Snap Fitness 24/7 Dubbo

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend snap fitness, dubbo! the girls are always so accomodating to not only me but my two little ones, the crèche is always something my daughter looks forward too everyday and the girls are always so good with the kids! All the equipment is fresh & always in such good condition, as well as the environment - it’s always super fun thanks to the girls!

Negative experience: Gym is alright, But membership cancellation after 30 days of notice period policy is ridiculous , Definitely need to change that .

Negative experience: I have probably been over 40 different snap fitnesses over the las 12 months. Overall rating is excellent. My visit to Dubbo today was very disappointing. 1. No greeting from receptionist upon entering and leaving. 2. I went to the reception desk to speak to her, she looked at me, did not acknowledge me, looked as way and continued talking on the phone. 3. She was still on the phone when l left. Didn’t sound like business. 4. Long wait times on equipment because people are on their phones. I would complete 4 set x 12 reps, go back to machine l am waiting for and the guys have done 1 set and sitting on their phones. 5.Staff should be monitoring the use of phones and not just sitting behind the counter and cashing a pay check. Probably hard for staff to monitor phones when they are constantly on the phone themselves.

Fantastic experience: THEY HAVE A SAUNA!?!?!? AND 4 BOXING BAGS!??? In a RURAL GYM!? All the venues around the city I’ve been to have 0-1 boxing bag let alone any saunas

Negative experience: Poor experience!! Have to pay hefty cancellation fee for 12 month contract which I never opted for. I always asked for flexible option. In the membership agreement, they made it 12 month contract on their own when I left the spot after having my signature on the form. Not going to recommend at all. Edit: Reply to Snap, You simply need to check the agreement document. Clearly that handwriting was different from mine. I never ticked any box in “12-months” neither I asked for it.

Positive experience: I have recently visited the snap fitness in midura, echuca and now dubbo. All are excellent. The only reason this isnt a 5 stsr is it was $20 for a casual visit

Mark the manager is super helpful and definitely knows his stuff. I went in there not knowing how to use any equipment or the proper technique, he was more than happy to help me out.
