Hi Elin, Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I have tried to call you but unfortunately you disconnected the call once I introduced myself. We're so sorry to hear you've had an unpleasant experience in our gym, that is certainly not what we want our members to have! I've just checked your visitation history and can see that you've visited us 4 times in the last 3 months and none of those times were during staffed hours, I can assure I say hello to everyone who enters whenever I can! Sometimes I could be on the phone or a zoom meeting. The airconditioning is definitely working and is serviced once a month :) The bathrooms are also cleaned regularly and a an extra deep clean is done 3x a week. We do have a range of free weights and machines, sometimes during peak hours there can be a small wait, as with most gyms! But our members are super friendly and if you'd like to use a machine I'm sure they wouldn't mind taking turns between sets (while following covid rules obviously). If you have any feedback or concerns, please come and see me at reception! I promise I am friendly and any issues can be resolved much quicker than leaving a Google review outside of staffed hours.

Hi There, doesn't sound Stupid at all...As with any new business there are always a few crinkles to iron out. It is never nice to hear negative feedback, however it is the only way for our business to develop and improve- so we do appreciate your complete honesty! We picked up on the issue on Friday afternoon and have already contacted the appropriate people as of this morning to get the lights defused so they aren't so bright..
