Positive experience: Spacious with plenty of equipment, but no fans and the heater’s always on; it feels like they’re trying to recreate the Sahara desert. Plus, it’s packed with kids training like it's recess. Bring extra water, a towel, and maybe a portable fan to keep you cool.

Negative experience: Really disgusting behaviour from a PT there by the Name of Abdul. He tried to crack on to my wife and would make disgusting comments to get about who he has been sleeping with Etc luckily it was only a trial and we won't be going back there for sure.

Negative experience: I’ve been training here for almost 6 years and it has only been recently since club lime took over livewell that it has become one of the dirtiest and unhygienic places I train at. And believe me , I’ve been around to a lot of gyms.. The bathrooms and Sauna are suppose to be cleaned at least once a day? Yeh right.. I see the cleaner here at around 4:30 am.. he either has a magic mop or he is the fastest cleaner in the world because he cleans this gym in under an hour and he is out. This morning, he emptied the bins and didn’t clean the bathroom themselves. There’s a towel that’s been here hanging in the shower area for 2 days.. I’ve also been told secretly by someone heavily involved here that they’ve seen the cleaner use the same mop to clean bathrooms for the crèche area lol..and to think my wife brings my kids here makes me sick. The photos and videos I have of the state of these bathrooms day in day out is absolute filth and it doesn’t justify it’s actual daily state.. and when he does clean at 5am, by 4pm this place is worst then the portaloo toilets from construction sites and believe as a Tradie, I can tell you that I feel more comfortable using a portaloo from a job site than this filthy place that only thinks about turning over money by adding vending machines and sucking members weekly memberships than to have some pride in the empire they’ve built and manage it like a proper gym.. all I have to say is whoever is running this place either has no idea what is going on or just does not care at all. I’ve sent head office multiple emails and concerns about everything I’ve said and I know alot of members that have done the same and nothing gets noticed. Wake up to yourselves. There’s holes in tiles, some tiles are about to fall off.. how hard is it honestly.

Positive experience: The good: Lots of space, plenty of equipment, somewhere to put your kids The bad: the men’s bathroom/shower area smells like it came straight from Satan’s bottom.

Negative experience: My sons joined on the student membership. Both of them have had issues getting booted out of the app and not being able to get back in. One son, has tried multiple times to get assistance and can't get any. On top of that the fees have increased - with no notice, they were supposed to be $12.50 per week each and now they have upped it to almost $20 each. We have tried to email, call the phone number listed and visit the club and no one is around to help. I want to cancel my sons memberships, but we are being ignored. I advise against joining up - customer service is terrible - if we don't get a response soon - I am going to the Ombudsmen.

Fantastic experience: I have reading the negative comments and they do not match with my experience. Been a member for over a month really like the place, friendly staff good equipment and a sauna for recovery. 24/7 also which is a huge plus highly rate and recommend

Negative experience: Would not recommend joining Club Lime. Ensure that you read cancellation policy before joining, as there is a fair bit of info in fine print that they don’t make you aware of. You have to request to cancel a month in advance to even attempt to cancel your membership and even after the month passes, you’re still left in the dark about whether it’s even still cancelled and they’re still taking more money out. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anybody. My sister was also a member and was attending for personal training and was unable to train due to having a health issue. Trainer at club like refused to give her back $380 and she called Club Lime about this and there was nothing that they could do. Please do yourself a favour and look at any other gym within the area. Seems like a good vibe when you walk in but it’s the behind the scenes issues that will make you wish that you went anywhere else.

Negative experience: they have taken over $100 off me since they have became club lime, i never had this issue with live well as direct debit was my payment method since i signed up and nothings changed however with club lime they charge $34 if you do not pay your membership fee on time, that’s more than the membership itself and they have done this to me multiple times and refuse to help or refund me. IT GETS BETTER when you cancel your membership to get away from them taking money off you they cancel it BUT you need to wait 28 days before it’s effective, a job doesn’t even need that much notice. All this money they are trying to make is sending this gym to the dumps. Lisa is very unhelpful and thinks crediting me $11 from the over $100 i’ve gotten taken off me is reasonable, gotta make money somehow but don’t expect people to be happy about it. It’s the reason why i cancelled my membership after 3+ years because live well never took money off me like this and they think it’s okay.

