Fantastic experience: It's a lovely gym, good quality equipment, tons of parking space, secure place to train (even at night) and excellent staff. Shivani in particular was lovely to interact with. She is extremely knowledgable, not pushy, welcoming and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to come to a clean, secure and welcoming gym for training!

Negative experience: Id like to join but I dont want to sign up to a direct debit plan that looks incredibly hard to cancel (its why they chose direct debit).

Fantastic experience: Es un buen lugar para entrenar: Cómodo, tranquilo, no hay muchas personas y puedes entrenar con libertar, tienen suficientes equipos y eso lo hace muy completo. Solo tengo una sugerencia: Mejoren la limpieza, el piso está algo sucio en la zona de pilates y los baños deben tener mantenimiento, por lo demás es perfecto !

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Smells fresh and clean! New Friendly management trying everything they can to get the gym back with a bang. Moreover unlike other gyms they operate until 7pm so u have someone to answer ur queries after normal work hours. Must visit until u get habituated :)

Negative experience: One on the worst anytime gym you’ll find in Perth. Gym is very dirty, equipment broken not fix , tv hasn’t been working over 6 months at least, floor cracked near weight area which is a big hazard. No wipes refill and you can barely see staff in this gym. Will never go to this gym again and won’t recommend it to anyone

Negative experience: Let me start of by saying sorry. Sorry to all the staff who have to work for an owner who seems to be money hungry and deceiving. I decided to cancel my membership and upon emailing the owner as no one else is able to cancel it I was ignored for a few days. I called again to confirm it and I received an email saying my membership would terminate a month later. I get charged again and upon calling up I find out my membership was not terminated still. I've heard friends have the same issue trying to cancel membership with anytime thornlie. Guess I should of expected it when the owner is the only one who is allowed to terminate memberships. You think I was not going to notice you to still continuously charging me? Again I feel sorry for the staff who have to work under a money hungry owner who does not care about doing the right thing. Things are run very poorly. Hope this second or third attempt I am able to leave

Fantastic experience: Have been going to anytime fitness for just over a year now and it has changed my life.Not only am I healthier but happy with the amount of weight I have lost.Love the fact that the gym is convenient to where I live but also I can go whenever I want day or night.The staff are friendly and management always happy to respond to questions.Would recommend to anyone wanting to get healthy and fit

Negative experience: Really disappointed with how the gym has turned out. I used to love going here and the previous owner, George would always come out to not only offer help, he’s out of the office socialising and getting to know the members. The gym at the moment, has a distinct smell, it never used to feel or smell this dirty, the equipment, if not out of order are old and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned frequently. There’s also a shortage of wipes quite often which is alarming and gym encourages its users to use at minimum which is not okay and unhygienic considering we pay over $50 a month for this. Plus fitness Is supposed to be cheaper but they somehow have better equipments and offer better services. This place has gone into shambles badly.

Negative experience: Get charged randomly all the time even when I clearly communicated my expectations to them. Froze my membership on the wrong date and I got locked out of the gym. Got double charged a few times, had to explain simple math to them just to get it right. Staffs needs further training or replacement altogether.

Positive experience: First time back since corona, and a little alarmed at the lack of towels let alone wiping equipment down by some other members. Hopefully, we don't get a second wave in WA, but better to be safe imo.
Hi Tony Staff wipe equipment in their shift. We have posters requesting members to use towels and wipe equipment.Also, we will send emails to members again to reinforce the use of towels and wiping equipment.

Negative experience: The customer service isn't great, but I don't usually go during day time so I wouldn't bother that much. But the place smells like funny sweaty carpet. And I'm pretty sure I'm the member here if you do your work.
You are not member of this gym on date.There are cleaners daily and staff is great. you must have confused with other gym.

Negative experience: Been with them for four years , once I cancelled membership I could see the real face , terrible people when it comes to charging your credit card. They have no idea how to use their systems / Software, heaps of reasons to cover up their faults, for every fault they do they charge you
