Tried other similar copies of the program but cannot beat the original innovators of this style Of workout.

Fantastic experience: Being new to Caloundra and suffering several injuries, I was looking for experienced trainer support, a great community atmosphere and somewhere I felt comfortable to set my own limits during exercising without judgement and that is exactly what I get at F45 Caloundra. It is always nerve wracking joining a new gym or club but I was warmly welcomed by the team and other members from the get-go. I am always guided on modifications to suit my condition, motivated and encouraged which is exactly what I needed! My physical improvements were swift, and my injuries improved immensely with the great range of full body workouts in a controlled environment. Thanks F45 crew, keep up the great work :)

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym about 3 months ago and have just finished the 6 week challenge which was a great motivator and excelled my results. This gym has a great atmosphere. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly and welcoming of everyone. It’s really a pleasure to workout here, rather than a chore which gyms can sometimes become.

Fantastic experience: Ahhh - My Happy Place :) I started at F45 Caloundra over 3 years ago now. My intention was to do an 8 week Challenge and then go back to a conventional gym. After the 8 weeks, there was no way I was going back to a regular gym! F45 Caloundra has such a supportive, energetic, happy, welcoming atmosphere. The trainers are always encouraging, no matter what your fitness levels. If you are sitting on the fence about joining, don't! Give the crew at F45 Caloundra a go - you will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: After joining F45 Caloundra just over a year ago I’ve seen a lot of change in myself. I have more energy and I’m feeling fitter and healthier. This has been with the constant help and guiding of the fantastic coaches they have there. Workouts are already designed so I can walk in do my work out and 45 minutes later I’m walking out. There is always a helping hand on the floor with one to two coaches every session. If you haven’t given it a go, try it out it’ll only cost you 45 minutes ps Amy is awesome (go red)

Fantastic experience: I'm currently doing the 6 week challenge at F45 Caloundra and it has been a great kick start getting towards my goal for my health and fitness. The staff have been amazing support pushing and guiding me where I need it, from physically being in the gym to nutrition support and everything in between. The other gym goers have also been amazing support and super encouraging. Great little gym family at F45 Caloundra! Have never really been a gym person and have always relied on team sports to stay fit but I can definitely see myself staying here for many years to come, highly recommend ❤️

Negative experience: After training at several F45’s and loving the workouts, amazing energy from trainers and great overall atmosphere. I joined my local studio Caloundra which unfortunately is way below what I experienced there. A lot of the trainers although nice people are just going through the motions. Your paying top $ for a service you could pretty much do yourself by watching YouTube workout videos. As for the owners. One is brilliant and is always friendly and welcoming. The other is rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic people skills. I’m hoping the the new studio manager will turn this place around and earn back the F45 status

Fantastic experience: A positive and supportive environment to work out in. Sessions are focused and classes are at varied times through the day. I lost near on 9kg in my first challenge with the support of the team and program. I have been attending the gym for near on a year now. No egos just nice, positive people and kind, supportive and knowledgeable trainers.

This is an incredible place to work out, with motivating trainers who make you laugh, cry and want to tell them where to go but 100% supportive all of the way!! Workouts are done and dusted in 45minutes with no thinking about what’s next as it is all done for you! Lots of in house competitions and challenges keep things fresh! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! The best part of my day by far!!!!!

Fantastic experience: F45 is life changing, in the short time I have been with F45 Caloundra I have: lost 6.3kg of pure fat (-8.8% BFM), roughly 5 kg of body weight and increased muscle. In clothes, I have moved from a size 8-10 to a size 6. I am feeling more body confident and mentally well. Benefits of F45 are not just aesthetic. I work in what can be a high stress job and the stress relief of F45 workouts have been a tremendous support. Further, the convenience as a professional of several scheduled classes with everything set and ready to go, adhering to a strict 45 minute timing, helps me manage fitness around a busy schedule. 45 minutes that is it; you are in and out. A small commitment for huge pay off. Lastly and most importantly, the people are very special at F45. Trainers, admin and fellow F45s are inclusive, supportive and kind. Fantastic experience: Only good things to say about F45 Caloundra. I'm so glad I took that first step and joined there Gym. The owners and the trainers are so helpful and made it a breeze for me to transition from someone that just didn't do Gyms (and finding goals) to absolutely loving it and I now feel like my day is missing something if I don't attend. I have more energy, increased my fitness, have lost over 14kg (16%) of body fat, and also made some great friends since starting my journey, so much more then just a Gym. I love my morning 45 minute session and have also enjoyed participating in there 8 week Challenges. Now my husband has joined and also found the same enjoyment. He had great success with the 8 week Challenge in being the male winner of the last Challenge! I had never stuck with a gym membership or training program before in my life until I found F45 Caloundra, and I have now been going there for over a year. I have gone from being someone who paid a gym membership for 2 years that I used a handful of times to someone who trains everyday (and loves it!) with the support and guidance of the team of amazing trainers.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been long time members of Caloundra F45. We love the workouts, the trainers, owners and of course the members - we have met some amazing friends since joining! The work outs are great, quick 45mins and you can go at your own pace or go hard. My husband has lost over 25kgs since joining them and now it is just apart of our daily routine and we love it. The 8 week challenges are also fantastic and the support along the way with the trainers is just amazing. We can not recommend them highly enough! Get out of the boring gym and go and see Alex down at F45, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: OMFG. I have finally arrived at the F45 palace. I have only started there on Monday and within 4 days of training with them and eating right i have knocked off 4Kgs!!! Yes that is sooooo right 4Kgs. I have officially signed up with them and really excited to smash another 58Kgs!! The Team laughs at all my jokes, cheers me on, corrects my posture and techinque and sometimes adds more weights to push me to the next level which kills but so worth it!! Recommend with a passion.

Being older and not so fit I was a bit apprehensive at first, but the atmosphere is great and the trainers are awesome.