Negative experience: One day trail is a joke. No attendance at the front desk, had to stand there for 15mins only after asking someone if there’s meant to be staff working at 5:00pm. Walking in, finally finding someone. The trail I came to sign up for is only for ONE day! How can anyone justify signing up-to a gym, if it’s only one day which would be ONE hour normal training time. It’s not about getting a free ride and train there for a week but at least three days. Disappointing really

Negative experience: I loved this gym when it was Live Well. I haven't been back since it formally became Club Lime. Most renovations improve an establishment, but CL spent a lot of money to make the place ugly. No more warmth or privacy, just strong ugly lights and the classes are held in front of everyone who are on the machines and weights for all to see.

Fantastic experience: Large gym, friendly environment, has a sauna. 24 hours, friendly staff, classes.

Negative experience: Inquired with the club despite seeing all of the recent terrible reviews. Emailed to organise an intro tour and casual visit. Arrived on the agreed day with the expectation there would be staff at the desk to give the walk around or to have me safely registered for my cause visit. Noone was there..... Waited 5min... looked around to try and see anyone in unform.... and then left. Wasted my lunch break. Probably a good idea in the future for management to book these in at certain time to actually insure there is staff to greet new potential members.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of live well before it transitioned to club lime. I was using the gym before renovations, and from my personal experience all the workers, especially Lisa, Evalyn and maddy are all so respectful as well as all the personal trainers. They’re always available to offer a helping hand and make you feel very welcome. The new gyms atmosphere is a lot different to the old one, however this doesn’t make it bad. The vibes are still immaculate and it offers a lot more room so you don’t feel as close to other members when doing your workout. The layout was well thought out and executed to a high standard

Negative experience: The new manager who came in and made all the terrible changes to the gym is very rude. I think her name is Mel No basic human compassion or kindness in her Never says hello or smiles. That is not a problem howeveri her rudeness is out of this world. Never have I seen someone treat people like that. She has destroyed this gym and all the members feel like they are walking into a train station or office.. No music playing today This a a gym not a library

Fantastic experience: From initial sign up through to my daily sessions this gym has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are genuine and a complete delight to deal with on a daily basis. The equipment is clean, various and modern. I would readily recommend Club lime Gregory hills as a first choice when considering your next gym!

Negative experience: As a long time gym member of Live Well, I'm pretty disappointed with what they have done to our gym without getting feedback from the people who regularly train there. I miss the vibe of what LiveWell used to be. The lighting gives me a headache and makes the gym look like a clinical setting and the OPEN space makes me feel like I'm in everyone's personal space. I'm so sad that they took our mural and painted their grey 'SIGNATURE' bullsh** over our beautiful entrance wall. I don't look forward to come to the gym anymore. I wish they had consulted with us before turning it into what every other generic gym looks like.

Negative experience: Did a 2 week renovation only to turn it into a psychiatric ward The gym had a vibe when you walked in Now I feel like im walking In to the intensive care unit . Hospital bright white lighting (no natural light or club vibe Removed the.10k artistic mural as you walk in only to see all the plaster joints with an ugly colour coloured club lighting removed No 20kg weight plates Alot of members are not happy and you could feel it today. Whoever designed it must have never trained in a gym before. Only sat in the office .. If you want to fix the damage turn off those bright white hospital lights and let the members chose music

Negative experience: Shocking service from this company Club Lime since gym was taken over from Live Well. They owe me a refund for continuing to take out money for a membership which was cancelled 2 months earlier. Perhaps I need to send this through to a debt collection agency? 10 June 2022 - cancelled membership via email and confirmed by Club Lime 30 days notice which was fine. 10 August 2022 - email sent advising fortnightly amounts still being direct debited. Refund requested. 15 August 2022 - bank details given to club manager Lisa for refund. Requested confirmation that membership was cancelled. 29 August 2022 - advised it was processed in 15th. Told to wait 10 days. 8 September 2022 - 7 more follow up calls, texts and emails to Lisa since 29 August 2022 and as of today refund has not been received.

