Fantastic experience: F45 Training Hurstville is an amazing place to continue or start your fitness journey. Its just not a gym where you JUST go and train. Its a place where you go and make friends who then motivate you and push you to give your best and achieve your goals. The thing that impresses me with the club is that on top of the workout routine, there is extra things such as Hyrox training or events that team organises. And yes I always enjoy the additional little spicy surprise challenge on the day where you get on a little competition with your fellow fitfam. Highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy some good workout in the day, have a bit of dancing fun on the amazing music that gets played and workout with amazing group of individuals to come join the team. And to wrap up, the coaches are amazing. Right from correcting your technique to pushing you during exercises, they do it all so well.

Fantastic experience: Firstly the atmosphere when walking into the F45 gym is phenomenal, the trainers welcome you with a fun enthusiastic attitude, the people that attend F45 are lovely, extraordinary punch of people that you become really good friends with and basically you become part of the family. The F45 family in Hurstville. The trainers firstly make sure you do the workout correctly so you do not get injured. Secondly they encourage you to push push and push more which basically gets you fit and the main reason why you’re there. The classes are fun and energetic. The atmosphere which the owners and staff have put into making F45 at Hurstville a gym is, I can say the best gym that I have experienced in a very very very long time.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic!! Great facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers, and great new equipment. Others in the classes also very welcoming and great to train with! I joined 10 months ago thinking I’d do a quick 6 weeks to get in shape and then cancel, and have never stopped going! I got great results with their help and am no approaching my 300th class in under a year. Couldn’t recommend higher!

Fantastic experience: If you looking for a gym class approach which balances strength, aerobic and flexibility coupled with instructors who have a good eye for detail in correcting bad habits of technique then F45 in Hurstville must be on your list. I’m one of very few ‘senior’ persons in the group but in no way disadvantaged . No matter your age or starting point of fitness - just give it a go and stick with it.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! F45 Hurstville is the best. I started a month ago and have t stopped coming back everyday. It’s been a while since I had done exercise again and was worried the classes would be intimidating, but that was not the case. The instructors have been very helpful and welcoming, aswell as the other members in the class. I have been easily able modify the exercises to my level of fitness…but every week I have been getting better and stronger. Thanks Elle and team!

Fantastic experience: Nice people, nice atmosphere, the schedule is very organised. This is the first time I tried gym and in the beginning I didn't know anything but they showed me what to do each time, taught me one by one carefully so it wasn't hard to keep coming back.

Told Carlos about my knee injury and he was very careful not to aggravate it. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Yasmin for being so patient when answering my 101 questions before my visit. Fantastic experience: I'd heard a lot about F45 from friends, and finally decided to bite the bullet and try it a few weeks ago. The trainers were very welcoming for first-timers, and it doesn't feel intimidating like some gyms can feel when you first start. It is great as well because the workouts and exercises are always varied so you don't get bored doing the same thing day in/out and every class feels different!

Fantastic experience: I have trained at few F45 Studios prior to F45 Hurstville studio, but this has so far been the best. They have very responsible and helpful trainers always pushing but caring at the same time. There is always stretching session after each class to make sure that members do not cause injury to themselves. The focus on challenges are impeccable. The trainers always makes every member welcome regardless the weight, age, size or fitness level. Overall the vibe is really good.

Fantastic experience: I had spent a few months not training and joined F45 Hurstville nearly a month ago. It was a gym where i felt comfortable to be myself and did not feel the pressure's alot of other gyms impose on body image. I feel supported by the trainers and every so often need that if i cannot perform an exercise movement. I'm excited to see how my fitness journey evolves at this gym.

Lot of gyms around talk about “Community” but the team and members at F45 Hurstville truly live and breathe it. Elle and Jim as owners always make everyone feel welcome and treat everyone as a family member. The trainers here are best of the best, they’re always pushing you, making sure your posture and techniques are correct and are always pushing you to achieve your fitness goals. F-45 is absolute fun, full body workouts that are well designed, versatile, well thought out and never the same. This studio is amazing, and is my sacred place - its a community of like minded people who are supportive and non-judgemental, with trainers and owners who genuinely care about us as people. Jim and Elle connect with every member, and make a concerted effort to come in just to meet new members they haven't had an opportunity to train with. They are passionate about F-45 and about fitness. It's been a great experience for me and I've made some great 'forever' friends as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
