Fantastic experience: I be been at 365 performance since july 2019 and have loved it since the very start. The group training is so motivating compared to a normal gym. All the coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Mad Gym, Mad coaches. Great place for group training. Optional personal training to boot. If you sign up you better turn up or Scott (the owner) will harass you until you do.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit intimidated about joining a CrossFit gym at first, as a female over 50, but the 365 community are so supportive that I have been training there now for over 5 years. Fantastic experience: I am 70 years of age ad have been going to Cross Fit Milperra on and off for 2 years. I have never really been a gym man but due to their tailored program and professional practitioners I have achieved what it was I hoped to achieve thus far. I am stronger and fitter both physically and mentally than I was 20 odd years ago. I have reached my weight goal and my body has firmed remarkably. I really look forward to each session and miss it immensely when I cannot attend.

Fantastic experience: I was very sceptical about this when i first saw this advertised. Thought it was just another quick fix. How wrong i was. Firstly when i walked in you are greeted by a massive hello and high 5 from Christina. Such an energetic girl. But not only is she energetic but you cant but help in been caught up in her energy. So focused and actually happy to see you. The other thing i really couldnt get over were all the other participants. Dont even know names but are so quick to encourage you and keep you motivated. And that is a testament to Christina and Vu. Your guys promote and produce this kind of attitude and it was a pleasure to be involved in this.

Fantastic experience: It is so hard to be able to put into words what Crossfit Milperra has done for me. I hesitantly signed up to complete their 6 week program and boy did I get more than I bargained for. The trainers are so incredibly supportive and encouraging, they make you feel right at home. They were there every step of the way to ensure I stuck to my meal plan and trained to my best potential. I can't thank them enough for assisting me in losing over 8% body fat in 6 weeks. I am so glad that I took a chance on this program, as it has not only allowed me to get back to my pre-wedding weight but has also allowed me to feel more energetic and confident in myself. I had no idea how determined and focused I could be until I challenged myself to completing this 6 week challenge. So thank you Christina and Vu, you have helped me become a better person, a better wife and a better mum. From being a very unhealthy and overweight girl they managed to make someone like me look forward to going to their gym and also eat well by providing me with so much knowledge. Fantastic experience: Being part of Crossfit Milperra is about as perfect as training gets for me- it strikes an awesome balance of workout intensity, positive encouragement and community. I signed up for their 21 day challenge in November 2015, received guidance for better nutrition and the accountability i needed for regular training sessions, and have since seen improvements in energy levels and physical mobility while dropping excess weight (9kgs) and size.

In order to achieve goals you need to have the right people and environment that support you, and CrossFit Milperra definitely delivers here. CrossFit Milperra has stringent client screening processes and a coach will spend time assessing your fitness level and injury history. Workouts and movements are realistically scaled so clients can sensibly work out without risk of injury. Through time more advanced movements will be introduced when the client's fitness level has improved. At CrossFit Milperra safety is paramount. I can't recommend CrossFit Milperra highly enough!
