Fantastic experience: Been going to gym here for a little while and Jason has done an amazing job with the place. I took a long break due to an injury and when I came back there was a huge improvement in equipment and facilities showing that they are always looking to improve their gym. Jason and the team are very attentive, nice, easy going & always approachable. Thank you for having me.

Fantastic experience: The gym is always clean and the facilities are good

Negative experience: Never picked up the calls. Called during office hours. How can you run a franchise when you can’t provide information to customers. Worst experience. That’s how you loose customers to your opponents in the area. Wonder how the manger is still in the job. If the owner, I would sack the manager for not responding calls. No excuses.

Negative experience: They don’t pick up the calls. They lie about the maintenance works although the GYM is opened. Choose other Anytime fitness.

Fantastic experience: Always tidy and clean. Not crowded at any given time and lotsa space. Very kind staff. Free banana and lollies for that after work out treat, best AF around the area.

Negative experience: Anytime fitness deer park used to be my main gym with my wife. A new gym popped up in the area with facilities that anytime fitness didn’t have so we decided to cancel our membership. Upon cancellation i spoke to Danny which advised me that he could put our account on hold while we try the new gym and if we didn't like it he would cancel it free of charge with no cancellation fee. Which is the reason why we initially gave Anytime Fitness an early notice. When we returned telling them that we’ll be going through with the cancellation Danny assured me that i would not be getting charged. To our surprise we were charged for 30 days after our account was on hold. After seeing the amount drawn from our account i went into the gym on three seperate occasions, searching to talk to Danny. I was told i would be contacted by the area manager which never called me to rectify the issue and Danny not even apologising for the situation he put us in. Extremely disappointed from the whole situation as I was blatantly lied to just to pay the cancellation fee of 30 day notice. Not to mention that when I went in on one of the occasions the “manager” advised me that, what I was proposed was never going to happen. Danny knows exactly what he did and I asked repeatedly on our initial notice of cancellation that we would not be charged if we chose to proceed to cancel.

Fantastic experience: Been to a great many a gym here and abroad but I’m very happy with this gym. Staff are all super friendly, showers and toilets are always clean. Never an issue with the equipment , always available and never broken down with a wide enough range of items. Management are super helpful.

Negative experience: Jason is a greedy manager. Do not sign direct debit agreement with him. He will withdraw your money anytime he wants. Be carefull with this greedy man. Tell your friends, family be careful with him. He withdraw many money from my account, then I email to ask him many time about detail for payment everyweek but he go around and never answer or dare to give me detail of payment because he withdraw over that fee. I was busy and when I look again, my account was withdrawed many money constantly from anytime fitness Deer Park. I emailed to talk to Jason but he ignore my answer about payment detail. Very greedy, very terrible.

Negative experience: Don’t go there guys, they are real thieves, after canceling my membership they still charged me and when I visited the centre one of the them was playing like I know nothing and he said Alex has done something dodgy and you won’t be paying anymore, find something else if you can’t pay your bills instead of stealing money from your customers
