Fantastic experience: I never leave a review but this one I feel like I have too.I was so nervous to start the gym,but it was something I really wanted to do and ever since my friend referred me to snap,I’ve never looked back.I’ve been a member since June 2024,and have loved every moment of it.Big shout out to Libby who is always so warm and welcoming,and always has a chat.Can’t recommend it enough!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, I’ve been here for over 12 months and the staff are amazing especially Lib & Simon. They know everyone’s names and greet you the moment you walk in and out. They have created a great safe and fun environment and I always recommend Snap to all my close friends and family! Love you guys!

Fantastic experience: It's been one of the most incredible experiences for me here in Australia as a member of this gym. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and ready to help, and compared to the other branches of Snap Fitness I've been to in Melbourne, this one has much cleaner bathrooms.

Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how incredible the staff are at snap, I’m someone who struggles to walk into a gym by myself and feel confident and comfortable but the staff here at snap, are out this world. Especially Lib, she has supported me on my journey with the gym, health, and eating. No question is to big, always takes the time out for me, always responses, even when she’s unwell. I’m someone who goes on and off the gym and every time I come back I can’t go anywhere else. This place isn’t just a gym, the team aren’t just workers. There in the front row cheering you on. I feel privileged to be apart of the snap family. You just can’t beat the feeling you receive day in and day from the team here. Thank you snap team, you’ve helped change my life ♥️

Fantastic experience: The staff are absolutely lovely and immediately dispelled my gym anxiety as they showed me around the gym. You’re both legends and I love this place. It feels super safe and with the police station across the road coming in after hours is something I never think twice about.

Fantastic experience: This is my go-to gym, as it's machines target all types of muscle groups, and there is enough for everyone to enjoy. The staff here are lovely, especially Simon Mclure, who helped me out of poverty and bought me a new house and car. Love you Simon!

Fantastic experience: So happy we chose this gym for myself and my 14yo daughter. It's not full of big, dominant, body builder types and is no way intimidating. Although small, we have never had to wait for cardio machines and all the equipment is new and great to use.

Everytime I’m there, it feels like I’m stepping into my happy place :) Gym owner Simon and manager Libbee will always be there ready to welcome you with a bright smile (or friendly banter). The gym is also always kept in an absolutely immaculate condition! You won’t regret becoming a member of this wonderful community!

Fantastic experience: This was the first gym I had ever stepped foot in and the fact that it's not a huge gym with a ridiculous amount of machines and equipment is fantastic if this is your first gym as the big gyms can be overwhelming and intimidating. The member's aren't the usual gym junky bodybuilding types either. It's just regular people from all walks of life who just want to be fit. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. I'm so glad I joined and I've already lost 5kg in a month. My only issue is there isn't a boxing area as the gym is too small to accommodate an area like that but still there are many other things to use to get a similar work out.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for that of almost 2 years. The staff are always friendly, and the gym itself offers a newly refurbished and tidy environment as well as a positive and helpful community.

Fantastic experience: It was a good gym. it's clean, and the stuff is friendly. I recommend the back door should be closed on the rainy or windy days of winter. I know there's a reason why it should be open, but it's too cold and makes discomfort. It's hurt on the skin

Fantastic experience: The best gym I have been to. The experienced staff are amazing and want too help you reach your goals . Equipment is A grade. Boxing and cardio classes are challenging and rewarding. Social, friendly and a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared and nervous to join a gym but there is nothing scary about this gym you’re always, always welcomed with a smile. It’s more than just a gym to work on your physical health all the staff members there care about your mental well-being as well. I have lived in many different locations since joining this gym from 10 minutes away to 30 minutes away and people ask me why I travel so far just to go to a gym and why don’t I move to somewhere closer, it’s simple it’s comes down to the beautiful, amazing and friendly people that work there and how I feel so welcomed and not judged when doing my workouts. Best gym in Australia

Fantastic experience: Recently joined Snap Fitness during their pay no membership fees until 2022 period. Libbee the manager has been very supportive whilst I have been joining and giving me tips and motivation to continue to be at the gym. This gym is unlike others, although I still have the anxiety of walking through the dreaded gym door I feel comfortable at snap fitness that nobody there is judging me or laughing at my slow progress. Really enjoying this gym and what I am doing so far.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Snap for 6+ months now, absolutely love it. The staff know my name and always say hello when I walk in. The manager, Libbee is very attentive, making sure I am doing things right and providing guidance when required. The fees are half that of other gyms, but have the same facilities.. The fact that we (members) can add to the playlist is a bonus.... highly recommend Snap Fitness Waurn Ponds..

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, I’m not a gym junkie but I like to lift heavy objects. 4’ish years ago I walked in off the street and spoke to an amazing individual behind the counter, I wasn’t overly convinced gym was for me but I wanted to change up from just running the streets around home. I was given a tour of the facility and a rundown on how the machines worked, lucky me as the machines in the gym would allow me to build on my strength training and allow me to lift even heavier objects “go me”. The people are real, the machines are real and the rules are simple “bring a towel” this is “snap fitness”. Highly recommend. Dan

Negative experience: Poor customer service. They were watching someone struggle to get something into the car and instead of offering to help they stood there filming them on their phones and laughing. female staff member with brown hair and short haired male, who after doing some instagram looking is the owner and personal trainer Dani. Absolutely appalling. Whoever is the manager needs to have a serious word with these staff.

Negative experience: When i want to cancel membership, i called them they said to email them. I email them immediately and they replied it after a week. So i had to pay one week extra.