Negative experience: Iv taken my son to two child minding sessions and both have been horrible. I felt though the ladies who work there aren’t doing their jobs properly. I feel that when you’re in a particular role, you should be passionate about it. And working with kids is no easy tasks so it’s up to them to keep my child entertained but instead he was crying in a way he couldn’t breathe. He was historical. Iv never ever seen him like this. I was disgusted to be honest. I felt so stressed during my workout.

Negative experience: Would chose no stars if I could. I used to be happy with this gym when I first signed up to it but, but since it has been bought by "club lime" I've been extremely disappointed as standards and usability have gone downhill. The cleanliness standards have dropped immensely, the hand sanitiser is always empty, some of the exercise machines are broken and the air-conditioning is constantly leaking into a bucket on the gym floor. There are no staff during hours when the gym is supposed to be manned (sign on the door has new hours yet they were closed) and you can't contact anyone via phone because they don't answer. I wanted to book in to put my son into creche later this evening so I could have a training session with my fiance and instead of booking online or over the phone I had to put him in the car and drive down just to be told "oh the staff member couldn't stay until 8pm. They don't answer the phone because there is no reception in the gym. You have to come down another day to pre-book creche" Yes that might be a small inconvenience, but as a mum and business owner who is paying for a membership to the gym, I expect to be able to use the website and the phone to organise bookings and not have to come down to the gym I person just to be told "sorry". I also find it hard to pre-book as I don't know if I want to train until that day. My fiance and I have been willing to overlook the small inconveniences but truthfully this last issue is the proverbial nail in the coffin for us and we will both be cancelling our memberships to find a new gym. Don't waste your money.

Negative experience: Worst gym I ever been to, they told me I can put my membership on hold as much as I can but still taking money from my account they calling back saying I can’t do that the girls over there don’t know what they are doing

Negative experience: Would not recommend this gym. They are out right Scammers! $30 for 30 days. $80 for a key! When you sign up for a key, they make you sign a contract in preparation to start there after your 30 days is over. However mine was put through without a phone call to ask if I want to progress, as well as my 30 days hadn’t ended yet. They then constantly harass you to pay, and sent the debt collectors after you who even further more harass you. When you attempt to resolve it with them, they just want money instead of owning it and reasoning with you. I hadn’t used the facility! As a business owner myself, if I owned a gym and a member hadn’t come to the gym at all, I would of called them and made an attempt to care about them and bring them in and help them with their fitness journey, offered a pt session or a class to go and enjoy, if they were confused with the contract o as a business owner would of honoured that and made the customer happy, and as they hadn’t used the facility just waived the costs. Why? Because a happy customer is better then a disappointed one. And a bad review. . So unless you want to encounter fraud and a scam, then do not sign up to this shady gym!

Fantastic experience: This is a really good club. Never in my life I have been gym focused but something feels different about this gym that I have been going 3-4 times a week. It has an amazing atmosphere and the staff are all amazing. Plus the sauna is great after a hard workout. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Good equipment but some could be better, some not really needed, dumbbells are a strange design. Crossfit type area with equipment, sled, sprint track and MMA area. No user adjustable fans, so if you come in after hours you're sweating it out as they rarely leave the A/C on. The music selection is mostly for teens so get good noise cancelling headphones if you don't like it because they really turn it up.

Fantastic experience: Only went to this gym as a casual visit to check it out as I had heard nothing but good things. Absolutely love the gym as well as the vibe it has. Great set out, clean, new equipment, lovely staff, and a zero tolerance policy for weight droppers etc. I will be joining this gym very soon.

Hammer strength and Life fitness equipment, bumper plates, lifting platforms x 4 and aus barbell co bars. Offers different memberships depending on what you want too...so if you want to use the gym only and not do classes then you're not stuck paying for things you wont use. Keep it up!

I can see results already, this shows how much they actually care for their members. When I joined this gym, they mentioned "they are more than just a gym", trainers actually kept their word.
