Negative experience: Super disappointing 'treatment' from Reuben Fox who took a stab at what the underlying cause of my pins and needles were but said he wasn't sure because it could come from several points, so he just treated according to where I said the cause probably came from since I've had the same issue years ago, which was diagnosed and treated properly using dry needling. I had actually told reception I needed dry needling for pins and needles and she told me Reuben could do it but during the consultation he said he couldn't dry needle me there for he was not experienced enough to dry needle that area. So he just did some hands on work. I also asked for help with pain in my arm and he told me I could just do self-massage. So I think it's unfair to pay for a service that WAS NOT PROVIDED since I had clearly stated that I needed dry needling. Plus, what practitioner tells you to just self-massage when you literally go there precisely to get them to give you hands on treatment? WHAT A JOKE. I had to see someone the next day who diagnosed me and treated me appropriately. 97% of pins and needles gone after 1 session.

I appreciated that the plan he created for recovery was tailored to my expectations and goals of what I wanted to do in the future

He took the time to understand my condition and concerns. Gave me really practical advice. He was experienced and knowledgeable with my condition. Really satisfied with my visit!

Fantastic experience: Big thank you to Crystal for helping me through my physio sessions. I had very bad neck & shoulder tightness with numbness going down my arm. After a few sessions and following my prescribed exercises, I’m feeling a lot better. Very professional with the treatment and definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: First experience with Joel and he is very much professional and experienced in his job. This is my first visit and next is planned after one week. I hope my burcitus issue will be gone or at least it will be recovered fully in a couple of months which I am suffering since last 5 weeks.

Fantastic experience: The best physio I have ever been to! Most amazing staff - the trainers as well as the ladies at the reception (Heather you are an amazing person!). I am undergoing treatment with Samy and while Samy was on leave, had been treated by Reuben who was equally wonderful. Fantastic experience: Casey my physio was very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable immediately. From what I've seen the facilities are great too, with what looked like a fully equipped gym. The reception staff were also really friendly. All round awesome.

Fantastic experience: I saw Jacob for physio and was extremely impressed. I have seen physios in the past and I have never had such a great experience. He took into great detail my history and my ailments and set out a plan for me. He was keen to help me out. I have hyper mobility and many physios don't do a lot for me on that level but Jacob was on the ball and ready for action. This was just my consult appointment but I'm already looking forward to going back. Jacob's bedside manner is brilliant. I have tourettes and he was so kind whenever I had a tic. I also have epilepsy, another reason why I need physiotherapy, and he was very understanding of my circumstances. The reception team are also great, very lovely and professional. They have an upbeat manner about them and you go in and out of the practice feeling accomplished! :)

He is very professional in his interactions and you can tell that he genuinely cares about and wants to help his patients and always open for just a friendly chat. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years with all sorts of sporting injuries. The practice is very professional and offers a range of services. The team will be able to sort out any issues you may have.

Fantastic experience: This time last year I couldn't run much more than 5km without pain and was resigned to the fact I wouldn't be running long races. On the first visit, Lennon pinpointed the issue that doctors hadn't. A year later and just finished a 165km race in NZ thanks to Lennon's help. Actually managed a run 5 days after the race so recovered much quicker than expected after 26 hours and 55 minutes on my feet. Really appreciate the assistance over the last 6 months in the lead up and helping me get there injury free! Mostly from Lennon but also from the other staff that assisted. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Amy Dixon is a passionate, dedicated and experienced physio. She helped rehabilitate my upper back pain through just one consultation! She prescribed exercises for me to do through an app and also reached out to me with a follow up email which helped incredibly. Thank you Amy!

The friendly team put you at ease from the outset and the treatment and follow up exercises provided resulted in successful steps to full recovery. Playing futsal, I was gutted to have done my knee, but Lennon put my mind at ease and provided a structured program with a gradual weight build-up which got me back on the court in a couple of months. Really chuffed! Thanks Len. The environment is clean, with excellent treatment rooms and equipment. As you walk in through the doors, the extremely friendly and efficient receptionists , the Physiotherapists are highly professional and knowledgeable and listened to the issues, providing treatments that got right to the problems and their causes, with advice provided so that fitness following treatment can be maintained. I will recommend to friends and won’t hesitate to go back if needed.

Fantastic experience: Amy is a brilliant physiotherapist. I went in two weeks ago with a sore knee after being referred from the doctor next door. She isolated the problem and gave me very easy yet specific exercises to not only alleviate the problem but hopefully keep it from reoccurring. She was also very patient and explained everything thoroughly yet simply. The reception staff are very friendly too especially on my first visit as I had forgotten to make an appointment yet they still found time to see me. Would definitely recommend!!

Positive experience: Staff are amazing - I started going for exercise physiology, am now seeing a physio weekly for my back. Can't recommend Amy Dixon enough! She has taken the daily pain away from my life and is helping me to move back towards having normal function again. She is supportive in the exercise plan she's given me, and always comments on change - it's a positive experience having her as my therapist!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending WA Health Group for the last 5 months I have been working hard to reduce my weight and just feel better and healthier. I have so far lost around 7KG but also have changed shape and feeling much better about my general health and out look. I go to their gym 4 days a week for 1 hour a day. Every member of staff are so helpful courteous can not do enough to help you achieve your goals. I'm not there yet but defiantly feel on my way with the help they have shown me. Thankyou too all at WA Health Group.
