Negative experience: I went to sign up and I was waiting for 45min and nobody pay attention. After that the behavior was horrible and I went out straight away.

Negative experience: BEWARE !!! Worst gym ever. I witnessed a man recording his shirtless workout on his go pro. Once he finished he grabbed his things and left without cleaning the sweaty bench. The manager was there and did not say anything to him. All the weights and Dumbells are a mess on the floor. Seems like management get paid to do nothing. I do not recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Just recently moved into the area so was looking for a friendly gym to join. I had the most beautiful experience at Snap Fitness Kalkallo, starting with before even joining getting consistent follow ups on my queries regarding the gym. Then had an amazing and insightful induction provided by Misha. She showed me through the space and advised of all the options I had at hand. The staff is rude and unhelpful, especially the owner, who has no idea how to deal with clients. They mislead customers about the cancellation policy, resulting in extra charges. The gym itself is tiny, overcrowded, and lacks proper equipment. I feel like I got robbed. Save your time and money—stay far away from this place!

Negative experience: My experience at Snap Fitness Kalkallo was very disappointing. The gym is cramped with limited space and inadequate equipment, making it hard to get a proper workout. Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with Snap Fitness and their deceptive cancellation policy. When I signed up, the representative assured me I could cancel at any time without any extra charges. However, they ended up charging me an additional month’s fee when I tried to cancel. This was never communicated upfront, and I feel completely misled. To make matters worse, the quality of the gym itself is subpar. The space is cramped, and there are very few pieces of equipment available. It never felt like a good value for the money, and this experience with their cancellation policy only adds to my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Their exercise physiologist Dylan was actually able to help me with my scoliosis and lower back pains and point out everything i needed to improve on to reduce future back pain, highly recommend Dylan if you’re needing a trainer!

Fantastic experience: Read the whole thing!!! Can't find a better gym Post Thave had a snap fitness membership before I move into the area and I used to go to different snap fitness as I travel around a lot for my work so it was a good gym for me but none of them were as good as this one!!! Hands down the best gym I've ever been to a gym like this in CBD would charge you 50 a week. The toilets and shower are so nice and clean which I use often in different gym because I sometimes use gym before work. Some of them are small and dirty but all of this gyms facilities are soo clean and modern. The equipments are brand new and top of the range. And honestly it's the only gym in the area that I know of. I've participated in different events they have and it feels like a very good community to be part of. On top of that the staff are just the most amazing and inspiring people.
