Negative experience: I had a problem with the gym, and found no one to talk to, my son who is 14 years old went to the gym, signed a contract and gave them my card details, for 14 years old a consent form must be signed by parents so he can use the gym facilities, and although I did not approve it and never signed a consent form, my son was never able to use the gym following the gym policy that he can not use gym facilities without a concent form signed. Club lime started to deduct from my bank account with uncompleted documents, I went to the gym and asked them to stop the membership, they told me I will still have to pay for one mire month, for a 14 year old boy who was never allowed to use the gym facilities accoring to the gym policy. I asked to talk to someone from the management, the receptionest told me that she is very busy and she is not coming for amire than a week, and we ca not know when will she be available.. I was very disappointed and not happy with them taking my money without my approval for my 14 year son.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped, friendly staff, so handy to have 24hr access. Rarely need to wait for equipment to be free when I train in the mornings

Fantastic experience: Club Lime is a chain of 24/7 fitness centres that offer not just fantastic pieces of equipment to train on (some pieces you just don't find at other 24/7 gyms), but the centres are always kept immaculately clean and tidy at all times and the staff and trainers are very friendly. Today at the Forest Hills location they took it to another level for me. I was struggling a bit to update my details online and the lovely Georgia at reception went above and beyond great customer service to help me out. Much appreciated for your help and patience Georgia.

Fantastic experience: This is genuinely the best gym I’ve used in my years of training. Super affordable, immaculate condition equipment, very clean, the members are very considerate, kind and hygienic, and the staff are friendly and respectful! The music is neutral for all and plenty of equipment still free during peak times, couldn’t rate high enough!

Negative experience: The club lime gym has taken over ownership, and renovated with lots of new equipment. However, - The drinking fountains (both of them) stopped working after the first week, and have been broken for over 2 months now (and counting) After they were made aware of them within the second week of failure, nothing was done to fix the issue, (have had to go out of my way whilst training, walking upstairs across the gym to unhygienically fill up water using bathroom taps) - The polished concrete floor where standing equipment is, is very slippery, they have done nothing to fix this, not even adding rubber mats or plating, so if you're using the machines you can easily slip. - There are a handful of good staff, however, some just hiding in the back on their phones during staffed hours. Lazy during covid transition in cleaning equipment. - There are no stable wooden platforms, therefore, you need to use the unstable cushioned flooring which makes you wobble whilst lifting, for excersises like deadlifts, squatting, barbell rows, making it really easy to injure your ankles and even fall. - Some free weight machines are not even bolted into the floor, so if you're not careful you can accidentally flip the machine. Poor maintenence and so disconnected from the consumers, will be changing gyms.

Negative experience: Fit n Fast was overtaken by Club Lime franchise who are just there to take your money and charge trumped up fees and charges to your account. If anyone wants to get the true picture of what this franchise is like and dealing with head office just read the reviews on Product Review

Positive experience: Good range of equipment, enough weight plates around considering how many are left on some machines (barbell clips can sometimes be hard to find, but they're around). Plenty of floor space. But their water fountain still hasn't been fixed. It had piss all water pressure for at least a month, and now there is an "out of order" sign on it that has been there for at least 3 weeks.

Positive experience: Brand new gym, like all the new equipment, open 24/7 and well-priced. Upstairs air-con and fan was too cold. Good addition to my healthy lifestyle USANA business.

Positive experience: Liked how they’ve changed the gym up but wish there was a suggestion box for regulars to have an input on small improvements for the best experience.

Negative experience: Would be good if some of the workers smiled and made you feel welcomed. It’s a gym you should talk to people and make them feel good not be on your phone behind the counter.

Negative experience: Very disappointed! glad I left this gym! Management seemed chill at the start but I wouldn’t recommend this gym for heavy lifters! It’s a light weight gym..(EDIT after response from owner) -your gym says you can’t drop weight- how can you lift heavy without dropping the weight. Another thing is your free weights only go to 40 kilos. I’ve exceeded that weight to train back and chest. I disagree with you unless you get more weights that go up 50 to 60 kilos it’s not for heavy lifting! ✌

Fantastic experience: My husband (Nick) and I have been members at Fit N Fast Forest Hill for just over 6 months now. We love this gym. We attend the classes most weeknights and Saturday morning. We cannot fault the staff (Sophie, James & Katrina) who run the classes. They are always friendly, encouraging and there is always variety at the classes. We always leave the gym happy.

Fantastic experience: Hey guys check out Fit and Fast at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre! I’ve been going there since May 2018 and love it! The staff are all really friendly and will help you out if you need it. Their PTs are awesome and so you should give it a go! So cheap and affordable I could no longer make excuses to stay away. It’s also a great way to make friends and I’ve made plenty! There is plenty of equipment and machines and an upstairs area for those who don’t want to go to the heavy weights area.

Positive experience: Offers all you need and there's plenty of available equipment. Open 24/7 and you can easily find parking on the same level-lvl 3. There's many classes offered if that's your thing and it has a comfortable environment that's not intimidating. The fact that I can attend on a casual basis by accompanying an existing member has been really covenient.

Positive experience: Been a member since the opening day and it has been great. Price is very low which makes my non-attendance for 9 months a year worth it, but then getting value in the other 3 months for which I am bulking and then shredding for a Europe trip.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been to!! The staff are friendly, not in that creepy way like I have previously experienced at other gyms. There is a good range of different kinds of gym equipment and exercises you can do regardless of if you want to do a dedicated cardio or weights session. Every time I have been there the gym is always tidy, equipment is where it should be and all in working order.

Negative experience: The most disgusting place i have ever been to in my life. Just like the comment below says, The staff are too busy touching each other to service any members or do any real work. Walking around barefoot? Feet up on the desk. On the mobile phone? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place should be shut down with how the staff and manager are treating their customers.

Negative experience: absolutely shocking gym. equipment always broken, staff are too busy hugging each other instead of giving customer service. downstairs toilet is always locked and not accessible to customers, drinking fountain has smelt like rotted eggs for a week now and no one does anything about it..paper towel rack has been broken for months and all they do is duck tape everything to fix the issue. the staff dont care and the manager doesnt care either.. both have shocking attitudes.. do not go here. This gym is a joke.
