Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for several months now, and it’s been a great experience. The facilities are top-notch, always clean and well-maintained. The vibe is motivating, and the staff and fellow members are friendly and supportive. And everyone respects the hygiene. It’s a great place to work out, whether you’re a beginner or a regular. I specifically like the flexible contract options. They also do PT sessions and organise body composition scans. There is one hour free parking outside and 3 hours parking underground. Many convenient shops nearby to do your shopping after workout.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I come here 5 times a week and absolutely love it! The equipment is always clean and tidy and there is always fun music and a great atmosphere. Have recommend to a couple friends as it’s just a great gym. Being open 24 hours is so convenient as we both work late hours so we can always come along late at night or even early in the morning sometimes. The owner is super lovely and happy to help with any questions or issues that you might have. Couldn’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Great gym ! It has all the basic equipment you need to train, for a good price, and you have access to all other Jetts sites with your membership. The staff are also very supportive and friendly ! They always greet you with a smile when you walk in, Adrian is great to ask for gym advice and is always up for a chat. They also occasionally offer programs or challenges that are awesome for both beginners and experienced gym goers alike. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: A couple of out of towners rang the gym to check we could come for a couple of casual visits while in Mt Gravatt. We were lucky enough to speak with Adrian!! What an absolute asset to Jetts Gym. We've both never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a gym, EVER!! So thank you Adrian and Jetts for welcoming us, making it easy and allowing us to have a mean time!! We will definitely come back next time we are down these ways.

Fantastic experience: Recently started at the gym, it is BY FAR the best gym environment I have trained in in Brisbane. Adrian who works there is a great fella, knows his stuff and remembers regulars names. Big fan of this gym.

Jay is also a superb personal trainer. It is a privilege to get trained by him. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I made in my life.

Negative experience: Been with Jetts Mt Gravatt for few years and finally got some good equipments. Not long ago I got hurt while training on a broken adjustable weight bench and when I told Jay (club manager) about it who also witnessed the incident, without even apologising, he said it was my fault that I was not following the right technique. Tbh I have been training for over 8 years and have competed once. Staff are 2/10 friendly. I too faced a similar problem while trying to cancel my gym membership when I had to travel for few months before COVID. After informing four working days in advance, I was charged for extra two weeks and Jay informed that he saw the email only the following day after the payment was processed.

Negative experience: Small, Only 2 racks ( used for dead, squat and bench) waited 30min for 2 people to use. Go to another jets instead.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always very kind and welcoming. One of male trainers gave me free advice to me while squatting. It helps me a lot and reduces the back pain. I had a bad experience of breathing issue in other gym with poor air circulation, but Jetts Mt Gravatt is a very good air circulation with cool temperature.

Positive experience: You can find it very convenient to park and you can also shop near this facility before or after workout. It has nearly everything you need, great machines and friendly staffs. It is being maintained quite well.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, staff are wonderful and quite knowledgeable and create a very friendly atmosphere, all the gym members are friendly and for the most part considerate. Never found it lacking in any equipment I needed, and they're pretty on top of maintenance. Haven't attended any of the free classes yet but they seem quite good and the Personal Trainer is very motivating during the sessions. Would definitely recommend

Jay the manager is absolutely terrific and is both friendly and highly professional. I have been going here for three years and he has always been so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and always there to offer a hand with anything if needed. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Jetts Mt Gravatt since March 2018. The decision to join was mostly convenience as it's in a great spot for me. I get more than convenience though, I thoroughly enjoy every time I walk in the doors because the culture the staff have set up is phenomenal. I have not witnessed a more welcoming and friendly gym where people talk, laugh and encourage each other. It's nice seeing regulars and knowing that the staff take care of the facilities and equipment. Would 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Upper Mount Gravatt is by far the best gym in brisbane, the staff are always ready and willing to help out their clients and consistently go above and beyond for them. Their brand new equipment is a great edition to the gym, and makes your experience that much more enjoyable. If I could give this gym a 10 star rating I would.

Fantastic experience: Club is located in very convenient distance from my home and easy to get to wit a very welcoming friendly atmosphere, regardless of your ability or condition. A wide range of equipment since the upgrade with helpful staff (They really know their industry) are always on the floor ready to provide advice or demonstrate how to use equipment. New Treadmills, Spin Bikes/Bikes and and Step Machine are a great new addition.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Upper Mt Gravatt is my number one gym due to its friendly, family-like atmosphere and new and well maintained equipment. Jay the manager is great at taking on feedback on how to improve the gym and is constantly pushing for better equipment. The gym has a deadlift platform, new dumbbells, a body weight rack and modern cardio machines all of which I have not seen any of these at any other Jetts gym. Along with an affordable price, Jetts is the perfect gym for my lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: New upgrades with the dumbbells and lifting platform is great! New treadmills feel nice and easy to use, love that it has an easy interval function for sprints. I hear a few more additions are around the corner aswell. Nice work on bringing the club back to life.

Fantastic experience: Jay and James are both amazing trainers. I joined March 2016 and told them my goal of getting down to 75kgs. As i write this review, I have lost 20kg since then, now weighing 80kgs. They are friendly and the environment and amazing they work to your terms and they don't push to any harder then you can handle. 10/10 would rate again!
