F45 Training Ipswich Central

Fantastic experience: F45 Ipswich Central is really awesome. All the trainers are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel really comfortable. The 45-minute workout goes rather quickly, and you love it immensely. It's never boring because there's a fresh training every day. The overall vibe is great. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was putting on weight and my hips were stiff when I woke up in the morning. In the short time I have been doing F45 it has improved my mobility and agility and reduced my stiffness. I have lost a little weight and if I get my diet right I might be back in shape soon. Thank you F45 Ipswich.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Ipswich and have no real friends here. I decided to start at F45 to help get my body back after having a baby and to get out and about and meet people. Gyms can be very intimidating however the Minute I walked in I felt like I belonged. The trainers at F45 a second to none. Nat and KJ in particular have made me feel so welcome and comfortable. It’s a really safe space to be who ever you want to be and workout safely and be encouraged to reach new personal goals. It’s worth spending the money. It’s a great investment.

Fantastic experience: It's never easy getting out of bed when the alarm goes off at 345am, but turning up to a well organised class with fantastic instructors, makes it the most enjoyable way to start the day. Thank you for all your assistance and motivation. I do feel part of the family

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for the last few months after switching from another studio, and I'm so elated that I've found a studio so refreshingly honest, welcoming and accepting that we're real people with real lives (and struggles) and it's not judged- we just get on with it. The trainers are a fantastic burst of energy, motivation and commendation. If you've ever been thinking about it, just give it a go, you might just find it's as awesome as I have!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. Would highly recommend. It doesn’t matter if you’re unfit, injured or have concerns or doubts- the trainers will guide you through any obstacle you might be facing! They take time to make sure you’re okay and their encouragement makes it such a positive experience! You never leave a workout without feeling accomplished (and dead in a good way). LOVE!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: F45 is a game changer. For your fitness, for your energy and stamina and overall health and wellness. F45 Ipswich Central Studio is incredible. The coaches and trainers are extraordinarily talented and very encouraging. I would say group fitness would normally intimidate me but the crew at F45 are amazingly supportive and the F45 central team members are equally awesome. After moving house and coming from a similar style of circuit training in Brisbane, it was a seamless transition and everyone (coaches and F45ers alike) have made me feel SO welcome. Can’t wait to work my way back up to daily sessions!

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to go and had butterfly’s at how hard it was going to be and how much the PT’s would keep pushing me but the staff at Ippy Central were fantastic!! I could work at my own pace and even stop if I needed to! Things were modified for my back and it was actually FUN! Hard work but fun.

Fantastic experience: Great training venue, great trainers. Came up to Ipswich for 2 months. My classes would start at 430am and I've been driving 40min each way from Laidley......worth every minute, every dollar. Thanks guys and I'll miss training with you.

Fantastic experience: I came down to Ipswich Central to continue training for holidays and am really happy with the welcoming and encouraging experience I got. All the trainers were professional and explained exercises in a way that advanced my training. I'm glad to know I have an F45 to come to next time I'm in Ipswich.

The staff at F45 Ipswich Central continue to go out of their way, to ensure modifications are made to excercises, so I can participate the whole way around the circuit. I couldn’t ask for more. 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending F45 Training Ipswich Central for over 8 months now and it's safe to say that I absolutely love it. While recent circumstances restrict how often I can attend, I still enjoy the classes when I can make them. The owners - Shanee and Darren - as well as all of the trainers are so genuine and lovely.
