Fantastic experience: I love this Plus Fitness gym. Heaps of space all the good equipment great squat racks in a spacious corner. Friendly staff and respectful gym goers of all ages and abilities after 42 years of weight training I do feel at home here.

Negative experience: Bunch of gronks, overcharging! I want to Jihad them so bad I swear to God. Inshallah, it will be done

Fantastic experience: The team at the gym are awesome! They are all so friendly and helpful when needed. The gym is always clean and well looked after too. Unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my membership, the team were able to easily guide me to complete this only and once my issue was fixed with my profile, the cancellation process itself was so easy. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: Been going here since the day they opened. I have been to every gym in the area but no place can compete with Plus Fitness Menai. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming and the community is unmatched. There is more than enough equipment, suited for all your styles of training.

Positive experience: The staff are wonderful , they treat all with respect and cost is good . Great for beginner - all adults . No females are harassed Too many teenagers , who have zero idea what they are doing . They go to the gym to use their phone. In all the gyms I’ve used, never seen a gym turn into a mobile use centre . They lack gym etiquette. Some trying to lift are 13 years !!!! They take approx 20 min on 1 exercise . They don’t lift, they use their phones (one is going to get injured soon and liability to the gym - you cannot sign away negligence / gym members )

Positive experience: To many school kids. Not price competitive compared to Crunch. Clean gym with friendly staff.

Negative experience: Wasted my time by saying they accept fitness passport then asked me to sign up for a membership to use the gym

Positive experience: Great gym, and most of the staff here are lovely except for the employee who I think is named Mark who is rude and goes out of his way to intimidate people and make them feel uncomfortable. I have seen him make snide remarks about new members and disrespectful comments about young females. He is only interested in chatting to and working out with his mates when he is supposed to be working and assisting clients.

Fantastic experience: In 2019 I was looking for a gym, eventually after visited afew, found Plus Fitness, Sammy walked me through and signed wife & me up in Oct. A great team and great people to workout with too. Oh, Jenna always smiling and helpful.. Certainly a great place to work out. .

Negative experience: The gym premises and equipment is fine but over the past few months the cleanliness and member management has fallen off. No care about using or having towels, too many people now leaving weights around on the floor, throwing weights on floor, using ridiculous amounts of chalk dust which is then left all over the floor and bars (no wonder its banned in most gyms). Guys training with shirts off, albeit for a short time only, even with females around and then laying or sitting on benches, like really, aren't we still in a massive health pandemic?! All these things should and can be rectified but the staff really need to work on it. I know its a 24/7 gym but the owners should be reviewing footage throughout the day and I know 95% of the members are great but theres a certain element of activities thats needs to be stamped out.

Negative experience: A good gym but whats becoming a real shame is the upkeep of the joint. Water dispenser not been working for 2 weeks now along with another exercise machine. It would be the fourth time the water dispenser has been out now in the short period its been open. Some of the benches are missing wheels so hard to push around. Skipping ropes being held together by sticky tape. Not being strict enough on towel usage and people throwing and leaving weights around either.
