via email, everytime I asked for updates it was "I've been sick the last 4week", then "I've be off with pneumonia" all this up to September, when i messaged once again letting her know payments where still coming out, i was told "oh I type your name in wrong" and "I'll look into this" and "payments will be refunded in 5 working days". Umm where? Its now December and still nothing.... Guys note to self "READ THE REVIEWS"
Thank you 'G S' - for a long time now - if people have done the right process - cancellations are put straight into the system when received and an email is sent with the exact date of cancellation and then the system automatically cancels them on the nominated date. As I can not find you in the system with those initials and can not find an email in regards to this, I am unsure of your experience or if you followed the cancellation process. We are always happy to speak with you in regards to this and if an oversight has occurred - it is always rectified. By all means - give me a call or send me an email so it can be followed up. Positive experience: Easy access, great parking although was busy, central to Westfield shopping central
Negative experience: Horrible experience. We thought this would be a fun social experience for our family but it turned out that the refs and staff at the complex are inconsistent, bias, rude and unprofessional. We requested to be placed in a lower category as we were all new to the sport however they consistently placed us in a division with a super league team who were extremely aggressive and could not control. At one point, one of the refs actually walked off halfway as she could not provide solid feedback. Anyways we will not be returning!
Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly, my son dropped his water bottle three weeks ago and couldn't find it when we came back, but the staff kept it properly as we had the names written on it
Fantastic experience: Great place to hang with your mates for a game of indoor football. Heaps of seating, heaps of space. Staff are great. It's an awesome way to keep active and stay fit.

Negative experience: I have played netball indoor and outdoor for half my life and I have never experienced such horrible service from a centre in my time playing netball. Our team had joined this centre as a new team who many haven’t played netball before in hopes of having fun and learning something new. It started off fine, but not long into the season we started to see the not so nice side of this business. I have worked in customer service for many years and I have NEVER come across anything as bad as what we as a team have encountered here at Northlake’s Indoor Centre. Firstly, the lady at the front is extremely rude to young children and by the looks of the other reviews here children are clearly not wanted. We should be able to bring our kids down and feel safe but this wasn’t the case when we brought our kids to this place. The referees at this place need a reality check. They are bias, not welcoming and rude. My one star is for the one male ref and one other women ref who I think has left. Both of them made each game enjoyable and gave us the time of day to explain what we are doing wrong when it came to playing netball and how we can improve. We were subjected to very rude comments made by the lady who runs this place and I will no longer be wasting my money on a place that doesn’t value their paying customers. Our family members who would come down each week to support us felt like they could no longer come because the lady who runs this centre told them that ‘ there is too many of them and they take up too much room’ This is very unprofessional and disrespectful when i would have thought the more people we brought to the business was better. Lastly, we as a team and as individual players have every right to question or ask the referee’s about a certain call, but when we did this last Tuesday night, the lady who runs this place yelled out in front of everyone ‘our courts our rules’ That comment was the deal breaker for us, no one deserves to be treated that way or spoken to like that. We are paying customers! At the end of day, I will stand up to this type of bullying behaviour. I will never step foot into this business again and I hope if your reading this review you also save your money and go somewhere else. Kindness goes a long way and it doesn’t hurt to be kind.
Negative experience: Firstly, I’m not one to write a bad review unless It’s truly a bad experience. So here goes… We put a netball team together this season in the hopes that it would be a fun social experience for a bunch of ladies who most of which have never played a game of netball, as a way to get out and have some fun. It was exciting at first, however as the weeks went on we started to see some inconsistencies by certain staff/refs, all of which seem to follow the horrible service from the lady at the front counter. The one star is for the extremely wonderful male umpire who is exceptional at refereeing and makes it a fun experience for all. You Mr Umpire is the only asset to this venue. Further to this, a refresher in customer service for this venue is highly recommended as the lady at the front counter speaks rudely to kids and doesn’t seem to know how to speak to its patrons. We turned up every week hoping the poor service was a once off, however we were hugely mistaken. Unfortunately, I for one would never quit midway through anything, however after last nights responses to certain ref calls on the court from this particular lady towards our team we have now decided that WE will not be returning nor wasting our $$$ on a venue that does not know how to treat people let alone value it’s paying customers. Hope this sinks in because with some tweaking on certain areas of the business, it really would be a fun and enjoyable experience. Lastly, “Good customer service costs less than bad customer service”.

Negative experience: I've never felt more unwelcome to a business in my life, and 100% of that comes down to the lady on the front counter. She is unfriendly and can't even muster enough kindness to greet players when they arrive! She speaks HORRIBLY to kids and won't turn on the lights when players practice before a game. No lights are a huge safety hazard - not to mention, stingy $$$$. The one star given is for the fabulous male umpire. He makes the game enjoyable! Imagine how great this place would be if a nice person, with great customer service was the face of Northside Indoor Sport? Note: You must have me confused with someone else as I left as soon as the season was over, and I haven't been back. Perhaps take all this feedback you are receiving onboard instead of being 'amused' with customers comments. There is a common theme here - use it to better yourself and your business instead of denying that there is an issue.
Hi Dylan, i do find this an interesting one. I do my best to speak to all that arrive. It gets very busy throughout a night. Lights are on half an hour before games. The thing that i find that is amusing to me is that you still continue to play here
Fantastic experience: By far the best indoor centre I’ve played at- Thursday night indoor soccer is the best community for a centre over ever seen Everyone is super friendly and it is well controlled Umpires and refs are actually trained well!

