Fantastic experience: Great gym ! Gym vibe is awesome.. don't know much of the staff but the trainer aykan always says hello which is welcoming

Negative experience: Me and My friend lyle went to gym a while ago around 8:am and lyle things went missing in the locker . She actually lock the locker and when she entered her password and opened it her all her things are gone! All of her clothes and laptop inside her blues sky nike bag. We already reported it to the police since the investigation is ongoing and hopefully club lime penrith will do something about it .sad life!

Negative experience: Left a bad review as they charged me $16 after pausing my membership and haven’t refunded me and wont cancel without a fee which goes agains the terms and conditions of the contract. A screenshot as proof i emailed club lime and they wont help

Fantastic experience: Great gym to go do your workout. Very big and airy.

Negative experience: Until last Thursday they used to call me everyday to come and join the gym and get 4 weeks free and no joining fee. Today I went there the staff told that joining fee is $39 dollars and no free weeks. And me and my friend left and she didn’t make any effort to talk to us at all. Won’t be visiting them again

Fantastic experience: Every single staff member/pt are some of the friendliest people you can meet. The gym is also rarely messy and it always looked after. Honestly the best club lime i go to.

Negative experience: I went so many gyms in my life . But this gym is like full of rude & annoying unprofessional staff . They disturb you so much while you do workout . They come to you and say don’t do this don’t do that . Omg so ridiculous. .They always shows outstanding fee on your membership app . Idk why is always outstanding and I already set debit payment on that . Not recommend ever

Negative experience: Have been waiting on the phone for about 2 hours now, clearly they are having issues or too lazy to answer the phone. Been trying to call up because they have been over charging me for months, since they swapped from fit n fast to club lime, which I’ve emailed head office about. Absolute trash gym, do not recommend.

Negative experience: Not happy at all with Club Lime. It was never communicated to me when Club Lime took over Fit N Fast, when it would close or when it would reopen. I got charged on my account and tried to cancel my membership over the phone (after waiting 45 minutes) only to be told to go to a members portal which doesn't even allow me access as it won't let me change the password! I sent an email requesting immediate cancellation and advise the portal wont work, only to receive a response 14 days later the same info and also that I would need to wait 28 days for the cancellation to go through, which they will still attempt to charge me fortnightly. Not happy at all with the communication or professionalism.

Negative experience: I sent them an email during the period in which they stayed closed for months doing a refurbishment (understandable) saying: ‘I’m looking for a gym closer to home, please do not recommence my membership’ Apparently this was not clear enough and they didn’t understand that this was me cancelling my membership so continued to charge me. They then refused to issue me a refund but would cancel my membership from that point on as an ‘act of goodwill’. Very disappointing as I have heard of this not being uncommon while they were still branded as fit n fast.

Negative experience: Gym OK but very dishonest when you need to cancel, will constantly take payments. The banks in Penrith are very aware to this. Very simple to resolve stop taking money that is not yours and pay back what you took from my son. !!!!! WARNING TO ANY NEW CUSTOMERS BE CAREFULL IF YOU SIGN UP THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL AND YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR BANK TO MAKE A CHARGE BACK.

Fantastic experience: You're not going to get a better gym in Penrith. I was a member of Fitness First for about 6 years, and have used numerous other gyms since, so happy with what Fit n Fast offer. The equipment is new, well maintained, the gym is clean and the staff are very friendly. No annoying sales tactics either - the staff just get you to sign up on the website on a gym computer, which is a nice change. I am on black membership, no contract. The fees could be inclusive of everything, rather than lots of random hidden/small-print fees! Currently paying $15.95 per week + $1 fortnightly transaction fee + $10 quarterly membership fee. The owner of Anytime Fitness in Penrith was trying to convince me that Fit n Fast is terrible because they allow members as young as 16. The teenage members tend to keep to themselves and never cause any problems. Happy with the 10pm closing time. The place is normally pretty empty in the 60-90mins before closing.
