Everyone is so driven but not just for themselves but for others around them whether it be other gym members or the amazing coaches. Getting healthier has become so much easier as the workouts are targeted to specific needs which changes everyday that ensures you meet all your targets you had in mind. Gym has no longer become a “chore” but something I look forward to every day because of HIIT Nation and what it offers :)

Fantastic experience: If you get bored at other gyms, this is the gym for you. They’re constantly making changes to classes and having events/challenges to keep it interesting! The trainers are extremely helpful and knowledgable. My favourite part is that it is efficient and effective! By far my favourite gym ever! Recently completed 200 visits!

Fantastic experience: My mum and I originally came for a 1 week trial and we absolutely loved the community and the trainer Josie + owner Lina. I have trialled and visited many gyms in my time across Sydney / Greater Sydney and this is by far one of the best. Lina was so lovely and made us feel welcomed into the gym and trained with us. Josie is such a sweet person, my mum and I loved her. Very attentive to form and is always willing to help you during the session. She is such an asset to the place and one of the main reasons why I have returned with a friend to train at HIIT nation via class pass. Thanks guys for such a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: I have to say I’ve never been to a gym like this before. Youssef, Josie, Naz, Zen and the two other trainers have all honestly changed my life. Not only do they care about whether you attend or not, they push you to perform your best and new personal bests. To the point where they stayed back for 45 minutes to talk to me about nutrition and stuff to research to help me plan better. I’ve been to f45 and other gyms and never wanted to stay in an environment like this before. This team cares and it shows, that’s why I keep coming back and can never see myself leaving.

As a busy working mum, I don't have time to create my own workouts, hence, these programmed HIIT style sessions are perfect for me. I can also bring my kids along and do my workout while they play in a secure area. Super clean and hygienic. HIIT Nation is a tribe I'm proud to be part of.

At HIIT Nation, you are not just part of a gym.. you are apart of a community, a family orientated atmosphere. The music, the laughs is like no other. The owners always go above and beyond for us, always making sure their members are looked after and feel comfortable and safe. Any requests from members is never too hard for Lina and Youseff. The trainers, are knowledgeable and they all genuinely have a passion for the industry. Not only to help people reach their physical strength, but to help us with our mental health and nutrition/diets. Trainers always help us by giving us tips on how to improve our diets, and we have amazing group challenges! It’s also great to see the team is able to train all body types and is so versatile to help assist us whenever someone needs a modified exercise. Honestly, this isn't a gym, it is a community of people looking to get in shape and enjoy the amazing atmosphere like no other. Trust me when I say, you will not regret joining!!!!

Fantastic experience: From the minute I finished the first class of day 1, I knew this place was for me! I didn't want to go at first, my sister suggested it, and she had to book it in for me. Hiit Nation isn't just a gym its a community, full of like minded people who accept and support you at whatever your fitness level is. The trainers are awesome, always watching and helping correct techniques and looking after you, helping you along the way so your not feeling lost and confused - listening to your limitations and offering alternative excerises. Also always going above and beyond after training sessions talking about nutrition, life style, metal health. My favourite classes are the Sunday morning pilates and yoga its a great way to start to day and week. This is a Great place.... i would highly recommend Hiit Nation. It's been 4 weeks and I have lost 3 kgs and feel strong, more flexible and my endurance has increase. For all of these reasons hiit nation ranks a 10/10 #1 the best!
