Negative experience: The frontdesk/reception staff is very unprofessional. The women i spoke to maybe her name was Mak had very rude and arrogant responses for my query about personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: For someone who was quite hesitant to get back into the gym after 10 Plus Years.Glad I chose Jetts Gym Cranbourne West to try. Staff are always helpful and it’s gives a welcoming vibe as you enter the gym. I started to do PT sessions for rehab reasons just over 12 months ago and have seen a massive difference in my strength and also chronic pains symptoms have reduced in my back, Hip and Glute area. Gym has recently added new equipment and is always quite clean.

Fantastic experience: When it comes to a gym, I want a space where I can focus on my workout while still feeling connected to familiar faces. That's exactly what I get at Jetts Cranbourne West. I seriously love the community here. Mak is amazing at her job—she knows every member and creates a fantastic atmosphere in the gym. Hiring her was the best move they could have made. Plus, the facilities are always spotless .

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! The staff aswell as the community within are just awesome! Such a welcoming vibe and the staff are always ready to help you out with anything from how to use machines to what other exercises are good to include in your routine. Would highly recommend coming here and giving it a go, truly the community is like no other! They offer a wide range of machines aswell as a vending machine packed full of all the best energy drinks and protein shakes!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, facilities and atmosphere. Just got refurbished with several new sets of equipment that are all of great quality and are easily accessible to both newcomers and regulars. The absence of a lock-in contract is also a huge thumbs up :)

Negative experience: Staff is horrible and Unfriendly. The gym is way too small for the amount people that go there and the price is not worth it given the facilities and equipment provided.

Yes, I am talking about Jetts Cranbourne West Jetts Cranbourne West is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how I get tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout in person and on their Instagram page. I’ve been going for only a few weeks and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. I feel great and a few years younger already Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated and that's where Makayla Paine is an inspiration to anyone who is trying to stay fit in a sustainable way. She is very passionate and knowledgeable in her profession. Her cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly. This is by far the best gym around in this area open 24x7 and quite reasonable on pocket too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jetts Cranbourne West to anyone. I wish there was a 10 star rating on google. 10 / 10 rating from my side anyway All the best to everyone on their fitness journey

Whether you want to run faster, stretch further, lift heavier, get stronger, be fitter, move more - Jetts CW has all your essential equipment for every body type and for any workout you desire I work an office job and I rarely move around (if at all when I'm WFH). Jetts CW helps me clock my steps on the treadmill, and helps me take care of my body with all the equipment I need for a full body workout From the bathrooms to the squat racks - the place is kept tidy and clean at all times, and being hygienic is a message constantly being reinforced with signs around the gym to bring a towel and wipe your area when you're done. Messages of proper gym etiquette are also around the area, to remind gym goers on how to be respectful to the equipment and other people around as well A huge shoutout to the staff (Mak, Jayme and Jordan) who are nothing but absolutely friendly, encouraging and inspirational. I had a great experience with them, and they're nothing short top people. Whether it's training, friendly banter or heart-to-heart, the staff are will always be there for you. Not all conversations have to be about gym and exercise, and with them - they're down for a quick chat about anything. With the increase in awareness for mental health, it's great to have staff that genuinely care about your health and and your day-to-day life The Social Media Team are also top quality, and are a great way to reach out to people. Seeing re-posts of other people at the gym is a great way to inspire others to get in, their selling of supplements are genuine and non-invasive, celebrating the wins of gym goers is awesome, and it's also great to see some of the Behind the Scenes action with the Staff and Trainers All in all, love the place and totally recommend

Fantastic experience: Super friendly trainers that encourage progress, all the equipment is fresh and maintained and the J Series classes are extremely motivating as well as having access to rest of the gym at a much lower cost than a lot of other gyms. There's lots of monthly challenges with great rewards that make the whole gym experience feel like a group experience. I love going every day, a lot of laughs and a lot of sweat - I'll be there when I'm old and grey!

Fantastic experience: The best Gym in cranbourne and lyndhurst and surrounding areas easily . Clean equipment friendly staff and good vibes. Mak has been superstar since she came in and the energy she brings is electric . Alan is great and cannot fault anything here. If you looking to join up dont wait . Also unlike other real crowded gyms i prefer this most of time i can get to an equipment when i want and if you are not patient to wait for all equipmemt like me than is your gym .
