Fantastic experience: Massive gym with plenty to offer! Never to busy to have a great workout! Staff are always friendly and welcoming, loads of machines and free weights, infra-red sauna and recovery centre, membership prices are affordable even for a college student paying off fees. What more could you want?

Negative experience: I joined as prepaid member if membership expires you can recharge at any time but for chip you only have to pay once. But i went to put one month in and they asking $50 for reactivating that Same chip i already paid for .

Fantastic experience: Definitely one of the best gym’s I have used in a while, equipment is well maintained / looked after, there has been put a lot of effort into the gym making sure it means requirements for all different preferences in training, only gym in the area with Saunas and Ice baths, Manager is polite and happy to help and no toxic behaviour and no 5 people using the same machine for 30 minutes like other gyms, glad I found this place

Fantastic experience: I went from 160kg to 130kg with the help of Jessie and Ramesh and had a blast doing so, with the combination of gym workouts crafted by Jessie and a brutal cardio workout in kickboxing I dropped 30kg in about 4 months. I couldn't recommend these guys more I'd I hope you get the opportunity to join the fighting fit family.

Fantastic experience: After trying different diets and gyms this is the only one I have achieved amazing results. I have completed the 6 week challenge twice and achieved my weight goals. The classes are suited to all fitness levels. Super friendly which you don’t get at other gyms. Love and miss the sauna.

Very spacious and they have a comfortable and pleasant workout environment where people not only go to train and exercise, but also to unwind and recharge. I love that I can take my kids to the day care even on holidays and the sauna just adds an extra touch. Fantastic experience: Fighting fit Pakenham 6 week challenge I had seen the post on Facebook numerous times but this time I acted upon it. Went in for a consultation and signed up, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year and put on medication for the nerve pain and itches, however already being a heavy body, I gained more weight. I did classes and when I couldn’t I did exercises at home and started walking again which I haven’t been able to do for two years, the classes you do at your pace, follow the meal plan which was easy and I was never hungry, actually had to eat more food than I would usually. The sauna there is great too , making friends with other participants, the gym atmosphere is like no other I have been to, honestly I go in there knowing I’m going to leave feeling that bit better each time. Fantastic experience: I decided I needed some help losing weight so I joined up into fighting fits 6 week challenge. Not going to a gym in over 10 years I was your typical scared person walking in wondering if I was the only one there who had no idea What I was doing. Within minutes I was welcomed with smiling faces from staff and also members and almost straight away my un easy feeling disappeared. The environment can’t be beaten! The trainers are all amazing! I have been doing different classes all taken by different people and I love all of them! If your looking for a friendly professional environment and want results look no further you have found your gym!

Negative experience: The manager/owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. I believe he lacks some simple social skills to be able to deliver good customer service. I felt I was pushed into signing a contract (6 week challenge) that cost me $500. Originally I signed up to what was advertised as a "free" challenge, during my initial meeting to sign up the owner purposely delivered the information to a group of us in a way to confuse us and when anyone asked any questions he would get short tempered. Obviously this challenge is about the business making money and not actually helping people which is what they advertise. I met some lovely trainers during my 6 weeks but the owner was horrible the entire time. Would never reccomend this gym.

Positive experience: My 7 y.o son was loving the kick boxing classes. So well run, but without notice, they stopped casual classes at $15, and tried to push is in to more money and a 12 month contract. Was not happy. Swapped him over to Karate, and was a great move.

Fantastic experience: Completed the 6-week challenge that they offered last year. Couldn't be happier with my results, smashed my goal they set me. Since Covid and lock down, the team at FFLC have provided awesome online classes and support! Highly recommend that you get around them and join the team!

Negative experience: Signed up to a FREE 6 week challenge. Catch was, you had to pay about $85 a week. Go to three classes a week, check in on facebook, gets results, and give a 5 star review at the end of the challenge, and the amount paid ($499) would be transferred to a 12 month membership. Apparently this is their way of keeping you motivated to complete the challenge… Did all of those (although there were never any discussions on what results you had to get), and am now being told I need to pay an extra $32.50 per week if I want a membership. Messaged several times, went into the gym to try and sort it out, and have been waiting days for a phone call back. No copies of the paperwork signed were given. Very poorly run challenge.

Fantastic experience: If you want a friendly gym where the staff are incredible and willing to do anything to get you where you need to be then this is place you need to go to! They have all the equipment and trainers and coaches you need. I've never felt good at gyms till I met the team here at fighting for. For ever grateful!

Negative experience: Rude Staff, Cancelled creche without notice & want me to pay $150 to cancel after they sold me a membership specifically because of their Creche Facilities literally a month before they cancelled it.. Twice the girl behind the desk has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and told me that they 'notified everyone so its apparently my own fault.. well according to multiple facebook posts, im not the only one and I am really dissapointed that I cant use their facilities anymore, but its literally their fault they are losing business, I wouldnt of joined if I knew they were cancelling creche and the girl behind the desk could not of cared less. Not impressed.
