Fantastic experience: The staff here are fantastic! They have always been willing to provide me quality guidance and assistance without being too pushy or invasive. They have helped me set goals and encouraged me through achieving them. The facility is impeccable, This gym has all the equipment that you could need and is all kept in tip top shape. Honestly, do yourself a favour! I can't recommend this gym more highly.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and the staff are always lovely and helpful when ever I need anything. The gym has everything I could need and they make sure all the equipment is working and in good condition!

Negative experience: The gym itself isn't bad, but cancelling memberships is pretty awful. If you want to cancel you either have to tell them 4 WEEKS in advance, or pay 2 extra billing sessions, which are done every fortnight. It doesn't make any sense why you have to pay for a second extra session, and i was simply told "It was in the T&C when you signed up". Also, I tried putting my membership on hold for some time, and was told that I would automatically get a message when it expired, however they didn't send anything, which is just disrespectful.

Positive experience: Very kind staff, always willing to help and give out advice when needed. Very well kept equipment. I like the addition of new equipment every-so-often; I feel like it adds at least a little bit of diversity to my workouts. However, I will be honest and say I don't like most of the music that the gym plays (I don't actually know who controls it so please forgive me if it is out of your hands, staff.) During the odd few days that I forget my headphones, I always find that the music does not motivate me to push myself, due to most of it being too soft and non catering to slightly heavier genres. (I am not saying to put death metal in the playlist but at least put some more hard rock there.) Of course this is my own personal opinion and others might disagree, but I am just throwing this out there. Another thing I believe that could be improved is the uneven floor infront of the multi-purpose machine. I don't feel like I can comfortably perform some exercises with the machine, and I have to deliberately move in a spot with flat ground, completely getting in the way of some people wanting to walk past the area. However, besides that, I still really enjoy the atmosphere of this gym, and I would definitely recommend this gym to people if they asked about it. - Bede

Negative experience: I have a fitness passport that gets me access to this gym during staffed hours and when I showed my pass to the lady there, she said that I needed to pay for a $39 tag but I wasn't interested in using the facility after hours, I just wanted to check it out to see if it would be a gym I would like to use before paying for a tag. So because I didn't want to pay for the tag, she said that I had to pay a one time use fee of $14 which I think is expensive. The facility wasn't great or worth $14 for 1 session. The floor is very uneven and dangerous. Very cramped space with limited gear. Wouldn't recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: This is the place to come to feel good and boy do I Feel Good. Great gym, equipment is top notch. And do you get sick of having your poonce grip fail you while you lift heavy ass weight well at this place there is free bloody chalk. So much chalk that it will have you looking like Tony Montana in Scarface. Location is great right next to Oxley Station. So if you plan to go out on the town you can easily bash in for a sneaky bicep or chest pump then hit The Vally at Dunda looking swole!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly staff that are always up to help you out and teach you some good techniques if you ask. Really hard to find a gym that genuinely wants you to lift well and keep you lifting long into the future without damaging yourself. As a relative novice I had a great introduction even though I was a bit tepid initially so I suggest everyone comes down for some motivation and life skills. Can not rate this place high enough. Thank you!