Negative experience: Honestly I did love the gym at the start. It was relatively quiet and the equipment got the job done but then already limited cardio machines started to break and were never fixed (there has been a sign on one of the bikes stating that they are waiting for life fitness to service it but it has been there well over a year). Cancelling your membership is damn near impossible. I know 2 other people that cancelled their membership and were still getting charged after the 30 day cancellation period and had to fight to get it cancelled and their money back. I only got a response from my email about cancelling after 2 days only after I sent a second firmly worded follow up email.

Negative experience: Did some work on this building and was surprised with how rude and arrogant the tenant was. Not surprised to learn from other reviews that her attitude transfers to her paying clients too. An absolute piece of work. Owner has a massive chip on her shoulder and her gym is the definition of irony - someone that overweight and vindictive should not be charged with helping other's fitness. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this place unless you're up for an experience. I feel sorry for her staff and clients. You're also more likely to find her at the local sporto probably slappin the pokies than manning the front desk

Positive experience: My child plays soccer here every Saturday morning. It is a great complex and wide open area. The only down side is the customer service of the lady at reception, she is very rude and never seems happy to be there.

Fantastic experience: Fill in game of indoor soccer. Late game, however great facilities. Astroturf pitch (3 in total) with netting and scoreboards. Very friendly owner and COVID responsible.
Fantastic experience: Best place for Indoor netball. Only NEGATIVE thing is, half the fans don't work and it is extremely hot inside. Playing indoor netball, no duty of care to have sufficient air flow inside.
Negative experience: Cancelling our membership has been a nightmare. Rude & uncommunicative. As other reviews have stated, they still charge your account after the membership 30 day cancellation policy has ended. We will be taking this further if we are not refunded the unauthorised payments.

Positive experience: The programs that are run here are fantastic - BUT the owners need to sink their money into installing a functioning cooling system. Even first thing in the morning, before any exercise, with all their side doors open, you'll often be dripping with sweat. I'm looking forward to winter!

Negative experience: Would give this place a 0 if I could. I have never in my life been talked to so poorly than by the lady working the front desk tonight. My team was on the court for 10 minutes waiting for the game to start and the other team to arrive and a ref finally came on the court and I asked him if he was going to restart the time. He said he couldn’t and that it would be a free game as he had to find players. Afterwards we were meant to play another game and got asked to pay. When I went to the counter she said I had to pay for both and I explained what the ref had said. She talked to me in a disgusting tone, and then we finally agreed to take off half the price for one of the games. I told her that her tone was terrible and she then carried on about how if I think losing 10 minutes of sport is a lot I should not play sport. And that she couldn’t believe I wouldn’t pay the extra $6, when it isn’t a lot of money. There were other awful things said to me as well even though I am THE PAYING CUSTOMER. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced and I will now happily spend my money somewhere else. They have just lost business, and I think they need better training and communication between staff.

Negative experience: Would give this business 0 if I could. Have been a member for many years and has gone downhill with new management. Cancelled membership and have been billed for 4 months after cancellation. Had to have my bank put a stop on payments to stop them taking money for my cancelled subscription. Was easy to signup and nearly impossible to cancel. Very rude manager, can't get hold of, does no honour promises to refund, and does not respond.

Negative experience: Facilities good but terrible management and worse customer service. Difficult to get a hold of and unhelpful when confronted in person. Soccer games poorly timetabled and better gyms for the same price. Not worth the money. Was also continued to be charged mutiple weeks after cancelling Gym membership.

Negative experience: Worse customer service. I cancelled my membership. And after the 30 day cancellation period. I was charged 4 extra weeks. I sent numerous emails and phoned everyday during their operating hours with no answer. They finally replied telling me i would recieve 3 weeks payment. I pointed out that it is 4 weeks they owe me. And no reply. Definitely dont join this gym.

Fantastic experience: I play indoor netball here on Tuesday nights and the facilities are always clean and well kept, the staff are friendly and there is a gated kids area for those nights where you just can't get a babysitter! The staff are all first aid trained and will assist you with any injuries you may receive. Thanks Theresa and Steph!
Positive experience: Nice complex, quite, kept clean, ample parking, we attended for ready steady go kids and little kickers.
Fantastic experience: Small 24/7 gym with loads of equipment and excellent PTs.
Negative experience: played netball here for a season - my god don't do it - constant whistling from refs on 3 courts so you don't know whose whistle it is! Toilets are a bit dodgy and coming outside after your game for a breather just to smell an old mop being aired out on the fence int he car park - rank!
